  1. Michael

The First Years Bottle Warmer & Sterilizer is straight‑up parenting clutch mode. Affordable, reliable, and the kind of baby gadget that makes you go, “Wow, this actually makes my life easier,” instead of adding to the chaos.

It warms bottles fast, doesn’t overcomplicate things, and the built‑in sterilizer for pacifiers and nipples is basically a tiny hygiene side‑quest you can complete in under a minute. For the price? Ridiculously good. It’s the MVP of late‑night feedings when you’re running on fumes and vibes.

You loved it for your kiddos, and honestly that tracks — it’s simple, consistent, and doesn’t try to be a spaceship. Just warms the bottle, sanitizes the tiny stuff, and lets you get back to keeping small humans alive.

Certified 5/5 — great value, great performance, and absolutely worth it for any parent in the trenches.

I’m very happy with this bottle warmer. It has a clean, simple, and modern design that looks beautiful on the counter without taking up too much space. The size is practical, and the overall look feels soft and perfect for a baby care routine.

What I like most is how convenient it is for everyday use. It helps make feeding time feel easier, especially when you want something simple, reliable, and comfortable to use. The design looks well thought out, and the control knob makes it feel very user-friendly.

This is one of those baby products that brings comfort and peace of mind. It looks elegant, works for a practical purpose, and makes the daily routine smoother. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to parents looking for a helpful and stylish bottle warmer.

  3. RBM SOUNDS ECLECTIC

I bought this bottle warmer for my daughter so I could warm her milk. I used to warm water in a coffee mug using the microwave.oven for 2 1/2 minutes.and then I would dip the baby bottle with milk in it inside the coffee mug. This method works more for glass bottles not so much for plastic ones. Regular plastic bottles tend to take longer and don’t heat up as well.Same thing with the performance of this FIRST YEARS QUICK SERVE BOTTLE WARMER. It offered a bit of relief for me because I know that warming water in microwave oven is very dangerous. It could actually burst if you set the timer for a long time. This bottle warmer does it’s job for what is intended to perform. It works well but you have to pay close attention to it, Testing the bottle as it warms to get that “just right” temperature. Not too “HOT” &/or still “COLD”.

Here’s how this product works: You fill the included clear graduated plastic vial with a white cap with water to the line corresponding to the minutes you want to set the warmer. The more water you put the longer time the Bottle warmer will be in “ON” position. Be careful not to put too much water because the baby bottle might leak if the milk start to boil & some milk will end up inside the chamber of the warmer and it will just continue heating up the metal round plate at the bottom of this bottle warmer until the spilled milk or water will evaporate. If there’s no more liquid inside the warmer chamber then this will automatically shut “OFF” Let’s continue…You dump the water you measured depending on the minutes shown in the vial which is a small amount directly into the chamber where the bottle will sit inside that plastic mesh with a removable adapter ring. Place the bottle inside and press the button on the front. There will be a green horizontal light that will lit up as soon as you press it down.Green light tells you that the warmer is “ON”. Mind you “Press Down” and NOT PUSH Inward.like I did the first few times. In about 30 seconds steam begins to form and in about two minutes or depending on the measured water/time when nearly all the water has been turned to steam the unit automatically shuts off. You can test the temperature of the milk by letting it drip on top of your hand in the space between your pointing finger & your thumb.either your left or right hand. Do not use the inside surface of your palm because our hand tends to have thicker skin on that surface. You can also warm baby food jars or big & wide neck baby bottles by removing the removable adapter white ring intended for smaller bottles. You can also use this to sanitize pacifiers.

Muy buen producto. Fácil de utilizar, apagado automático y lo que más me gusto es la función para esterilizar los chupones así te evitas poner a hervir agua o utilizar el esterilizador normal.

  5. Christine

It’s our first bottle warmer. So can’t really compare with other brands. But we are very happy with it as it serves what we need. It heats up milk fast when you have a crying baby in the middle of night without waiting for a pot of water to boil. However, you have to wait for the unit to cool down (or add a lot of water) before turn it on again.

Finally. It arrived. I’m a fairly frugal person, obviously I bought this cheap lil guy. I was going to get the born free one which I kinda wish I did for the cooler. But I decided to get a breast milk ice pack and use with existing cooler pack I have. Honestly I’m glad I did, ill get more use out of the two than a bottle warmer with a cooler. I like that my bottles may be warmer in less time than 3 minutes with this guy too. It certainly seemed faster. I thought I wouldn’t need one. I thought how hard is warming under the faucet? Well. It is achievable… But SO much easier with a warmer. My babe sees milk and starts smiling. Then in 3 seconds crying if she doesn’t get. She SCOWLS if we drink a glass of “adult” milk. So this really helps that I can hold her and settle her. However, she can smell it being warmed I swear lol. So if you got a impatient milk-addict like me, maybe warm it away from her. I went into this realizing that it is a variable temp/water gage thing. it even says so on the manual, right under the chart ( may have been added after some reviews but who knows.) I kind of used the chart and my own reasoning, and presto. Worked on first try and didn’t seem like it took 3.5 minutes even. But could be because I use glass. I swirl my bottle about halfway through, but do at your own risk. holy hot! The bottle will feel hotter than heck, but the milk wont be. Important for breast milk 🙂 I think my next step will be to actually take its temp. All in all I’m impressed. Its simple. So simple a half asleep ( I say asleep loosely, do moms ever really sleep?), crazed lunatic mom brain FTM can do this. And 13 bucks!? That means I can buy more Mommee Coffee with the 30 some I saved. But lets be honest. All the coffee in the world aint gonna help your mom brain. So get this super simple, effective warmer. Its not that hard to figure out!! Don’t listen to the people who go super cheap and expect a $90 machine. If that’s what you want, spring the 90. But seriously, you really don’t need the bells and whistles. I may be frugal, but ill splurge on certain conveniences. And if you can be patient and give it a few goes to find your own time, you just be glad you did. The only thing I don’t like? The water vial doesn’t stay on so well. you have to twist and make sure the little cap edge you open it with is facing away from warmer, just like in the picture.it may ever say that somewhere.

  7. Maggie

This is a great product to warm up the milk before feeding. It was very efficient, especially helpful with overnight feeds. The guide on time required for warming up the milk was off by a fair bit. I worked out the optimal time myself by trial and error.

  8. R&A

We used to heat his milk up in a bowl of hot tab water, but after a 2 hour feed – we needed a new solution. This bottle warmer auto shut off, works quick (we use 3 min for 125ml in a Medela bottle), and easy to use. The on button lights up when pressed, automatically turns off when done (other brands dont have this feature). After having this bottle warmer, our little one consistently drinks more and finishes in less than 30 min. He enjoys the milk more and dozes off to sleep after the feed.

As one of the reviewer recommended, we used a small cloth to cover the warmer to trap the steam in. Shake it well before serving so the temperature is evenly distributed.

  9. Efrain Aguilar Jr

This bottle warmer is really easy to use and gets the job done without overcomplicating things you just add water, press a button, and it warms bottles pretty quickly. I like that it doubles as a sanitizer for pacifiers too, which is a nice bonus and saves space. It’s also compact, so it fits well on a nightstand or small counter.

A solid budget-friendly option that works well once you get used to it.

The First Years Babypro Bottle Warmer has been a savior for us and is our most-used “baby gadget” at home. I consider this a must-have item for new parents and wouldn’t be without one.

The product has a number of strong points. The price is great. It works as advertised. It is easy to transport when your little one is spending the day w/ grandma & grandpa. It warms a bottle really quickly (which is probably the biggest selling point). Any parent can tell you how important this single feature is — especially when your baby wakes up crying in the middle of the night and wants to eat *right now*. 🙂 It is adaptable to a variety of sizes of bottles. It can also be used to warm baby food. It is fairly well designed as well — allowing for the variety of bottle sizes, baby food, and it has a handy quick reference chart on the back w/ recommended water levels based on bottle size, etc. The beaker can be opened and poured into the warmer with only one hand (important when you are toting around a crying baby in the other).

I’m not sure this is a weak-point of the product, perhaps more an acknowledgment that warming a bottle isn’t an exact science. The amount of water required to warm a bottle is going to vary based on the milk, temperature of the milk, indoor temperature of the room, etc… Therefore, you might find that it typically takes water filled to the “7” line in the beaker to heat a cold 4 oz bottle of milk — and that works 90% of the time, but be prepared for different results sometimes. As a result, and this should be a no-brainer, but check the temperature of the milk before giving it to the baby.

The only thing I don’t like about the product, at first, is the button on the front. I was expecting it to push in to start the warmer, but it actually pushes down. This actually turned out to be a good thing as it is easier to push it down one handed than push it in. So, what I thought was annoying at first, ended up being a good thing after I started using it.

Now, there are more expensive bottle warmers on the market. They are fancy semi-automated ones (you push some buttons on the front and it will figure out how much water to use to warm the bottle). In my opinion, these warmers are *not* worth the money. The only difference that I can see between those warmers and this one is that the semi-automated ones disperse the water in preset amounts based on the selections you choose. It saves you from having to measure water for each bottle. However, those warmers suffer from the same issue as this one — there is a certain level of inconsistency guaranteed. The extra cost of those fancier models is not justified. In fact, I think those units would be annoying because they are limiting in terms of your choices for the amount of water to use. With a manual version, such as the one I’m reviewing, you can manually adjust the water level based on a variety of conditions which I think lends itself to better results.

I know some other reviewers get annoyed because they can’t find the perfect water level. This is really only an issue when you first start using the unit. After that you will figure out how much water it takes to warm “x” ounces of milk, and then can make some educated guesses on how much more you will need as your baby starts to drink larger bottles. This has been a non-issue for us (and our baby just switched from 4 oz of milk to 5 oz of milk).

In closing, this is overall a really great purchase. Just don’t expect it to be perfect and not require any thought on the part of the parent to operate. There is no such thing as an idiot-proof perfect warmer — not even those fancy semi-automated ones.

This is an excellent device IF you have the right expectations, and use it the right way. It boils a few cc of water very quickly, which creates steam very quickly, and surrounds to bottle with high temperature steam, thus heating the bottle and it’s contents. Having said that, realize the need to PROVIDE A VENT for the build-up of heat and pressure. So if you are heating bags, or capped bottles, I’d crack the lid or open the bag a bit. Effective use requires that you understand some simple physics. If you want consistent results, you have to deal with consistent inputs. Bottle temperature, bottle volume, water temperature, and water volume will affect your results. As such, if you alter the volume of the bottle by half an ounce, or alter the volume of water by even half a cc, you could get a scalding hot bottle or not warm it completely. The same would go for a bottle that was refrigerated for 20 minutes or 3 hours, or cold tap water, then warm… The device has NO control over those inputs. It is a cup with a powerful heater and an on-switch. Could it be more advanced and regulate temperature better? Sure, but you would need thermometers in both the water and formula, and a device that cost $100, not $15, nevermind probes that required washing, etc.

So in short, success requires a consistent application of:

    1. Water volume and temperature when it is added.

    2. Formula / milk volume and temperature.

    3. Time left in the device. I remove the bottle the instant the green light shuts off.

    4. Bottle type. Different bottles will have different surface areas and density. I always use the same style bottle.

5.When you remove the bottle, realize that the outer layer of fluid is warmer than the inner core of fluid. Swirl the bottle a bit to mix it.

Finally, I have also seen pictures of some reviews where the inside gets very dirty. This can be caused by a few different things. If you have vented bottles, then there is a possibility of fluid leaking out of the bottle and mixing with the water in this device. You can avoid that by VENTING your bottle. I.E. loosen the lid a bit. It could also be caused by hard-scale water from your tap. You can prevent this by using DI/RO water if you have it, or periodically toss some vinegar or dish-soap in the device and let it de-scale. I have successfully cleaned mine several times by filling it with hot water, then dropping a dishwasher tab in the hot water for a bit. It always rinses out squeeky clean. Obviously unplug the device if you are rinsing it in water.

I have zero complaints for this. It works well. It costs <$20.

I’ve bought 1 for home and 1 for all the sitters, grandma’s, aunts, etc.

This bottle warmer is probably the best $16 I’ve spent for the sheer convenience of being able to warm a bottle quickly. Like others have mentioned, it takes an incredibly long time to warm a bottle in a pan of hot water when you have a crying baby who wants to eat immediately ~ so, this little product is great since it only takes a few minutes to warm up a bottle.

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve to this product so that you get the temperature you want every time. The warmer does come with a guide of how much water to use to create the steam heat and I’ve used this as a starting point. My baby seems to like room temperature fluids so actually warming a bottle for her takes literally a minute or two at most since I am not heating to a higher temperature. Also, I learned the hard way that adding even just a few more drops of water (say filling to the 8 instead of the 7 on the little measuring dispenser) makes a huge temperature difference, so once you know exactly how much water you need, stick with it. The other variable to this device is the little plastic ring that is placed over the top of the warmer (it states “Not to be used with disposable bottles” around the top of it) adds to keeping the steam within the warming chamber- so if you take it off it make take an extra bit of water to get the milk warmed to baby’s preference. I took this ring off because I just couldn’t get it to sit flat over the removable basket.

The product is fairly small and doesn’t take up too much counter space, something that was also important to me since I hate clutter on kitchen counters. The one thing I don’t care for about this product is the way the little water dispenser attaches to the side, or rather how it doesn’t really attach easily to the side. I am sure others know what I mean at 3AM when you barely have your eyes open and try to slide that sucker into the grooves just right…ya, not easy.

I’ve only had this item for about a month, so I can’t speak to the longevity of it, but so far I am very happy with it, and should it break I would purchase another just for the convenience of it.

  14. Charles Bosse

Temnperature is really hard to guess, kind of have to babysit the bottle to ensure it is at a good temperature. Also hard to get out with one hand. Kind of hate this product.

  15. samantha hawkins

So I was in search of a bottle warmer and saw this one at a great price and awesome reviews! For the first week and a half or 2 weeks the warmer worked amazingly.

Now, I’ve never used a bottle warmer so I’m not sure if it’s just like a known thing that you’re supposed to clean those out. But with this one you definitely do.

The bottle warmer a few times has done this thing where it makes the bottle build pressure so it’ll run out the top and start boiling inside the app and the whole thing.

  16. DestinyUnruly

Warms bottles quickly and evenly every time. Very simple to clean and operate, making nighttime feedings much smoother.

  17. Fabian Vargas

I can’t believe the bad reviews. Do people know that this costs fifteen bucks? FIFTEEN BUCKS !!! I mean seriously, what do people expect for 15 bucks?

First our opinion (my wife and mine) about this product:

We bought this to heat up the milk in our First Years bottles: ( The First Years Soothie BPA Free Starter Set ). Up to now we’ve only used the small 4 oz bottles, our son is now 5 months old. We think it’s great, just measure and add the water, turn on and… done. Fast, easy, simple. The milk (we only use formula, no more breast milk) is 95% of the times just right and ready for our baby.

Now, what is our process? Because different people have different situations. We bought a thermos ( Thermos Nissan 2456P 18-Ounce Stainless-Steel Hydration Bottle ) so we boil the water and put it there. When it’s eating time we make the bottle with the hot water from the thermos. If the water is no longer hot enough then we use the bottle warmer. So we don’t heat up from the fridge or freezer. If you need to heat up from a really cold fridge or from the freezer then BUY SOMETHING ELSE, not a fifteen dollar product that won’t suit you.

Second our opinion about some of the negative comments, written by Seth Meyers from SNL (not really):

-Requires constant watching: Really? A machine that turns a bit of water into hot vapor requires constant watching? What are you watching? The vapor? It just goes up. No seriously if you take the bottle in and out that will do nothing, maybe screw up the process of correctly heating up the milk. STEAM HEAT MAKES NO HOT SPOTS. You don’t have to constantly watch it, it just takes a few tries to get the right measure of water and then you’re good. Still shake the bottle after you take it out I mean use common sense.

-The bottom gets rusty: Really? Things get dirty when they’re used? Really? Well clean it up with a wipe or a bit of soap and water or something my wife says it’s very easy.

-Doesn’t heat the milk enough. Really? It must be very refrigerated because it works fine for me. Seriously, if the milk is too cold to begin with then don’t get the cheap fifteen dollar warmer use common sense. Description says bottle warmer not heater, not defroster.

-Measure device is hard to read: Really? I mean really really? Are you like serious here? Turn the light on, put your glasses on I mean what are you doing that you can’t read this? Someone said it was hard to read at night.. really? IT’s NIGHT!!! IT’S DARK !!! What wrong with you ?!?!? Do you think the people that designed this thought maybe someone will use it in their night stand at night in the dark ??? It’s a kitchen device !!! Does your kitchen have a light? Or are you using this to turn your bedroom into a steam room?? Gosh get over yourselves, use the thing in a well lit area, how tough is that? Now personally our son now sleeps all night so we don’t make bottles at night but when we did we had the hot water from the thermos so no need for heating up. Just had to heat up the water in the evening (after the water was in the thermos all day) or in the morning (after the water was in the thermos all night) so again problem solved.

-It only has measures for 4oz and 9oz, mine are different, it takes trial and error: Really? The fifteen dollar device does not magically calculate your bottles size, shape, how much milk there is and its initial temperature and the final temperature you want? OMG GEEEEEEETTTTTTTT OVEERRR YOURRRSELVESSSS Seriously I can’t believe these people !! It costs fifteen bucks!!! What do you expect it to do???? Does common sense evade the people that buy this product? Yes it takes a bit of trial and error and then you’ll be fine. I don’t see what the deal is, I use measure 4 for half a bottle or emptier and 6 for a full bottle. Done. You could also buy the first years bottles, they’re only 17 bucks, you get a lot of them, they’re great and they have the awesome soothie shape and pacifier included.

-The bottle is hot at the end and hard to get out: Really? The bottle is hot when the heating process is over? I wonder how that happened!! No seriously, if you put a small bottle without the cap on then it will be hard to get out. So… put the cap on… problem solved.

Now you might have a defective product, it happens so return it and try again.

Now my personal opinion, the baby can drink the bottle sometimes a bit hotter, sometimes a bit colder (I’m not saying really hot or really cold, just shades of “warm”), it doesn’t always have to be the exact same temperature. Baby won’t die if the milk is not always the exact same temperature.

So you get what you pay for, don’t expect this to be a magical device, notice the price. Want something better? Then don’t be cheap and buy something more expensive. Don’t blame the device on unrealistic expectations.

  18. Jose

Great size to not take up too much space on the kitchen counter. Unfortunately did not do well warming como tomo silicone bottles. While they fit fine, the steam heats the exterior more than the milk itself. Also worked well to sanitize pacifiers.

  19. Vance N

I got this because after a couple nights of cranky colic baby, there was no way in hell I was going through that again! So I hear warming the milk makes it easier on the tummy (also making sure the bottles are good for him and formula that agrees). I (and my wife) have 3 different bottle types, the Medela breastfeeding bottles, the Avent standard/naturals and the Playtex Ventaires. These all fit into this warmer which has an accessory ring to keep them in place although the skinny Medela float/bob around in there a little if there is only 10 or 20 mls of milk in there.

Why this warmer is better than others I seen/used:

-it feels quality enough. It’s not a brick but it doesn’t feel like it out shatter if you sneezed on it. Solid enough.

    – it can be cleaned. Some other models with built in water reservoirs are a bacteria trap. eventually it would need a scrub. This one comes with a removable measure that can be cleaned. The unit itself, you can remove all the baskets (which it comes with a basket for prepared food jars!) and get in there to clean it out.

    – It turns on with a simple push down on the switch without the whole plug/unplug the cord. Green lights on the conveniently big button lights on and it will automatically shut off when the water you poured in is gone. No more plugging and unplugging. Trust me you will appreciate this button. It’s big enough that even I can hit it half asleep no problem! Don’t search for a small switch or button when you’re half asleep with a crying baby in one arm…that’s insane.

    – Small profile, I would say it has about the footprint of a magic bullet blender. Not bad since the counter lost alot of its space to baby bottle holders/racks etc..

    – The price..I’ve seen some crazy prices on some and this certainly is the bang for the buck! I was not buying one for 60+ dollars but I didn’t want a cheapo one that broke quick or is more of a hassel to monitor. This was it…winner! Less than 25 dollars, auto shut off, easy to clean, compact enough and warmed well. As everyone else says bottle warming is not an exact science but when you figure your method, you make it as consistent as you can.

PRO?CON? – it does shut itself off however there is a learning curve to the amount of water you put into the chamber and how much milk/water is in the bottle. For example, some of the other models adjust temperature by adding more water into the chamber and it just heats a preset time. This unit actually times itself by the amount of time it takes to boil off the water in the chamber. So if you pour in 7 (or less)on the included measure, it will heat up 4 oz water/formula to pretty warm in about 3-4 min max.

How do I adjust the temp? – Let’s say if I go for 4 oz of formula. I will put a little less than 7 in the measurer into the chamber. Pour in 3 oz of distilled/nursery water only in the bottle. Drop the bottle in the chamber and hit the button. It will shut off by the time I measure the power and put the baby bib on. Take it out, pour my final oz of cold water in and then mix the powder in and it is immediately ready to go. Whatever system works for you but this method instantly brings the mixture down to perfect warmth. The manual and the back of the unit has the handy measure scale in case you need it anyways.

Overall, if the baby’s tummy is more comfortable because warmer milk is easier for him, then we’re happy. I can’t complain about the money spent here. It’s worth the few more hours of peace and quiet. I hope this helps.

UPDATE: use it like mad and it’s still working like new. Baby is up to 4oz or more and I find using the minimal line is just fine. By the time you give the water a swirl with the powder and the outside of the bottle is still fairly warm, the remaining coolness of the water inside cancels out the residual outer heat to make it ready to feed immediately. Awesome!

UPDATE 9/18/2013: Still rockin and I even ordered another warmer for upstairs. I think it is a great bang for the buck and now with winter creeping around, most definitely will be used like crazy! Again, bottle warming is not an exact science so get that dream out of your head, you just need to figure what works warmer water-to-bottle volume ratio and stick to it. I planned it so once I see him hungry or already crying for it, I pour the water into the warmer, hit the button, pour the water into the bottle – drop the bottle in and start measuring out the formula. By the time I have the scoop loaded and ready, the warming is done and I mix, shake and feed. It really isn’t that complicated, just takes some logical planning. Play it right, the whole process is quick and efficient.

Update: 10/10/16 Baby #2 arrived and it is back on duty again. Working like it did day 1

    ガラス製哺乳瓶では使えないのが残念だけど、それ以外はとても重宝してます。入れる水の量は実際にやってみて感覚を掴む感じ。

I was a little hesitant to buy this bottle warmer at first because it didn’t have many reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. It has been one of my favorite baby purchases and proved that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get a bottle warmer that works well.

The warmer heats bottles quickly, and I was impressed with how fast it reached the right temperature. It comes with a small measuring cup that also serves as a guide for how much water to add based on the desired warming time, making it simple to use. Although it doesn’t beep when the warming cycle is finished, that wasn’t a problem for me since I kept track of the time myself. It does make a light sound while heating, but I never found it distracting.

I also appreciate how compact it is. It doesn’t take up much counter space and is small enough to move or pack away when needed. Cleaning is very easy as well. I personally cleaned it after every use, and it only took a few moments to keep it in good condition.

What impressed me the most is its durability. I used it regularly while my son was a baby, and once he no longer needed warmed bottles, I passed it on to a family member. She is still using it for her daughter, who is now almost a toddler, and it continues to heat bottles just as well as when I first purchased it. That gave me even more confidence in its reliability and quality.

If you’re looking for an affordable bottle warmer that heats bottles quickly, is easy to use, easy to clean, compact, and built to last, I think this is an excellent choice. I don’t regret buying it, and I would happily recommend it to parents who want a reliable warmer without spending a premium price.
