  1. Kylie

If you are a first time mom and not sure what will work for you, this set is a great thing to try. It also costs a lot less than if you buy the items separately. The quality is good. Great value for money.

  2. Kristen Holstrom-Fiebiger

  3. Suj

I love my Hakka! It’s been helpful in building a freezer stash without producing an oversupply. It’s also helpful emptying the ducts when they are starting to clog in the beginning while your milk is still regulating. I love it so much that it is my go to purchase for baby showers.
I wasn’t impressed with the lady bug. I really wanted to like it but I spill it every time I try to get it out of my bra and switch it to the other side. I’ve given up using it.

  4. Ana

Easy to apply suction but didn’t work out for my low supply.

  5. Suj

I love the pump to help with my fast letdown. It helps not overfeed my newborn and helps with her spit up. The ladybug is amazing too- I just popped it into my bra while feeding on the other side and suctioned it. I was surprised at how much came out. It’s almost an ounce each time and it’s not being wasted since when my bra covers it doesn’t come out. But using the ladybug and it suctioned to me gets more for my nursing time. I just add it to my pumping since it mostly collects breast milk that contains mostly water.

I definitely recommend both. I actually bought the haaka pump (panic buying things I’d thought I’d need), returned it thinking I don’t need this since I have a pump, but then rebought to help manually pump to help with letdown. It’s much easier than getting the whole pump out just to relieve a letdown and like I already mentioned about the ladybug, it’s easy to get a bit extra while pumping!

  6. Landon M.

I love the original, but can’t get a good suction with the ladybug. Wish I would have bought them separately for ease of return

Very useful!!! Specially if you struggle with a fast let-down milk reflex or just having a lot of oversupply milk! No milk is wasted 😂☺️

  9. Small not true to size. Wore for few months and one of the trousers opened at the back

Amazing product! I wish I had known about it with my first child! This product saved my life as breast feeding mother! I had mastitis with my first child because I could not get the extra milk out of my breasts but with this product it saved my breasts, my health, and my milk production! The suction is good and felt comfortable to use. My breasts are a B/C cup and I have small nipples so it was perfect for me, thank you to the inventor of this product! I recommend!

  10. Melissa

I’m not a fan of the lady bug haaka but the other version is a must have. I put a little suction on it and it gathers plenty of milk while baby fed on the opposite side. The lady bug haaka didn’t suction and I ended up spilling the collected milk. It is truly passive collection only.

  11. Alexa

I love the original, but can’t get a good suction with the ladybug. Wish I would have bought them separately for ease of return

  12. The Pale Adventurer

Been using both the Ladybug and the pump. The lady bug is great for its discreet size, but definitely doesn’t have the suction that the pump does. Great to put on the other breast that baby isn’t on when they are feeding. They are pretty intuitive as far as use and easy to clean. It’s a great way to capture what would’ve been leaking out anyway.

  14. Ana

I really liked these! I had never tried a manual pump before sand these were very easy to use, comfortable, and handy to use on the go or at my home. A lot of people said they were too tight or hurt but I didn’t experience that

  15. Shelby Rider

The original hakka works great. The ladybug is more discrete but has poor suction and falls off easy. If I had known I would have just gotten the original without the ladybug.

  16. David M Zehner

You can easily control the flow yourself, the pump is extra light and small – handy for mums on the go! Haven’t used the collector much but when I do – it works well. Great value for money and amazing design. Definitely would recommend!

  17. Small not true to size. Wore for few months and one of the trousers opened at the back

good quality. i even forgot one time boiling the water evaporated and they still survided that acident so all the respect for it.

  18. Suj

Comfortable and easy to figure out

  19. Courtney Coy

I absolutely love these! I do have a difficult time getting the ladybug to stick on its own but it works great if you just stick it in your bra. These are a life saver especially in the beginning before your milk supply regulates! No milk wasted and less soaked clothing. The longer one is great for any time you need to self express!

  20. vivian g

This has been a savior for my milk supply. It has helped me oversupply so that my baby is extra content and chubby and also store milk away. I use it religiously ever since I left the delivery center. But it’s never too late to start using it. I did have to upgrade to the bigger one with a lid because i kept spilling milk. The catcher, however, didn’t find much use for it. You are better off just buying the haakaa itself.

  21. Agata

The “pump” is brilliant if wanting to catch let down or express some extra milk but don’t want the expensive cost of an electric.
    Easy and comfortable to wear.
I previously bought a Medela brand one and it didn’t fit and was extremely uncomfortable.
The collection cups are so handy and useful as you can wear them inside your bra comfortably whilst doing things. I wear on the opposite breast whilst feeding to collect let down.
    Overall, highly recommend.

  22. Annabell

Love this manual pump it helps to collect extra milk whilst breastfeeding on the other breast. I highly recommend, it easy to clean, high quality.

  23. vivian g

This has been amazing for me!! The ladybug catches the letdown on my breast so I’m not wasting milk- in my prime of breastfeeding I was getting about 2oz extra a feed! It also saves you from needing to stick something in your bra to catch the letdown or soaking a bra pad. You will love this!

  24. Courtney Wellman

I’m not a fan of the lady bug haaka but the other version is a must have. I put a little suction on it and it gathers plenty of milk while baby fed on the opposite side. The lady bug haaka didn’t suction and I ended up spilling the collected milk. It is truly passive collection only.

  25. Randi Sierra Streiffert

This is a game changer for all breast-feeding moms. While you are pumping one breast, you simply put this on the other breast and it gets all of the overflow and does work while you are just sitting there pumping the other one. I wish I would’ve known about this with my first two kids. A friend told me about it with my last Baby and it was an absolute game changer.

It is just a suction device. You do not need a battery or to plug it in or anything. And it is also great for travel and when you’re on the go. You get double to the milk while pumping.

Great product, great price point and makes new moms lives who are breast-feeding, so much easier. I wish I would’ve known about this sooner. Absolute game changer.

I am not exaggerating about these products. They are seriously a game changer. My baby is 4 weeks old and I have been breastfeeding since she was born. I have enough milk to feed her and pump 4-5 times a day using Momcozy M9 for 30 mins each time.
I got mastitis a week ago which was really painful and my baby got frustrated with the milk supply due to the clogged ducts. I met a lactation consultant and she recommended me to get Haakaa breast pump to help to relieve the mastitis. I was about to purchase only the pump but I thought the milk collectors would be handy for my leaking milk.
I can’t believe how much milk I was losing every time I breastfeed my daughter. It was more than 30ml in 10 mins. I now do not need to pump for 4 times a day. I just collect my leaking milk and that’s pretty much enough for bottle-feeding when I need a rest. I use the ladybug when I lay down and feed my baby – I don’t need to wear a bra and milk doesn’t leak even though I am literally in a side sleeping position.
Thanks to Kiwis🇳🇿 whoever invented this product!!! Who said no pain and no gain? I am now gaining milk with no pain!

Perfect combo deal. I wanted the traditional haaka to use to for an epsom salt soak when I have a clogged duct. The milk collection haaka works great when im feeding to collect the leaking milk from the other breast. No more breadtmilk soaked shirts for me!

I think this set perfect for all bf and pumping mamas out there. The ladybugs help you collect letdown during the day, and it has also helped me increase my supply. It is easy to wear and just remember to empty each ladybug frequently depending on your supply. It is slightly difficult to clean as breastmilk may remain in the corners of it. You would need good small bottle brush to clean it. Due to the shape of the ladybugs, it also takes a while to dry once they’ve been cleaned. The hakaa on the other hand is easier to clean and dries quicker. It has helped me a lot in increasing my supply and to suction out any milk clots. I suggest that when using it you let it fill up to 2oz. Anything past that will make it too heavy for the hakaa to remain on the breast. It can also pop off if you baby is moving a lot or kicking. Both products are great for when you are on the go. The hakaa has helped me in relieve engorgement when I am unable to pump or breastfeed.

As a FTM, I didn’t know what to expect from BF. I was told constantly that it will be painful at first but you just have to power through. Well I didn’t know what a bad latch felt like because the lactation consultant at the hospital (Orlando Health – Winnie Palmer: DO NOT RECOMMEND!) was not helpful and was dismissive when I tried asking questions for more help. So two weeks in I find out he’s still not returned to his birth weight so they tell me come back in two days, and find he’s lost more weight. I’m devastated scared that I’m doing something wrong to hurt my baby & found out my baby has had such a bad latch that he’s been outright chewing on my nipples like jerky, causing excessive tissue damage & my milk supply was almost gone. Like droplets almost gone. The pediatrician told me I need to supplement with formula immediately & stop putting him to the nipple, which every FTM mom knows that absolutely crushed me. I found a remarkable lactation consultant (she’s in Central Florida & works in Merrit Island, but I’m not sure it’s safe to put her name here for those who may want to use her services) & she helped me with modifications for his upper lip tie (found out that was the source of my boys bad latch) & had us start using the even flow balance bottles because she said they kind of auto correct his mouth to fix his latch to minimize nipple confusion. While my nipples we’re heading, she had me use these. Omg. Omg. The picture you see is after a few days of consistently using these to pump, that’s how bad the tissue damage and pain was, and y’all. Seeing that much milk in one pump, I WAS IN TEARS! My supply has recovered and baby boy is back BF but I still use these on the boob he isn’t actively feeding from during feeds so no milk is wasted. They are such a great investment & I cannot recommend them enough! Only downside is EVERYTHING clings to the material so if you have pets, be wary.

I can’t recommend the Haakaa Manual Breast Pump enough! It’s incredibly simple to use—just squeeze, attach, and let it gently collect milk hands-free while nursing on the other side. The soft silicone design is comfortable and easy to clean, and the compact size makes it perfect for on-the-go moms. Plus, the included lid and suction base prevent spills and make storage a breeze. It’s a game-changer for building a milk stash without extra effort.

Should have bought it sooner when I was leaking more at the start of our breastfeeding journey. Catches let down and relieves engorgement, easy to clean and easy to use. The suction from the hakaa is painful at the start and you need to find the best way to attach it. The ladybug is gentler but dislodge more easily than the hakaa.

I was & am still amazed at the haaka pump & really wish I heard of it sooner! I love how it doesn’t require electricity & it suctions to you without the need of a pumping bra. I got the pack with the pump & the ladybug, but wish I got the double pump pack because I don’t use the lady bug. The ladybug has a lower suction level & would work better for someone who has a lot of natural leaking; it doesn’t stay on me very well & I produce more milk with the original pump. I also wish I had both sizes or the larger capacity pump because I have had to empty it & reapply because of running out of space a few times. I was becoming concerned about my stored milk supply, but this has helped me add back to it. I just wish I had it sooner to help with those stressful early nights.

  66. kara

Haakaa is an absolute must from me!!! I don’t love the breast pump personally, I am more for the ladybud milk collector, BUT I have a few friends who really love the breast pump!! it’s great for those mom’s who need to just slap a little somethin somethin on to relieve the engorgement and collect that liquid gold

  67. Janie Laroche

    Fonctionne bien.

  68. Kristen Hall

I don’t really use the ladybug very often, but I use the haakaa every single day. I don’t know what I would do without it. It’s been an essential part of my breastfeeding journey. I detest my mechanical best pump, but this is amazing. I almost always get between 1-3 oz from whichever boob baby’s not nursing on. This is the main reason my freezer stash is so full.

  69. Annalyse Muller

The Hakka has definitely helped when breast feeding or manually expressing. I tried to use the ladybug, but either it just doesn’t fit my breast very well or I’m not using it properly.

  70. Carl

Should have bought it sooner when I was leaking more at the start of our breastfeeding journey. Catches let down and relieves engorgement, easy to clean and easy to use. 71. Majbritt Mehl Bengtson

When nursing I put the ladybug on the other breast to collect surplus milk. And it works like a dream I no longer have soaking wet shirts. But I am wondering if it is working more like a pump than just collector. And it might increase my problem with leaks in the future. But for now it’s good for building a milk stash.

  72. K. Laurin

We are an exclusively breastfeeding duo. I use the lady bug on the side that isn’t being nursed. Without pumping I have been able to capture 3oz of milk in the lady bug every 24 hours. Since my baby was born 16 days ago, I have collected quite a little stash of milk in the freezer using only the lady bug. This is hands down my favorite newborn product.

  73. Anne- Raissa YACE

I’ve been expressing milk only with this and it works well for me

  74. amanda

Got these to catch milk from the opposite side while feeding my baby and I love it!! I collect so much milk that would have been wasted otherwise

  75. paulina bula

I had both of these products while breastfeeding my 2 sons. I like each of them for various reasons, the original hakka catches so much milk and the ladybug is nice when I feel extra full but don’t have time to pump. I stick them in my bra and carry on with my day, enough milk comes out to relieve the pressure before the next feeding. I get these now for all my friends (this one is for my cousin), even if they don’t have it on their registery list. From a mama to a mama, these are great.

  76. Weir

Use the ladybug literally every feed I wouldn’t be able to live without it because I have such a good supply I would leak all over my shirt without it. The hand express… I’ve used it a few times suction is great and would be good in a pinch but I don’t have the time for it. I’ve used it to catch letdown on my other side when I’m feeding and always manage to knock it off because of its weird shape but it’s great as an actual hand pump just takes me too long to get it going with a newborn. Feel I’ll use that more when she’s eatting foods and breastfeeding and I just want to take off a bit so she can get to creamy milk at the back

  77. KW

Use these daily. Makes breastfeeding much easier
