Update: I reached out to babysense directly through the help email on their website. Before I had the chance to ask, they had a new replacement monitor on its way to me. The new monitor was easy to set up and pair to our current cameras and it works just like new (as it should because it is). I do wish that there was a way to extend the battery life. On our optics monitor, we were able to swap out the battery it came with to a larger high capacity battery. That set up lasted us 5+ years and kept its charge much better. BUT, the picture wasn’t as clear and I get that a better quality video feed takes more energy to sustain so it’s not quite apples to apples. Customer service was impeccable and so very helpful in resolving the issue.
Original: So very disappointed in this. My sister in law has this monitor too and is also having the same issue. We finally replaced our optics monitor that we had for over 5 years with this one. The picture is better and having split screen was a bonus. But in 3.5 months the unit is unusable and it’s kind of ridiculous that we spent the money on this and it stopped working so soon. The monitor stopped being able to be charged. Obviously I would way rather sacrifice the split screen and clearer view for a monitor like the optics one that will continue working. 5+ years vs 3.5 months. Very frustrating.

I love this monitor! I have had it for over a year and started having some connection issues with one of my cameras. I reached out to customer service and although my monitor was out of the year warranty period they still went ahead and replaced the entire unit for me. It took less than 24 hours for them to send a replacement and I got tracking information emailed to me.
It’s a great product and they have even better customer service! I will continue to buy babysense products because of how easy it was to have my issue resolved.

The ability to pan tilt and zoom is nice. And I like the split camera option on the monitor. Qualify and night vision is good too.
CONS: the battery on the monitor doesn’t last long and I feel like the range could improve. I have been using this for 15 months and it just started making these high pitched noises all of a sudden.
I followed all the suggestions I found online and nothing worked. I reached out to customer service and they said my cameras are out of warranty (1 year) and the best they can do is give me a discount to purchase a new one. Then I explained I saw someone suggesting switch the power cords which didn’t work either. I asked if they could send me replacement cords (which aren’t that expensive anyway) and service rep said no since I already tried it. But what if I have bad power cables? That would’ve been a cheaper alternative than sending me new cameras. And why is their best solution to offer me a discount to buy another one of their crappy cameras just to risk this happening again?! Make it make sense.
It’s very frustrating because this wasn’t a cheap camera (I got the 2 camera package). I wouldn’t recommend this camera to anyone.

The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn’t nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I’m able to see the whole room by moving the camera.
The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn’t really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids’ rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren’t able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door.
Although the first parent unit was defective, I’m still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

The picture quality is great, the screen is a nice size, and it’s way more quiet (in a good way/not safety concern way) when it picks up sound than the last monitor we used. We haven’t used the split screen function yet but I’m sure it will be great.

I love this device and the peace of mind it gives with monitoring my child.
I did have an issue with power button breaking and I was no longer able to turn the device on/off. Thankfully, the device was still under manufacturer warranty and the company replaced the monitor for free. The customer service team made the process so easy. I was dreading calling them to replace because I felt like it might be a challenge, but it was so extremely easy. I was off of the phone in less than 3 minutes and the device was shipped out the next day.

We had the single camera and worked great. Had a second baby and needed a dual camera. The range on this is better than expected. Never have an issue reaching from one end of the house to the other. Going outside, it still reaches a good distance. After 14 months of use, and out of warranty, we had an issue. 1 camera stopped working. Customer Support was quick with help. Issue was the cord to the camera. Camera would make a noise when plugged in, but wouldn’t connect.

We purchased this standalone parent unit to replace an older model that had finally stopped working after several years of use (the cameras still worked great, so only needed a new monitor unit). It turns out the new unit has a different power cord than the old one (round plug-in on new unit vs. micro USB plug-in on old unit). We had previously purchased an extra power cord for the old unit so we could recharge the parent unit both upstairs and downstairs in our house without moving the cord around, but since the old cords no longer worked with the new unit, we were stuck with just one cord now. I emailed the company’s customer support asking if we could buy another cord, and within just a couple of hours I received a reply. They hadn’t yet made the new cord available for individual sale but they would be delighted to send us an additional cord *free of charge*. This company is a joy to work with. Great products and exceptional customer service!

If I could give this camera a 0 I would. I bought this in October 2023 because we were having a second baby and I wanted a double screen monitor. I switched from a Motorola with 0 issues to this. Soon after my daughters camera started making weird noises- I unplugged it and unplugged the parent cord and swapped them out as the website said to do. Issue was fixed. Fast forward to a few months ago and the camera in my son’s room just randomly stopped working. I tried to do the same and it didn’t seem to work. I reached out and because I’m out constantly I was offered a discount to get a new cord. I got a better deal off Babyz Corner. Problem -#2 solved. The last week the parent camera screen completely turns itself off while it’s plugged in charging over night. We are no where near being done using a baby monitor as our kids are 4 and 1.5. I didn’t expect the need to possibly have to buy a third monitor. I’m highly disappointed as this was not a cheap monitor and I’ve had countless issues. I used my previous Motorola baby monitor with 0 issues for 2 years, I haven’t even owned this one for 2 years and have had numerous issues.Coming back to update that at just 20 months of using this we have once again another issue. In the past we had to move around the parent cord and swap it out with the camera cords due to them malfunctioning. Then we had to purchase new cords to get it to work of which we were offered a percentage off from manufacturer due to being out of the warranty. ( instead I bought it for cheaper and quicker off Babyz Corner). Now the monitor turns off in the middle of the night, then when you turn it back on it’s only on one camera instead of split screen so you have to go into the camera settings and do the split monitor. Once you get to that, you can only move one camera and do the audio on that camera- it will not switch to the other one. I have tried the restart on the parent monitor. I have unplugged that camera, turned the camera off itself and even tried to delete it but it won’t let me select that camera 2 to do that. Then I chose to hit the pair button the camera and re-pair it and it’s working- but not camera 1 is doing the exact same thing- won’t toggle from camera 2 to 1 therefore I can’t move camera 1 or put the sound on, or use the microphone on that camera. This product didn’t even last us a year without having issues, we are now almost at the 2 year mark and we are on at least issue number 5 with this camera/monitor. For a $199.99 baby monitor this is junk. I “upgraded” from a single camera Motorola when we had our second baby and am highly disappointed for switching companies when there was nothing wrong with the Motorola besides needing the extra camera. My son is still in a crib, I need a monitor- my 4 yr old gets up in the middle of the night or has bad dream and or if she’s sick I would like to be able to see her and talk to her thru the camera. At this rate, I give this negative stars

This is the best camera. It’s WiFi free. Has great picture quality during the day and at night. When I use the microphone to talk to my daughter she can clearly understand me and I her. The battery lasts a long time. I can make it last weeks sometimes (that’s when I don’t have it on all night). When I have it on all night it will last a few days.
It’s also super easy to set up. You just plug it in basically so it makes bringing it to other places very easy.
You can zoom in pretty far and still see clearly.
It’s sensitive to noise which I love. The screen goes dark unless it hears noise, then it brightens up.
The screen is nice and big which makes using the dual screen even better. This is a game changer with two kids now.
My only complaint is that the sound machine feature isn’t great. The White noise is not a good white noise sound. I don’t know how to describe it but we opted to but separate white noise machine due to the monitors sound being annoying.
So don’t buy it for the white noise; buy it for all the other amazing features.

Customer service is fantastic as usual. They reached out to help resolve some of the issues we had. An extra power adapter to have out in the kitchen solved the problem of charging the unit when not in the nursery. I hooked the unit up today in our 2 year Olds room and the range was great. We have issues with the camera signal dropping through the cinderblock walls from one side of the house to the other. With this updated unit we do not have any problems. The picture quality is great and as long as you do not mount the camera directly to the wall the maneverability is not a problem. Unfortunately we can not leave the camera sitting on top of the dresser because the 2 year old likes to pull things off the top of the dresser so this made panning the camera to see all of his room extremely difficult to do. The unit works great and if the camera had a wall mount to make it sit upright it would be great. We will be returning the unit but appreciate the attempts from Customer service in resolving our issues with the updated designs.

We got the v65 when I needed to replace the camera from our first child. We loved the camera quality and range on the v65 camera(even through cinderblock walls). The old cameras quit working twice on us and customer service sent out replacement cameras quickly. We started having issues with the monitor and it was out of warranty. We inquired about purchasing a new one and they sent us a brand new one for free but told us that product support was ending for that model and next time something happens we would have to upgrade. We have noticed the camera quality started degrading over the past month so I ordered this updated version and it arrived today. I went from excited to disappointed quickly. The old handheld unit used a usb type c charger so we could charge it anywhere in the house with the numerous usb c cords we have. The new unit uses the old DC transformer plug in style which means it only charges where I have that plug at unless I want to move it around which is anything but ideal. The cameras feel like a thin plastic shell that would Crack the first time it falls off the wall. The mount consists of a screw that you slide the camera over allowing gravity to hold in place. The old units used a bracket to the wall that you used a thumb screw to attach the camera too. Overall the quality feels cheap and the jump backwards in technology with the way the unit mounts and charges feels like
the company is maximizing the bottom line profit over producing a quality product.

I ordered this back in December, and I’ve been incredibly happy so far. The screen is pretty big, it’s easy to set up and navigate, the camera quality has been good, it’s not Wi-Fi based, and it’s worked exactly for what I need. The only negative that I just started experiencing is that after only 6 months, the battery life has worsened substantially. Today I used it for an hour (after charging it all night), and it was already down to one bar. I reached out to the company, though, and not only did they respond within hours, but they also are sending me a new one (with expedited shipping) for free. So even though that piece has been disappointing, they corrected the issue immediately. I’m hoping that this particular monitor was defective and that the replacement one will have a better battery life. Overall, definitely worth the money. It’s great quality.

The “However” for me is… We’ve had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn’t turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty…

Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren’t without our second for long. An extra power adapter to have out in the kitchen solved the problem of charging the unit when not in the nursery. I hooked the unit up today in our 2 year Olds room and the range was great. We have issues with the camera signal dropping through the cinderblock walls from one side of the house to the other. With this updated unit we do not have any problems. The picture quality is great and as long as you do not mount the camera directly to the wall the maneverability is not a problem. Unfortunately we can not leave the camera sitting on top of the dresser because the 2 year old likes to pull things off the top of the dresser so this made panning the camera to see all of his room extremely difficult to do. The unit works great and if the camera had a wall mount to make it sit upright it would be great. We will be returning the unit but appreciate the attempts from Customer service in resolving our issues with the updated designs.

We got the v65 when I needed to replace the camera from our first child. We loved the camera quality and range on the v65 camera(even through cinderblock walls). The old cameras quit working twice on us and customer service sent out replacement cameras quickly. We started having issues with the monitor and it was out of warranty. We inquired about purchasing a new one and they sent us a brand new one for free but told us that product support was ending for that model and next time something happens we would have to upgrade. We have noticed the camera quality started degrading over the past month so I ordered this updated version and it arrived today. I went from excited to disappointed quickly. The old handheld unit used a usb type c charger so we could charge it anywhere in the house with the numerous usb c cords we have. The new unit uses the old DC transformer plug in style which means it only charges where I have that plug at unless I want to move it around which is anything but ideal. The cameras feel like a thin plastic shell that would Crack the first time it falls off the wall. The mount consists of a screw that you slide the camera over allowing gravity to hold in place. The old units used a bracket to the wall that you used a thumb screw to attach the camera too. Overall the quality feels cheap and the jump backwards in technology with the way the unit mounts and charges feels like
the company is maximizing the bottom line profit over producing a quality product.

The monitor itself is of excellent quality – great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery.HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Babyz Corner seller as it is out of their hands (they don’t sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Babyz Corner). I was 3 days past the Babyz Corner 30 day return and this Babyz Corner seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn’t nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I’m able to see the whole room by moving the camera.The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn’t really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids’ rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren’t able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door.Although the first parent unit was defective, I’m still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

I ordered this back in December, and I’ve been incredibly happy so far. The screen is pretty big, it’s easy to set up and navigate, the camera quality has been good, it’s not Wi-Fi based, and it’s worked exactly for what I need. The only negative that I just started experiencing is that after only 6 months, the battery life has worsened substantially. Today I used it for an hour (after charging it all night), and it was already down to one bar. I reached out to the company, though, and not only did they respond within hours, but they also are sending me a new one (with expedited shipping) for free. So even though that piece has been disappointing, they corrected the issue immediately. I’m hoping that this particular monitor was defective and that the replacement one will have a better battery life. Overall, definitely worth the money. It’s great quality.

Se rompió la que nos regalaron en su momento y decidí mirar otra, miré de la marca que ya tenía, pero no funciona como la anterior, la imagen iba lenta, se trababa… así que la devolví.
Compré una 2º, decían que era maravillosa, una pasada… sino estaba en la puerta de la habitación no se veía, literal.
Creo que ha podido ser porque los muros son muy gordos y entiendo que un piso o casa convencional las paredes son finas y no hay problema.
Decidí a por un 3º y último intento y después de muuuuuucho mirar, está me convenció y cuando vi al fabricante no tuve ninguna duda.
Como todo, tiene cosas que cambiaría, posición de botones, prioridad a unos acciones que a otras… pero eso ya es mi gusto personal.

I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding… even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner).
The “However” for me is… We’ve had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn’t turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty…

So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren’t without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.

For the price, this actually is a pretty good baby monitor. I really like that the screen is small and handheld size, makes it easy to carry around and still keep an eye on the baby. Love that it has a speaker to communicate/soothe baby from afar. I don’t like that it does pick up random noises in other rooms and makes loud high pitches. Like that you can see two angles of baby with two cameras at the same time, I do wish it was a little easier to zoom in to the opposite camera when toggling between them, but it’s still nice to have the feature. You can move the camera up and down as well which is great when baby is moving around. Night vision is great as well, really clear to see what baby is up to. Battery life could be longer, but most of the time if I’m in another room away from baby I will just leave it plugged in where I can still see it.

If I could give this camera a 0 I would. I bought this in October 2023 because we were having a second baby and I wanted a double screen monitor. I switched from a Motorola with 0 issues to this. Soon after my daughters camera started making weird noises- I unplugged it and unplugged the parent cord and swapped them out as the website said to do. Issue was fixed. Fast forward to a few months ago and the camera in my son’s room just randomly stopped working. I tried to do the same and it didn’t seem to work. I reached out and because I’m out constantly I was offered a discount to get a new cord. I got a better deal off Babyz Corner. Problem -#2 solved. The last week the parent camera screen completely turns itself off while it’s plugged in charging over night. We are no where near being done using a baby monitor as our kids are 4 and 1.5. I didn’t expect the need to possibly have to buy a third monitor. I’m highly disappointed as this was not a cheap monitor and I’ve had countless issues. I used my previous Motorola baby monitor with 0 issues for 2 years, I haven’t even owned this one for 2 years and have had numerous issues.Coming back to update that at just 20 months of using this we have once again another issue. In the past we had to move around the parent cord and swap it out with the camera cords due to them malfunctioning. Then we had to purchase new cords to get it to work of which we were offered a percentage off from manufacturer due to being out of the warranty. ( instead I bought it for cheaper and quicker off Babyz Corner). Now the monitor turns off in the middle of the night, then when you turn it back on it’s only on one camera instead of split screen so you have to go into the camera settings and do the split monitor. Once you get to that, you can only move one camera and do the audio on that camera- it will not switch to the other one. I have tried the restart on the parent monitor. I have unplugged that camera, turned the camera off itself and even tried to delete it but it won’t let me select that camera 2 to do that. Then I chose to hit the pair button the camera and re-pair it and it’s working- but not camera 1 is doing the exact same thing- won’t toggle from camera 2 to 1 therefore I can’t move camera 1 or put the sound on, or use the microphone on that camera. This product didn’t even last us a year without having issues, we are now almost at the 2 year mark and we are on at least issue number 5 with this camera/monitor. For a $199.99 baby monitor this is junk. I “upgraded” from a single camera Motorola when we had our second baby and am highly disappointed for switching companies when there was nothing wrong with the Motorola besides needing the extra camera. My son is still in a crib, I need a monitor- my 4 yr old gets up in the middle of the night or has bad dream and or if she’s sick I would like to be able to see her and talk to her thru the camera. At this rate, I give this negative stars

The first time, maybe a year later after using them one of our cameras started to make a funny noise and also something with the temperature got messed up. Not super huge issue, but noticeable enough that it bugged us quite a bit. So I reached out to them to see if I could do additional reset or something, and they sent us a replacement. The second time this time around, our monitor stopped charging. I bought a new adapter because I thought that was the issue, but the monitor itself just wasn’t charging. I reached out to them Saturday late at night, and this morning they responded saying they’re overnighting a new monitor because they know how important it is to check in on our little ones.Would recommend this company 100%! They stand by their product and their warranty 😊

I’ve been using the non-WiFi camera for a week now and love it. The pictures on the monitor it extremely clear! Lots of different setting which are nice. When i originally ordered the bundle set off Babyz Corner the package came with out the WiFi camera. I called babysense customer service and they were very polite, understanding, and shipped the Wi-Fi camer right away! Excellent customer service experience! So far I’m happy with the Wi-Fi camera as well, if doesn’t seem disconnected from the Wi-Fi as much as other brands (it’s not happened at all since I started using) Happy with this camera system so far!

I really love a lot about this baby monitor. It was super easy plug and play out of the box. It’s nice that you can view the cameras side by side or each one full screen and cycle through them with the click of a button. Changing the volume is easy too with buttons right on top (on my previous monitor, you had to go into settings just to adjust the volume). I love that there’s no WiFi involved. You can talk to each camera individually through the monitor. The room temperature is shown for each individual camera. The Vox is adjustable so you can leave the screen always on or have it go to sleep and wake at varying degrees of sensitivity (low, medium, high). The features of the night light and music available are also nice—my toddler has enjoyed the music.
A couple downsides that make me take off a star:
– The biggest one is that you can’t control the volume between the cameras separately. I would like to be able to mute one camera or at least make one quieter and the other louder. Or maybe make separate Vox sensitivities for the cameras somehow so that if my baby is crying on one camera, it wakes up the monitor but I don’t have to listen to my toddler’s lullabies she likes on her sound machine all night long.
This has made me resort to unplugging the camera in my older child’s room (her room is closer to us and she can get out of bed and come find us or call for us as needed and is very independent so the camera was just intended as a nice to have option to check in as needed), which renders this purchase as a bit of a waste for me since I already had a single camera monitor I could’ve kept using had I known I wouldn’t even end up using the second camera on this monitor.
– I mentioned the music and night light features but two downsides there. If the music is playing, you can always hear it through the camera and it triggers the Vox regularly. Again, being able to mute one camera would be great to fix this so I don’t have to listen to lullabies all night too. The issue with the night light is that the button for it is a large button right on the front of the monitor screen so it’s very easy to get accidentally pressed and then you just turned a light on in your kid’s room.
Overall, a good dual camera monitor option. Just be aware of the things mentioned above when deciding if it’s right for your specific needs.

Contacted the seller with my connection issue and they quickly helped my resolve the issue. Ended up being the screen ( parent unit). Sent me out a replacement and everything is working perfectly.
The video on this camera is amazing however it does not work for us when doors are closed. The range is terrible. The monitor is set up right next to the door and I can walk about 9 feet from the closed door and lose signal… would be 5 stars if the range was better. The video quality is amazing and it was super easy to set up.

Utilisé pour enfant de 3,5ans et bébé 5mois, dans 2 chambres différentes.
Nous avions pour notre première fille un vidéo babyphone Philips avent qui nous avait coûte 170e, et franchement nous sommes ravis de ce babyphone double caméra.
La qualité vidéo est sans comparaison possible, excellente. Le son est correct (la distance de la camera avec le bebe joue beaucoup). Le fait de pouvoir bouger les caméras à distance est top (attention à bien positionner l’emplacement et l’inclinaison de base !)
Le micro subit un très léger décalage mais c’était pire sur le Philips. Vision nocturne très bonne.
Les 3 câbles fournis sont identiques, très longs. Cela permet de facilement interchanger les câbles si besoin entre les caméras et le moniteur.
On peut scinder l’écran en 2 pour voir les 2 caméras en même temps (mais le son que d’une seule à la fois, ou en mode scan 10sec chacune à tour de rôle, ou avec le mode vox : la caméra qui fait du bruit retransmet le bruit, mais évidemment s’il y a une berceuse en cours sur l’une des deux ça ne fonctionnera pas comme espéré). Ou l’on peut switch manuellement d’une caméra à l’autre, ou encore une fois automatiquement avec le mode vox si un bruit est détecté.
Le seul petit défaut que j’y trouve est la persistance d’une petite diode allumée en mode vox, la nuit c’est embêtant car elle clignote assez fort. Une gomette dessus et le tour est joué j’imagine !
Petite fonctionnalité intéressante également, même l’écran en veille, et même si le son est à zéro, il y a un indicateur d’intensité sonore des bruits détectés au dessus de l’écran. Pour savoir visuellement s’il y a du bruit sans pour autant l’entendre.

The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn’t nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I’m able to see the whole room by moving the camera.
The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn’t really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids’ rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren’t able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door.
Although the first parent unit was defective, I’m still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

Vor einiger Zeit gab es einmal ein Problem mit dem Ladekabel, das aber sofort und ohne Umstände ausgetauscht wurde. Nun hatten wir erneut ein technisches Problem mit der Elterneinheit – und wieder hat der Kundenservice schnell reagiert und uns geholfen. Wir wurden wirklich nicht allein gelassen. Ein so zuverlässiger und kundenorientierter Service ist heutzutage selten!
Trotz der kleinen technischen Schwierigkeiten würde ich das Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen. Ein Produkt steht und fällt mit dem Service – und hier ist er wirklich herausragend!

We got this monitor after our old one (different brand) started smelling like melted plastic and the monitor speaker shorted out.
I love the split screen feature on the monitor, the battery life is great compared to our old monitor, and VOX has different sensitivity levels. The chargers/plugs are all interchangeable between cameras and monitor, but one minus is that the power adapter is AC, so not interchangeable with other USB-c or micro USB devices
The camera has 3 different brightnesses for night light, you can talk through it, and it has lullabies and white noise which we haven’t used but nice to have!
However, after a few days one of the cameras started constantly losing signal everywhere in the house except the nursery, which defeats the purpose of having a baby monitor. I contacted Babysense customer service and after some troubleshooting but not being able to resolve, they expedited me a camera replacement under warranty! Amazing!!
One thing I’m not a huge fan of is the button for the night light – I accidentally press it all the time. Also I wish the screen brightness wasn’t in the settings but a button on the side (similar to volume) or instead of the night light.
But overall pros outweigh the things I’d change. I like it better than our old brand!

This is our fourth baby monitor in a matter of four years of using one. We have liked it the most out of all monitors that we’ve used. However, I was super bummed that the parent unit battery started going out and it needed to be plugged in at all times. Recently, the unit stopped working altogether. However, I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything that they could do despite that my one year warranty had just passed. Customer service was incredible and made a one time exception for this issue, and immediately shipped out a new parent unit for delivery of the next day. Entrambi gli elementi principali sono fatti di una plastica bianca lucida, robusta e ben assemblata. La telecamera è discreta, dotata di visione notturna e diurna e con una piccola e visibile antenna; ha la necessità di essere sempre alimentata con il suo alimentatore (che tra l’altro è lo stesso del monitor). A parte il tasto “pair” (che serve ad abbinare un monitor diverso) viene comandata in remoto dal monitor per tutto; anche per le funzioni extra (carillon e luce notturna).
Il monitor ha una batteria interna da 4000mAh e si ricarica con il secondo alimentatore che troviamo nella confezione. Non pesa molto, ed ha, oltre all’antenna direzionabile (per aumentare la portata del segnale), un pratico stand a scomparsa. Misura 16 cm x 10 cm, ed ha un display LCD a colori da 5” molto chiaro e definito. Non è “touch”, ma è dotato di innumerevoli tasti per intervenire senza perdere tempo. Si può infatti facilmente muovere la telecamera ed attivare uno zoom 4x. E’ inoltre possibile attivare l’interfono, il carillon (con 5 musiche differenti) o la luce notturna (con due intensità).
Ha un rilevatore di movimento e suoni con tanto di sensore di intensità, che si attiva prima ancora del display che per il risparmio energetico viene disattivato quando non è necessario.
La durata della batteria varia in base a molti fattori (luminosità dello schermo, sensibilità dei sensori, volume, frequenza dei rilevamenti …) ma in un paio di prove (stress test) che ho fatto, sono riuscito a coprire senza grandi problemi una notte intera.

Lo streaming wireless avviene con una connessione diretta tra telecamera e monitor, il vantaggio è una trasmissione istantanea di audio e video, senza alcun tipo di latenza. Per farvi capire, si riesce ad inquadrare e vedere la televisione senza alcun problema. Inoltre, i comandi di movimento sono immediati e non c’è il rischio di perdere tempo correggendo la posizione.

Amazing monitor but sadly due a water death.
This is the best monitor I’ve seen. Super clear picture and so nice to have 2 screens on at once.
I love the night light option on camera. My son has even made a song for when the light is on at night time. When light is off he knows parents are coming to get him out of bed. The rotation feature is full 360.
Now for sad part- i was taking a bath for a moment of relax (rare moment) and i knocked it in tub. Less than 10 servings submerged. Now the picture goes in out and camera moves on own to right side. In rice now but worried never the same great quality.

This monitor ticks all the boxes. The video/audio quality is great and I love having the split screen option instead of our previous system that could only switch back and forth between cameras. Battery life is excellent and can go for 15+ hours on a single charge. The range also allows us to take the monitor anywhere in our house without having connection issues. When I bought this camera about 1 year ago, we planned on having 2 kids. I didn’t get the chance to set up both cameras because I didn’t need the second one at the time but when our 2nd baby came, we found out the 2nd camera wasn’t working. I tried every troubleshoot option. I contacted the company and they sent out 1 camera, then another camera because the one they sent didn’t work as well. The original issue was that the camera wasn’t powering on. The next issue on the camera they sent was that the range was only about 5-10 unobstructed feet. We need much more range for our monitor. Finally, the next camera they sent resolved the issue. I wish we didn’t have to go through all that, but the company was great and really made sure we were good. Otherwise, the quality is great, it’s use friendly, and it has a long range. I’d buy it again.

We’ve had this a couple months now and it works great! Definitely worth the money and the customer support has been great as well.
Having 2 cameras with the unit is really convenient so you’re not having to move things around.
The cameras have a good range of motion and have good night vision as well. You can also mount them to a wall pretty easy.
They also will alert you if a camera becomes disconnected which is great for peace of mind.

Contacted the seller with my connection issue and they quickly helped my resolve the issue. Ended up being the screen ( parent unit). Sent me out a replacement and everything is working perfectly.
The video on this camera is amazing however it does not work for us when doors are closed. The range is terrible. The monitor is set up right next to the door and I can walk about 9 feet from the closed door and lose signal… would be 5 stars if the range was better. The video quality is amazing and it was super easy to set up.

These cameras work so well. They do not need Wi-Fi and they get pretty good range. They’re easy to take on vacation in case you don’t have access to Wi-Fi. Great value for price. The only thing I don’t like about it is one of the cameras you can only see with the monitor on dual screen so you have to know which one to connect to when watching the monitor if you want the big picture for one kid or if you need a dual screen, then you can use the other one. It’s so easy to use. Set up only takes a couple minutes versus Wi-Fi cameras that take a long time to connect and sometimes you have to try multiple times. This also has a light for night light as well as white noise.

If I could give this camera a 0 I would. I bought this in October 2023 because we were having a second baby and I wanted a double screen monitor. I switched from a Motorola with 0 issues to this. Soon after my daughters camera started making weird noises- I unplugged it and unplugged the parent cord and swapped them out as the website said to do. Issue was fixed. Fast forward to a few months ago and the camera in my son’s room just randomly stopped working. I tried to do the same and it didn’t seem to work. I reached out and because I’m out constantly I was offered a discount to get a new cord. I got a better deal off Babyz Corner. Problem -#2 solved. The last week the parent camera screen completely turns itself off while it’s plugged in charging over night. We are no where near being done using a baby monitor as our kids are 4 and 1.5. I didn’t expect the need to possibly have to buy a third monitor. I’m highly disappointed as this was not a cheap monitor and I’ve had countless issues. I used my previous Motorola baby monitor with 0 issues for 2 years, I haven’t even owned this one for 2 years and have had numerous issues.Coming back to update that at just 20 months of using this we have once again another issue. In the past we had to move around the parent cord and swap it out with the camera cords due to them malfunctioning. Then we had to purchase new cords to get it to work of which we were offered a percentage off from manufacturer due to being out of the warranty. ( instead I bought it for cheaper and quicker off Babyz Corner). Now the monitor turns off in the middle of the night, then when you turn it back on it’s only on one camera instead of split screen so you have to go into the camera settings and do the split monitor. Once you get to that, you can only move one camera and do the audio on that camera- it will not switch to the other one. I have tried the restart on the parent monitor. I have unplugged that camera, turned the camera off itself and even tried to delete it but it won’t let me select that camera 2 to do that. Then I chose to hit the pair button the camera and re-pair it and it’s working- but not camera 1 is doing the exact same thing- won’t toggle from camera 2 to 1 therefore I can’t move camera 1 or put the sound on, or use the microphone on that camera. This product didn’t even last us a year without having issues, we are now almost at the 2 year mark and we are on at least issue number 5 with this camera/monitor. For a $199.99 baby monitor this is junk. I “upgraded” from a single camera Motorola when we had our second baby and am highly disappointed for switching companies when there was nothing wrong with the Motorola besides needing the extra camera. My son is still in a crib, I need a monitor- my 4 yr old gets up in the middle of the night or has bad dream and or if she’s sick I would like to be able to see her and talk to her thru the camera. At this rate, I give this negative stars

I ordered this back in December, and I’ve been incredibly happy so far. The screen is pretty big, it’s easy to set up and navigate, the camera quality has been good, it’s not Wi-Fi based, and it’s worked exactly for what I need. The only negative that I just started experiencing is that after only 6 months, the battery life has worsened substantially. Today I used it for an hour (after charging it all night), and it was already down to one bar. I reached out to the company, though, and not only did they respond within hours, but they also are sending me a new one (with expedited shipping) for free. So even though that piece has been disappointing, they corrected the issue immediately. I’m hoping that this particular monitor was defective and that the replacement one will have a better battery life. Overall, definitely worth the money. It’s great quality.

I’ve found this baby monitor to be quite useful overall. One of its standout features is that it’s not connected to Wi-Fi, which makes it feel much more secure in terms of information privacy. The night vision is also impressive—clear and reliable even in low-light conditions.
However, installation posed a bit of a challenge. Since I didn’t want to drill holes in the wall, I had to purchase a separate vertical stand to properly position the camera for a clear view of the crib. It would be much more convenient if the manufacturer included or offered compatible mounting accessories. I initially tried using a third-party clip-on camera holder, but unfortunately, the clip damaged the wooden crib.
With a bit more thought put into mounting options, this monitor could easily be a five-star product.

The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn’t nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I’m able to see the whole room by moving the camera.
The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn’t really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids’ rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren’t able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door.
Although the first parent unit was defective, I’m still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

The Babysense monitor and cameras have been an excellent fit for our little family. Quality is great- clear images both day and night, accurate colors and temperature display. The battery life Is sufficient amd the entire setup is very easy.
Unfortunately a few months after using this product the charging port stopped working for the monitor. Thankfully, Babysense was very understanding and attended to this issue immediately. I am extremely pleased with the service and will definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I have had this monitor for a couple months and I love it! Previously had a summer infant camera/monitor, which wouldn’t keep a charge and was very frustrating – company did nothing to help when I reached out. Babysense product has great night vision (insanely clear/visible), battery life is really good and seems to have good range. I have 2 acres and didn’t lose connection in and around my home (about 50-60ft) but haven’t tested super far yet. I read in previous reviews that the sound isn’t the best but I see no issues with that. Lastly, their customer service has been amazing to deal with as there was an issue with my camera not pairing and they are now sending me a new one with no hesitation! Definitely recommend!

I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Babyz Corner seller as it is out of their hands (they don’t sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Babyz Corner). I was 3 days past the Babyz Corner 30 day return and this Babyz Corner seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

We are expecting our second child and wanted a dual monitor with the option for a split screen. The monitor we purchased for our first child was relatively affordable but it had some major flaws that did not make up for its affordability (poor battery life, terrible image quality, etc). That said, this monitor was well worth the price! The image quality when in daytime mode is phenomenal, the battery life is exceptional and it comes with a good many other features. The screen can be split between both monitors or switched between the two. It is really a wonderful monitor! My one piece of criticism is that the night vision is not quite as clear as the daytime mode. Thankfully, this has not negatively impacted how much we love this monitor.

The quality of the picture is the BEST I’ve seen. We’ve tried quite a few monitors before sticking with this one. You can move the cameras around while in the split screen which isn’t a feature for them all, and it will loop audio between the two screens on split mode. Which was a google search to figure that out since it’s not advertised as a feature but it definitely does it. Almost a deal breaker for us if it didn’t.
Anyway definitely get this monitor! There isn’t a better one around for the price. It lacks nothing that I can tell and the battery life is also great!

I’ve tried quite a few monitors and brands at this point. I thought I loved the one I had before this one, until I tried this one due to my previous one not offering split screen and we’re welcoming baby #2 soon I know I want split screen. WOW This one is way better than my old one!! This monitor screen is CRYSTAL CLEAR even with night vision, I can see my daughters every move including breathing and for me that is a big deal!!
It’s easy to navigate , it basically paired BOTH cameras on its own I just had to plug them in. It has many options for the viewing, split screen, one view on the whole screen, scan through all cameras etc. it’s like a mom designed this! Even all the cords are the same so no worrying what goes to what when you have to pack it up. The parent screen has actual buttons on the top for the volume and power which I like for night time use, the screen can be turned off for when you sleep but you still have sound. The battery life seems better than my old one but it’s only been a few days with it. The parent screen is a decent size without being bulky it’s actually quite lightweight. The time is displayed on the screen as well as room temp. Even the packaging it arrived in was so much more thoughtful than any others I’ve bought. The instructions were better too, but I almost didn’t even need them at all the whole thing is just so user friendly and easy to figure out. I cannot find a flaw or one thing I don’t like, I’m obsessed!! Very glad I found this before our second baby comes because I know it will get plenty of use and provide me with peace of mind!

I was actually surprised at the quality for the price. The picture is clear and crisp. The camera can rotate and turn easily around the room. The built in night light works well(though I don’t like that you have to go through low-med-high then off. You can’t turn on off in one hit.. the build in speaker works well on the actual camera(for the sounds that come on it) the speaker on the unit itself is not the best. It sits on the backside of the handheld device so I feel like I have to turn the volume max and turn in around to really hear it. But I can hear when baby is actively crying. The night vision works well. Settings and device is super user friendly. Turn on and go. The split screen is nice. So i can watch both little ones in their own rooms~beds. The range is supposed to be really far. However I did notice it would disconnect/reconnect in my front yard. Which isn’t very far from the room. But Inside the house it works fine. Maybe has to do with firewall of garage or garage door 🤷♀️.
It comes with two cameras. One handheld device and 3 charging cords. And the screws to mount cameras. I did also separately purchase the wall mount for the camera. But haven’t installed it. Currently have command stirps holding them up.

We only have 1 of the cameras set up so can’t speak to the dual camera. But the screen is a perfect size. Not too small. And the picture is CLEAR. It’s so easy to see baby, even in the dark. Mother of many here, we’ve had children for 10 years now. Several monitors have passed through our house. I had bought one in 2020 that was fabulous, but after 4 years the battery started to fail and it was just time for an upgrade. I was looking at getting one with dual cameras of different brands, until I providentially stumbled upon this one. I am SO GRATEFUL I did.
For at least $100 less than the others, it is fantastic! The quality of the image is great, also the night vision. I really like how easy it is to turn the volume up and down, switch between different cameras, or even have the split screen option. It also allows you to have the two cameras on shuffle mode so you never miss a thing. It’s easy to move the cameras and the sound when talking is very clear.
Battery life has been pretty good, I’ll use it all night without a charge and it’s fine the next day.
I still cannot believe how good this is, for the price especially. My new FAVORITE monitor by far.
