We’ve tried so many different swing brands for our twins- one in particular was almost triple the price. They have both loved this swing from day one. The back and forth swing is better than any side to side or up and down swing that we’ve tried . Also this swings folds up and can be stored away seamlessly when not in use and the other are very stationary.

I don’t usually wax poetic when it comes to Babyz Corner reviews, but my Velcro baby is currently asleep in this thing, so bring on the Shakespeare. Graco Slim Spaces Compact Baby Swing, how are thou like a summer’s day? Alas, let me count the ways. Disclaimer, I don’t know your baby and cannot guarantee they’ll love this thing, but as far as I’m concerned, it’s worth a try. My baby chills in this thing for up to an hour, happily sucking on his hand. For context, I’ve got a $300 spaceship swing with fifteen different motion options that he lasts about five minutes in before it’s scream city and also he only takes contact naps. The one downside is that it only takes batteries and doesn’t have a charger option, so I can’t justify leaving it running for too long. I’m sure there are others out there that have charging capacity, but my baby has emotionally bonded with this one, so I’m not taking any chances with an exchange. It was super easy to assemble and light weight enough to move around the house, but I wouldn’t readily schlep it up and down the stairs. I haven’t tried washing or cleaning it yet, because my baby is so happy in it that he has yet to projectile spit up, which is another pro- I think the incline is perfect for his reflux. Take everything with a grain of salt though- my PhD was provided by google.Happy shopping, mamas, Pappas and caregivers! You got this.

I would have liked it to be foldable to form a chair. It’s too much like a bed and babies want to sit up not recline in napping stage. Otherwise its convenient, great rocking, and spacesaver. The seat folds to make smaller – it would be nice if there was a stopper to let it form a chair too.

Absolutely love this swing for my son! We first tried another swing and he hated it, but the moment we put him in this one on medium, he loved it from day one. It’s been a lifesaver and makes it so much easier to get things done around the house.

This swing is a small but mighty. Swing levels have a range! I was surprised at how quick it rocked on the highest level. Which is nice for those little that like faster rocking. It was a quick assembly and easy to follow instructions. Requires 4 D batteries. Might as well just order them at the same time if you don’t have any readily available. I purchased for my baby boy and didn’t realize it was rainbows that I got but they’re a neutral color so it was fine. Overall, it’s great for the price. I didn’t. Want to spend more than $80. It doesn’t have fancy features but gets the job done and is easy to move around as it’s not bulky and big. Also folds to fit in smaller spaces. Great for trunk space if you travel often.

Would give thus 5/5 stars if only you had the option to plug it in. It only runs on battery and depending on how often you use it, you will cruise through batteries! Otherwise, easy to use, cozy, quiet, and great quality overall.

This swing has been a true lifesaver during those tough crying spells. It’s compact, looks great, and works exactly as we hoped. The swing speeds are solid—though the highest setting feels a bit too fast for our comfort. We added a small mobile using zip ties, which gave it a nice personal touch and keeps our baby engaged. It runs on C batteries, and even with regular use, the rechargeable ones we use have lasted a long time. While I do wish it had a wall adapter option, I understand the safety concerns with cords around a moving baby. The seat removes easily for cleaning, which is a big plus for any parent. Overall, we’re really glad we picked this one—great design, works well, and keeps our little one calm.

I would have liked it to be foldable to form a chair. It’s too much like a bed and babies want to sit up not recline in napping stage. Otherwise its convenient, great rocking, and spacesaver. The seat folds to make smaller – it would be nice if there was a stopper to let it form a chair too.

If you are looking for a compact swing for your baby this is the swing. Easy setup! Easy to move from room to room or take it on the go! You can make the legs longer or shorter. It’s very quiet and has many different swinging settings to choose from. My baby took a lot of naps in this swing and he loved it.

Very happy with this swing. Only down fall is it takes 4 D volt batteries and I had a hard time getting the smooth side of battery from sliding from the prong and not wanting to stay in. It’s very cute and comfy our daughter loves it. I had gotten a swing that went sideways for my baby shower and I didn’t really like it is very low I did however thought this went up higher it adjusted to two levels and isn’t that much further up then the 1st level. It’s sturdy it doesn’t make much of a noise when it’s swinging I think it’s a decent purchase it’s simple I didn’t even have to use the instructions I just clicked it all in by looking at the box and it took maybe all of 5 minutes which was nice one thing I would be honest the seatbelt can be a pain in the butt and annoying to snap together. So I would say the seatbelt and the batteries is what I don’t really care much for. Other then that a pretty nice swing.

SO much better and more valuable than the complicated swings. My parents would tell me that, as a baby, I loved swings and was always sleeping in baby swings. I know that these front-to-back swings were very helpful for parents years ago, I don’t know why now they make them so complicated. I tried the complicated ones on my first born and he hated it. With my second, knowing now what I know, no problems with this swing at all. Literally sleeps like a baby! Quiet and fairly sturdy. However, for this model, for sure it’s compact but it doesn’t stand upright, even if i adjust the legs. I have wood flooring so it slides if attempting to lean it against something.

If you are looking for a good baby swing to keep your clingy baby in motion so you can set them down for the moment then this is for you. If you are looking for a space saving option this isn’t it. It says it folds away easily which is true but it’s a little wonky. It has to lean against a wall just so when it’s folded and the actual seat doesn’t stay folded all the way. So I end up just leaving it set up cause it’s easier than trying to find the perfect spot for it to be stored where it won’t fall over.
The assembly was really easy and the instructions were pretty clear. It does use 4 D batteries that are not included. Not sure how long the batteries will last. Will update if they die pretty quick. I don’t imagine they will cause the swing doesn’t go super fast even when on the highest setting.

We like the swing. It works well. As other reviews have mentioned, get some rechargeable D batteries. We use it everyday and the batteries last about a month. The only noise ours makes is like a clicking sound when it swings back and forth but it doesn’t bother us or baby. It folds nicely. I only wish it was easier to get the seat cover off. It’s not small by any means though. It takes up quite a bit of space at full build.

If you are looking for a compact swing for your baby this is the swing. Easy setup! Easy to move from room to room or take it on the go! You can make the legs longer or shorter. It’s very quiet and has many different swinging settings to choose from. My baby took a lot of naps in this swing and he loved it.

I would have liked it to be foldable to form a chair. It’s too much like a bed and babies want to sit up not recline in napping stage. Otherwise its convenient, great rocking, and spacesaver. The seat folds to make smaller – it would be nice if there was a stopper to let it form a chair too.

Easy to set up, portable and folds up to put away when not in use. This is an inexpensive swing compared to many others out there but has everything a baby needs. Downfall is no music but I just turn it on my phone if needed.

Very stable. Batteries last a while. Compact enough when closed to slide between the couches. Make sure to buckle that baby in. My baby did not use it for very long at all. But that’s not the products fault.

Beth M –
We like the swing. It works well. As other reviews have mentioned, get some rechargeable D batteries. We use it everyday and the batteries last about a month. The only noise ours makes is like a clicking sound when it swings back and forth but it doesn’t bother us or baby. It folds nicely. I only wish it was easier to get the seat cover off. It’s not small by any means though. It takes up quite a bit of space at full build.

I love this swing! It is easy to assemble, lightweight, and portable.• It has adjustable speed settings, two recline positions, and a removable toy bar.• My baby enjoys the soothing motion.•The best part is that it folds up compactly and fits in small spaces.•It is perfect for our apartment. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality swing at a reasonable price.

I love this. It folds away so nicely. My baby loves it. They just swing and babble away. It’s amazing for naps too. Highly recommend if you don’t want a big swing out all the time. I love that I can tuck it away. I can also set this up one handed which is amazing. I did struggle to put it together but it was due to hand strength.
