Nice bouncer but as others have stated, the shocks sag. The shocks need a coil spring to help support and give it the bounce for larger babies.

When building my registry I was only adding items I knew were necessities, bottles, diapers wipes literally the bare minimum, simple living blah blah blah. Well, a friend told me to add a swing and I went ahead and did thinking it was a little “extra” or too much. Boy, am I glad I did! This swing/bouncer duo is great bang for your buck. It is worth every penny. Graco has never disappointed me. The quality is exceptional, the instructions were easy to follow and assembly was quick and stress free. I can easily detach the bouncer and move it to whatever room I’m in. It has 6 swing modes, cute tunes, and a mute, and volume buttons. The bouncer takes batteries (not included) but that is for the vibration. The ones we installed are still going strong at 5 months. The straps come with extra padding so it’s comfortable for baby and safe now that she’s rolling over. The swing is smooth and doesn’t make too much noise. At around 2-3 months baby was fighting naps and putting her in the swing for a few minutes got her into that sleepy state of mind. Making it easy for me to transition her to her crib to fall asleep. Add this to your registry! It is a necessity

I bought this with the intention of using it as my baby grows. I like the idea of something that lasts a few years. I normally love Graco items, but this is a poorly made product. My daughter did not like the infant bouncer. It was hard and uncomfortable. It is also very heavy and hard to move around the house. We ended up having to buy another bouncer and walker.

We love this swing! I think my baby would live in it if we let him. The base is heavy and sturdy, has good mobility to swing, and we also really enjoy that the it can be detached and used as just a seat. I do feel like the base is a little bit wide. My baby loves the vibration/swing combo! It does make a little noise while swinging, but it’s not loud enough to ever bother anyone.

When you lift it, the chair clicks into the higher position and it’s not easy to lower it back down. We like this for when my son has to sit up right after feedings. He is 4 months old and we call this his poop chair now because almost every time (he poops once a day) it is in this chair. I took 1 star off because it doesn’t really “bounce”. Overall it is a good product and useful as you can use it in different stages of their life.

This infant bouncer was built very cheaply. It feels inexpensive and fragile. The design is inherently flawed as the seat does not bounce if a child over the weight of 10 pounds is sitting in it. I do not think that this seat is worth anywhere near what it costs. The fabric is rough and scratchy, and seems uncomfortable for young babies, such as newborns.

I actually really like this swing, it gets the job done. My baby loves sleeping in it or puts him to sleep within minutes. The quality is good as well. The speed is moderate and it stays consistent. I also love the neutral colors which goes with everything in the room.

There should be a recall, and Graco has agreed with me that there is an issue with this swing.I never felt like my baby sat right in this swing. He was completely on his side with his head slumped and chin tucked all the way on one side of the swing. I figured he was too small for the swing and his age of two weeks was the issue.I tried again at seven weeks, after he gained a huge amount of net control and weight/height. But he had the same problems. I started to inspect the swing and realize that one side had 4 inches more material than the other side causing my baby to completely fall into the side as the seat was deeper there. This is a huge risk for positional asphyxiation. This swing could be fatal.I freaked out and contacted Graco because I bought the swing months before my sons birth so I couldn’t return it here.Graco reacted immediately, and after receiving pictures they asked for the manufacture date to do an investigation and sent me a brand new swing that same week as well as a paid shipping label to bring my swing back to them to look at. They never asked me questions, they never put up a fight, and I’m now starting to realize it’s because they know this is a problem and they’ve been sweeping it under the rug.After posting online, I found that 90% of other people with this swing have had the same issue. Many people never end up using the swing at all because they felt like it just wasn’t right but thought it was them. I was in the same boat, not using the swing until I contacted Graco and they took me seriously. The others that I’ve spoken to have said their issues go as far back as 2016. I think this is been an ongoing issue that Graco simply has not wanted to deal with. With all the attention I’ve brought I’m hoping change will come before a baby loses their life.I’ve bought a lot of attention to it online, and I would not be surprised if they recalled the swing entirely. They honestly should.I received the new swing and it is 100% perfect. If you buy the swing, you might also get a perfect one. It’s motor swing is awesome, the songs are great, and I loved it otherwise. It’s a solid sim wing feature wise! But you also might get one that’s completely messed up. If you do I implore you to contact Graco and not Babyz Corner. Graco needs to know that this is not OK and that they’ll have to pay to replace the wonky ones. I wonder how many of these were just returned without contact to Graco. If Graco has to start paying up for their mistakes maybe they won’t make the mistakes at all.Graco paid for absolutely everything to be replaced, and by sharing my story I may have saved another babies life. I know I sound like a paranoid mom but trust me if you saw my kid in the swing you’d understand. I never even took a picture because it I never left him in it longer than a few seconds dude to breathing issues.As a sidenote, while I’m talking about infant safety and swings, it’s never OK for a baby to sleep in a swing. Even if you’re watching, It could be fatal due to positional asphyxiation, which is silent motionless and takes less than a minute because of swings inclines.Don’t avoid this swing but if you get a bad one talk to Graco don’t just return it here. They will make it right and we can make a change at the same time.

This swing has been a god send. It literally has given me much needed rest and freedom to get a few things done around the house. My son is 3 months old and I spent the majority of my time standing rocking him to sleep as he didn’t care for my limited movement if I was sitting or in a rocking chair. This swing puts him to sleep almost immediately. We use it about 3-4 times a day for about 15-30 mnts each time, once he’s in a deep sleep I put him in the bassinet & he rests for about 2-3 hours until his next feeding. The swing is pretty quiet, it did kind of slightly lift on one end as other reviews noted, but if I keep it at speed 3 it doesn’t cuz his weigh keeps it steady, also if the blanket is too thick/heavy it goes slower a bit so I put a lighter blanket w him on it and no issues at all. I wish the seat was able to change how it faces but besides that, perfect product!!! Well worth the extra $50-75 that it costs over the other ones on the market. AND it holds a higher baby weight capacity compared to the cheaper ones so definitely worth the slight price increase. If I didn’t have to leave my job to care for the baby, I’d get a second one for upstairs…that’s how much of a great difference it has made in the household. My arms and back aren’t killing me as much now and the baby is happy as a clam. I regret shopping around and considering the purchase for about two weeks….it was two weeks I lost out on this thing that I won’t get back. Stop thinking about it and just click buy. When I put it together the next day and he instantly fell asleep I was kicking myself in the butt for taking so long to order the darn thing. Hands down, besides a breast pump and bottle to give my nips a break cuz it’s been torture, this swing has been the best baby purchase I’ve made. Everything else new-baby related you can go without or substitute it with something you already have at home, but this…you NEED.

This was so expensive and I’m baffled that it’s not a better product – especially since everything else I’ve gotten from Graco has been a slam dunk. The hydraulic shocks don’t allow the baby or even the adult to bounce them properly. It’s nothing more than an overpriced baby seat until they are big enough to actually sit in the secondary feature. I regret not reading the reviews on this one ahead of time, for suree.

After 2 days of being used, the rocker stopped working. Please see video. However, troubleshooting is simple. Instead of unplugging it from the wall, you need to first disconnect from the connector, unplug it esoteric a few seconds, replug everything back and the rocker will reset and work again.

I bought this for my baby thinking it would be a great versatile piece, but was overall disappointed. The first setting, bouncer, does not really bounce but if you just need somewhere to set a newborn it’s fine for that – my baby wasn’t that I to bouncing or vibrations so didn’t matter for us. The floor seat was the most useful – I used this from 4-6 months as we were introducing solids but didn’t yet have a high chair. I was excited for the jumper setting at 6 months but my baby was not into it – doesn’t really spring up that much compared to her doorway jumper. Overall, I would probably not buy this again due to cost – I don’t see myself using it for a toddler chair and we haven’t used it for a couple months now so pretty expensive for the limited use we got out of it.

This is our second time around having a graco swing. Our first the pattern/style seems to be disconnected and so second time around I was pleased to find this neutral swing to comfortably be in our living room without being an eye sore.
The swing is sturdy. Works as described.
I will saw our last Graco swing had a swivel feature that allowed you to turn the swing apart from the base so you don’t have to pick the entire thing up to have baby face a certain type of way. I don’t know if this is just a different kind of swing in their line of swing types or that feature didn’t make the cut this time around but I missed that.
We already purchased a bouncer to is portable/foldable that we have on hand so we never used the bouncer alone feature. But it’s nice to have. We tested it out once just to see how it looks and it seemed okay.
The swing will have a glitchy moment if you unplug it while it’s in mid swing. Our toddler has done that and all that’s required is to fully turn it off as in turn the knob with the swing settings all the way to zero, plug back in while it’s off, then turn on and it should work just fine again.
I’d advise Graco to lengthen the plug cord.
It worked for us because of our living room layout, and where we decided to place the swing but I can see that being a problem for others.

It is a little difficult to lay from position one to two, you need both hands and some strength or a second person. I was a bit nervous about this product because the price was significantly lower than others like it. My worries were totally unfounded.
The biggest thing I love about this is that it plugs into a wall outlet! I did not want to have to buy batteries all the time. I also like that it does have the option to run it on batteries in case you do want to use that option.
I want to address some of the biggest complaints I’ve seen in the reviews:
1. The swing provides little or no support for small/newborn babies — I can’t she’d much light on this because we bought it for our 14lb 5 month old who sits just fine in it. However, I can say that the padded head support is thin and doesn’t look like it would support a tiny baby.
2. The swing speed is extremely slow or barely moves for heavier babies — this concerned me because well, if the swing doesn’t swing, what’s the point? My son is currently 14lbs which some reviewers said this swing would not support. Our swing has no problems swinging my son’s weight. Sometimes it does seem to start a little slow when you crank up the speed but I simply give it a little swing myself and it picks right up at that speed and continues it. It had no problems starting and maintaining lower speeds.
3. It is very loud when swinging — some reviewers said that this swing was so loud that it drove them mad and they had to turn it off. In my experience, unless you’re extremely sensitive to sound, the clicking and whirring noise shouldn’t be a bother at all. It’s the same noise that every swing I’ve ever seen makes. I can’t help but wonder if some people had recieved swings with defective motors if they were that loud?
4. The music is horrid and obnoxious — even the 4 and 5 star reviews mentioned how bad the music was. We have a baby chair that makes the most ob noxious, high pitched sound when the toy is pulled (we don’t pull the toy haha) so I was kind of expecting the swing music to be like that. I wasn’t planning on using the music feature just because of how bad people said it was. Well, I checked it out after we set it up and I was pleasantly surprised! I actually like the music! I find it very calming and not obnoxious at all. Both me and baby fall asleep with it on. But, if by chance you fall into the camp that finds the music insufferable, just know that you can leave it off and turn it off with just the push of a button.
5. The mobile doesn’t spin — this is true. The mobile just hangs on the swing there is no movement to it. Yes, it would be nice if the mobile spun to keep the baby’s attention (my son doesn’t seem to care at all about the non moving mobile) but for the price, I can’t complain!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this swing! It’s budget friendly, doesn’t take up a ton of space, is easy to assemble and it keeps baby happy!

If you can get the thing assembled and get past the creaking noise, it’s a pretty great swing! Our daughter typically doesn’t like to be put down. If we put her in her high chair, bouncer or lay her on a blanket she will usually start getting upset within 10 minutes. But after putting her in this swing, she was more than content for over 30 minutes with no signs of showing any fuss. So, thumbs up for that! The problems I have found though is that the instructions are terrible. The diagrams do little to help you figure out what you should be doing, and the written instructions don’t reference part numbers so you’re not sure what part should be going where. Luckily it’s pretty self explanatory to assemble, so I just gave up on the instructions, just trial and erroring it the whole way.
Lastly, the motor itself is a bit creaky. It’s especially bad when it’s first trying to get the swing going, but it still creaks even when keeping the swing in motion. Luckily it’s a pretty low frequency creak so the sound can quickly fade into the background if you’re not listening for it.
The music and sounds are alright, nothing too special there. The speaker is pretty hollow sounding, but I wasn’t expecting a Bose quality speaker in a baby swing. The volume can go pretty low and high too, which is nice. It does seem like you can’t just turn the music on without the swing being on as well, which is kind of sad. It would be nice to be able to have it just play music without the swing going as well, but that’s more of a personal preference than anything.
Overall, this is a great swing and I’d highly recommend it if you’re wanting a swing with sturdy construction and can be powered via outlet.

The swing is sturdy. Works as described.
I will saw our last Graco swing had a swivel feature that allowed you to turn the swing apart from the base so you don’t have to pick the entire thing up to have baby face a certain type of way. I don’t know if this is just a different kind of swing in their line of swing types or that feature didn’t make the cut this time around but I missed that.
We already purchased a bouncer to is portable/foldable that we have on hand so we never used the bouncer alone feature. But it’s nice to have. We tested it out once just to see how it looks and it seemed okay.
The swing will have a glitchy moment if you unplug it while it’s in mid swing. Our toddler has done that and all that’s required is to fully turn it off as in turn the knob with the swing settings all the way to zero, plug back in while it’s off, then turn on and it should work just fine again.
I’d advise Graco to lengthen the plug cord.
It worked for us because of our living room layout, and where we decided to place the swing but I can see that being a problem for others.
Music is decent.
Overall I really enjoy it.

This swing has been a god send. It literally has given me much needed rest and freedom to get a few things done around the house. My son is 3 months old and I spent the majority of my time standing rocking him to sleep as he didn’t care for my limited movement if I was sitting or in a rocking chair. This swing puts him to sleep almost immediately. We use it about 3-4 times a day for about 15-30 mnts each time, once he’s in a deep sleep I put him in the bassinet & he rests for about 2-3 hours until his next feeding. The swing is pretty quiet, it did kind of slightly lift on one end as other reviews noted, but if I keep it at speed 3 it doesn’t cuz his weigh keeps it steady, also if the blanket is too thick/heavy it goes slower a bit so I put a lighter blanket w him on it and no issues at all. I wish the seat was able to change how it faces but besides that, perfect product!!! Well worth the extra $50-75 that it costs over the other ones on the market. AND it holds a higher baby weight capacity compared to the cheaper ones so definitely worth the slight price increase. If I didn’t have to leave my job to care for the baby, I’d get a second one for upstairs…that’s how much of a great difference it has made in the household. My arms and back aren’t killing me as much now and the baby is happy as a clam. I regret shopping around and considering the purchase for about two weeks….it was two weeks I lost out on this thing that I won’t get back. Stop thinking about it and just click buy. When I put it together the next day and he instantly fell asleep I was kicking myself in the butt for taking so long to order the darn thing. Hands down, besides a breast pump and bottle to give my nips a break cuz it’s been torture, this swing has been the best baby purchase I’ve made. Everything else new-baby related you can go without or substitute it with something you already have at home, but this…you NEED.

After 2 days of being used, the rocker stopped working. Please see video. However, troubleshooting is simple. Instead of unplugging it from the wall, you need to first disconnect from the connector, unplug it esoteric a few seconds, replug everything back and the rocker will reset and work again.

3 week old loves this swing. It’s not noisy like others we have used. We love the 5-point harness, it’s easy to slip on and off a sleeping baby. Super cute design, the pads are wipeable as well which is a HUGE plus. His head doesn’t roll to the side, the tilt angle is a perfect fit. It’s very sturdy. I was excited for the jumper setting at 6 months but my baby was not into it – doesn’t really spring up that much compared to her doorway jumper. Overall, I would probably not buy this again due to cost – I don’t see myself using it for a toddler chair and we haven’t used it for a couple months now so pretty expensive for the limited use we got out of it.

This infant bouncer was built very cheaply. It feels inexpensive and fragile. The design is inherently flawed as the seat does not bounce if a child over the weight of 10 pounds is sitting in it. I do not think that this seat is worth anywhere near what it costs. The fabric is rough and scratchy, and seems uncomfortable for young babies, such as newborns.

When you lift it, the chair clicks into the higher position and it’s not easy to lower it back down. I like that it grows with your baby, but it was just too hard to use to become something we used more than occasionally

This would be a 5 star but because the seat is unsafe for babies that are able to sit up that should really make it a 1 star, but I like how durable it is. Just literally unsafe due to how low baby can be clipped in and also you can’t tighten it and the band is attached to loose material rather than the stable frame!! It’s dumb!
