It wasn’t hard, (the instructions suggest a second pair of hands, but I was able to do it by myself) and it even comes with its own screwdriver, but if you’re not paying attention, you can very easily miss an obvious step and have to undo it like I did. Twice.Also pay attention to the basket frame, where one end has holes for screws and the other doesn’t. This is important as the side with the screw holes is intended for the music box, and the other side for the canopy. I didn’t notice that. You might have to shove around the padding wrapped around the bars to see it, as it’s very easy to miss otherwise.Still, overall a solid, decent piece.

I love this bassinet, first of all because of the neutral colors and cute design. It’s easy to put together and love that it has the little monitor with light, music and vibration. Only thing I don’t like are the little hanging stars and I feel they are very simple and don’t catch baby’s attention. Other than that it’s perfect and my baby feels very comfortable in it.
