My order never arrived and the seller did not respond.

Multiple missing gems upon opening them out and they fall out just as i pick up the shoe to look at it and tried them on my baby, haven’t even had the chance to wear them yet. Very sad and when i picked up the shoe i can hear the gems moving as if they are all loose.
