We have two of these and they were great for my son’s teething symptoms. At 4 months, he started teething and this was a go-to remedy for us. We filled the trays with breastmilk and he enjoyed chewing on the popsicles. We think it did relieve some teething discomfort temporarily. I love everything Haakaa makes – especially this. Not only is it great for teething, our family just had a nasty illness with sore throats and this really did the trick for our baby while he was sick. I didn’t even think about this potential use for it until we all came down with the flu. What a lifesaver! The ice cube tray is a bit small (2 cubes) so I think we will be purchasing the larger nibble tray 🤣 I think the hold is just right for a baby under 18 months. Soft enough for them to enjoy but firm and durable enough to hold the goodies for little ones that don’t have a lot of teeth yet. Very effective for both teething and surprise illnesses!

Fantastic kit! The silicone pouch is flexible and my baby gummed it very effectively. She was able to immediately taste the milksicle and it was soft and cold on her gums. The handle was also very easy for her to hold, plus conducive to a tether so I could tie it to her high chair to keep it from falling off. I put it through her table top bottle washer and it came out clean with no issues. The small popsicle mold is also perfect for breast milk popsicles, I just wish I could buy a few extras of just the mold to make fruit molds as well and not have to make them 2 at a time.

This little thing saved me soooo much heartache with my daughter. I’ve tried the Walmart mesh version, and this outclasses that hands-down. The silicone is so much easier to clean, and the fruit or frozen milk you place inside goes through the holes so much better, whereas in the mesh alternative it clogs and doesn’t come through! My daughter also loved chewing on the little bunny ears when the fruit ran out! It really helped her through teething!!! 10/10 recommend, this is something I love gifting at baby showers – it’s unique and incredibly useful. Pair it with the little silicone breast milk freezing icecube tray for maximum awesomeness.

Last pic shows the included ‘ice cube’ tray. I’m not regularly pumping anymore so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go through the effort of pumping just to fill this little thing , so instead at a bf session my goofball baby decided she wasn’t hungry so I took advantage of the let down and hand expressed into the tray. It was messy but effective , I attached the lid and set the whole thing inside another container then in the freezer. ( because this tray is quite small ) Worked well!
Though I may look into getting a larger ice cube tray to actually pump and fill to have a good supply of milk cubes at the ready. In the meantime I am glad that I purchased this set that included the little 2 cube tray.
Overall this product is clearly well made (as everything with this brand seems to be) compared to some of the cheaper off brand ones that claim to do the same thing If you want high quality go with this one !
Also it’s easy for an adult to disassemble but would be very difficult for a baby to get apart!

Can fill with many different frozen things (fruit, water, breast milk or formula) to help with teething. Can get a little messy depending on the fruit in it so use a bib! Can take a part completely for easy clean.

The Haakaa brand is overall outstanding in the simplicity of the products, and their ease of use. This frozen/fresh fruit teether is no different. It is easy to use, comes completely apart for easy of washing it, and the quality of the material is very good. It is easy for babies to hold the teether, but it can be a little difficult for babies to get the entire feeder part into their mouths, especially if it is frozen with breastmilk or formula or other frozen liquids. It’s going to be a little messy, as any feeding products can be with a baby, so don’t be afraid to let your baby go wild with it (supervised of course). I would recommend this to parents of teething babies that are not old enough or interested in teething toys, or any babies starting to eat solids. It is also super for hot days outside, as any liquid or fruit or baby puree can be frozen in it. It has a lot of use for babies, and it is worth trying.

The moulds are perfect for this little hand held teether. Easy to clean and store. My 5 month old had no problem holding onto it. A bit tricky to take apart, but I suppose that’s a good thing when it’s in a babe’s mouth.

Can be a little challenging to squeeze frozen fruit into the chamber but it does go through. Works great. Easy to freeze the milk “popsicles” in the mold too. Recommend for teething babies. This thing is the best when starting solids with a baby. Mash up or purée any food and stick it inside. They can suck it out pretty easily through the little holes and you don’t have to worry about them choking on any big pieces. Plus, it’s fun for them to use. Easy to clean, good quality, even comes with a little cover so you can take it on the go. You can also put something inside and freeze it to make a sort of popsicle. Great for teething too.
