For me it’s too much suction but it’s a great pump in a pinch. I used this as my primary pump until my spectra came in. And I keep this in my diaper bag now in case I’m out and about and need to pump. Sterilizing with the microwave bags has been a huge help for me too.

Extremely easy to assemble and disassemble to clean. Found it to work better than an electric pump. I also like how it comes with a lid to store milk

I love my manual hand pump. It’s great for on the go and really quick and easy to use. Sometimes I feel like it actually pulls out more than my wall pump or my portable pumps. I like having full control over the suction and frequency since I’m the one handling it.
I did replace the duckbills with the ones from my Spectra and I swear I get even better output now. Honestly that upgrade made me like this pump even more.

I’ve tried the electric breastpump from this brand, but it never seemed to empty my breasts completely. I needed a fast solution that would be more effective and that’s how I came across the Medela Harmony manual breast pump.
It has two different modes, unlike other manual pumps, which I really like. That allows me to get five ounces in about 10-15 mins.
I had to take away a star though, because after running it through the bottle sterilizer the diaphragm wouldn’t fit correctly anymore, which resulted in a squeaky noise and ineffective suction.

I was skeptical at first since my usual flange size is 19mm, but this Medela Manual Pump worked perfectly. It’s painless, fast, and easy to use. I love how quiet it is and how quickly I can finish pumping at 3 a.m. without dragging out my big electric pump. It’s lightweight, simple to clean, and perfect for quick night sessions.

I read about this this thing and was skeptical about getting another breast pump – really, how many do you need? I got the Spectra, which is a *hospital grade pump* and I figured this was as good as it was gonna get. I didn’t really like it – uncomfortable, too many pieces, pain in the @$$ to clean, huge motor with all these tubes hanging all over the place. After dragging my feet, I finally bit the bullet and got this lil guy and OMG THE DIFFERENCE!!! I can empty a boob in about 5 minutes. It’s so much more comfortable to use – I can manually adjust the speed and suction power each pump without having to mess with a bunch of buttons and programs. It’s sooo much easier to clean – it’s like 3 pieces, that’s it. It’s smaller and more versatile. The only downside is you can only do one boob at a time but it’s not that bad. This is now my primary pump and my Spectra has found its way to the back of a closet somewhere.

The Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump is a surprisingly efficient and comfortable option for a manual pump, especially for moms who need something lightweight, portable, and quiet. This works me especially overnight when the baby only latches on one side. With this I empty out the breast and prevent engorgement! The parts are easy to clean. I put everything in the momcozy and come out clean. One down side is it doesn’t come with flange inserts. I feel like it could be a little comfortable if it brought a 21mm. Its a standard 24mm.

hands down one of the most practical baby items we’ve owned. it’s compact, lightweight and so easy to use — perfect for quick pumping without needing to deal with wires, charging or bulky equipment.
the personalfit flex shields make a real difference in comfort, and pumping feels smooth and controlled without needing much effort. it’s quiet, efficient and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you’re tired and just want things done quickly.
and if time isn’t really an issue, this works wonders compared to the very expensive wear and tear you get on automatic pumps. it does the job just as well without all the stress on motors and parts – and we have 3 electric pumps but none of them can beat how much milk this one can get.
my wife use this both at home and when out, and it’s been reliable every single time. simple, well-designed and genuinely useful.

Such a great pump. I love the Medela hand pump! It’s way better than the Lansinoh in my opinion. The shape, the comfortability and the style is all around better. It’s easy to use and has two modes which is very nice. It comes with a nice stand to keep your pump upright so you don’t have to worry about it tipping over when you set it down. I would recommend this to other moms for sure! It’s been very convenient for making purées for my baby since I don’t need to use an actual pump like my Spectra.

This manual breast pump works really well. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and comfortable to hold. The suction is strong enough to get a good amount of milk, but still gentle on the breast. It’s also quiet, which is great for pumping when the baby is sleeping . I like that it’s easy to clean and can be carried anywhere — perfect for travel or quick pumping sessions. Sometimes I even prefer it over my electric pump because it’s fast to set up and has no noise or charging issues. If you’re looking for a simple and effective manual pump that does the job and doesn’t hurt, this is a great choice. Very helpful for new moms

I got my first medela in the hospital after birth, and absolutely loved it!! It completely cleared my clogged ducts from my milk coming in! It was also simple to use, and somewhat quick to clean!! I wanted to buy a new one to have another on hand, however when I purchased it came broken. The broken piece was the handle under the o ring!! It had very little suction and I didn’t understand the problem until this afternoon. Love the brand, hated this situation ugh!!

they gave me this pump while I was in the hospital and I ran home and bought another one. I loved using this for late nights when I didn’t want to wake the baby up with the pump and I loved using this while traveling. I am a rave mom and this helped me a lot after those late night shows. Just make sure you have the right size flange for it. Otherwise it can be a little hard on the breasts.

Worked well the first few times I used it. It helps empty me. I find it better to pump after breastfeeding to empty my breast, or pump for a few minutes when I’m engorged, so my baby doesn’t choke on the milk. Giving it 4 stars because the more I use it, the less it empties me. One thing for sure is that this helped increase my milk supply. I got it because my milk supply dropped, after using this for a week instead of the electric, my milk supply increased. I don’t use it as often anymore, only whenit’ss the only one I have clean and when my milk supply drops. It’s something that every breastfeeding mom should have available. Also, the container holds about 5 oz I fill it up and then pour it into another container, but I heard you can attach any bottle that is larger and fits. I haven’t tried it yet.

As a working mom, this saved me multiple times when my pumps died on the road or weren’t working properly. In all honesty, there were times I laughed that I spent so much money on electric pumps when this seemed to do the best job.The manual pump was also so crucial when I would have a clogged duct, this seemed to be the only thing that would break it loose and prevent mastitis.I will purchase a new one of these exact manual pumps each time I have another kid. It also comes with a few spare parts, and you can easily get new parts for it although they seem to hold up fantastic. The base is a game changer so you can easily set it down without it tipping over while you get the bottle or container ready to transfer milk into.

Fantastic product; lasts quite a while; the suction slowly sucks out milk from the breast, no pain at all. Helps collect milk that would be wasted while the baby feeds. I personally feel my milk supply also increased because I was able to remove milk from the other breast while my baby fed on the other. Love the fact that I didn’t even need to use a pump ( which are expensive & tedious) ; as I was able to store the extra milk collected which came in handy whenever I needed to be somewhere else.
Super happy and would recommend all new mothers to buy this before buying a pump

I bought this Medela Harmony manual breast pump after seeing many moms recommend it, and I absolutely love it. It helps me express a good amount of breast milk in less time than my electric pump. Since I suffer from carpal tunnel, I appreciate how easy it is to use without causing any flare ups.
The design feels comfortable, and the Flex technology really makes a difference with the fit. I also like the included cap and stand for storing breast milk right after pumping, which makes the whole process smooth and convenient.
I would highly recommend this pump to any mom looking for an effective, portable, and easy-to-clean manual breast pump.

As a pumping mama of 3, I promise you this is the best pump. Better than my Spectra, better than ANY electric pump. It’s suction is great and empties me very quickly. It comes apart in pieces for travel and I dont go anywhere with out it! I usually nurse babe on one side while pumping the other. Just make sure you get sized and buy proper fitting flanges. There is a brand on Babyz Corner that sells them in any size and they fit the pump great. At the price point it’s absolutely worth at every dollar.

We’re about to take our first flight with little one and I got this to take along as a more portable option than electric pump. I tested it out today and I really like it! I think it’s as fast as the electric pump, but one breast at a time only obviously. I can get two ounces in about ten minutes, and I think I will be more efficient in time. I could have used this yesterday when we were out a little too late and baby was wailing in the car seat in the final stretch home. She tends to be a snacker vs getting fuller feeds and seems to be hungry often right now. I’m definitely going to be using this while out and about for emergency bottles when I can’t easily/safely breastfeed.

Wanted to like this but it has to have been created by a man. The ergonomics of this pump are really frustrating. You have to be in an upright, if not hunched over, position so that gravity takes the milk into the bottle or else it pools at the flange and constantly falls out the bottom. This is counterproductive if you want to pump on one side while breastfeeding on the other. On top of that the pump itself is hard to use with petite hands. Of course my husband can use it just fine with his hands. The ergonomics of the Lansinoh manual pump are much better.
Also – why is the default a 24mm flange when that isn’t what the average size is?!

For me it’s too much suction but it’s a great pump in a pinch. I used this as my primary pump until my spectra came in. And I keep this in my diaper bag now in case I’m out and about and need to pump. Sterilizing with the microwave bags has been a huge help for me too.

It’s easy to use & fairly easy to clean. Lightweight & doesn’t take up a lot of space. I like it more than the pump I have to charge & use it daily now. The biggest complaint is that the bottle leaks.

My fave! (and i have tried others) I got the sample one of this from the LC at the hospital. Then brought the full size. It gets the milk out quick. and comfortable for my hand while pumping. I have an electric pump as well and thought I’d use this for on the go, but I use it at home too. It’s quick, easy to use, easy to clean. I’ve purchased multiple.

Love the brand, hated this situation ugh!!ETA:I bought another through Babyz Corner and the same thing happened!! I tried lansinoh and wasn’t satisfied with that pump brand. I ended up going to target and buying another medela in store, same model, and it is lasting!! I’d recommend buying from Walmart or target rather than through Babyz Corner!!

So efficient and easy compared to electric pumps. It’s also easy and comfortable to use. I love how I can pump the way I need to (short pulses for letdown, then long pulses for collection) and not feel tied to a machine. A must-have for breastfeeding moms who need to quickly pump here and there and don’t want to pull out the big pump. It’s not a full replacement though if you’re an exclusive pumper (been there), this is best for nursing moms whose babies don’t empty one side enough.

I have the spectra with pumping pal flanges and the silicone collection cups, the elvie electric wearable, the Momcozy M5, and I’ve had the mommed. I return to this hand pump time and time again. I love it and seem to get the most milk using it. I regularly get 5 ounces each time I use it. I doesn’t hurt my hand and is easy to use.

This is the best hand-pump there is on the market in my opinion. Easy to use. You do need a flange to get the best output. It is quiet compared to the electric ones. I used this one mainly at night to not wake anyone up. You will need to purchase the small replacement parts every few months for the best output. I bought multiple storage bottles too. Easy to clean. I would recommend this to any momma who is pumping or just needs some quick relief.

I loved using this for late nights when I didn’t want to wake the baby up with the pump and I loved using this while traveling. I am a rave mom and this helped me a lot after those late night shows. Just make sure you have the right size flange for it. Otherwise it can be a little hard on the breasts.

An absolute must have for any breastfeeding mother. I exclusively pump and this has helped me boost my supply and is best for helping reduce clogged ducts because you can control how deep and duration of suction. It does take a bit to get used to, but there are some great youtube videos to help. I personally change out the suction valve for a duckbill (ones that fit spectra fit this model).

Alright, fellow milk-makers, let me tell you, I’ve got a whole parade of fancy, expensive, hospital-grade electric pumps sitting in my cabinet, collecting dust like they’re competing for the “most neglected appliance” award. Why? Because I fell head over heels for the humble, mighty, and utterly fantastic **Medela manual breast pump**. This thing isn’t just good; it’s my *only* pump, and honestly, it’s been a total game-changer.
Seriously, who knew a little hand-powered contraption could outperform the big guns? This pump is ridiculously **easy to use** – no confusing settings, no tangled cords, just pure, unadulterated milk extraction magic. It’s so intuitive, you could probably use it in your sleep (and let’s be real, you probably will during those early morning feeds).
But the real unsung hero? How gloriously **easy it is to clean!** No complex nooks and crannies for milk to hide in, just a few simple parts that rinse clean in a flash. My expensive electric pumps practically require an engineering degree and a full archaeological dig to properly sanitize, while this Medela manual is ready for action again in minutes.
And for all my fellow mamas with unique needs, here’s another bonus: **most universal flange inserts work great with it!** This was a huge win for comfort and efficiency, allowing me to customize my pumping experience without being tethered to proprietary parts.
So, if you’re drowning in expensive pumping gear and feeling overwhelmed, do yourself a favor and snag a Medela manual pump. It’s affordable, efficient, and will probably become your favorite secret weapon against engorgement and low supply. It’s truly the little pump that could!

Title: Not the right fit for me

✅ Pros: easy to assemble and use, two “settings” ❌ Cons: hand pump can sometimes stick and not have suction 🧠 Overall thoughts: I like having a hand pump in addition to my electric pump. It’s nice in the beginning to have when your milk is coming in if you’re learning to breastfeed and don’t want to fully empty with an electric pump. I also like having this when weaning from breastfeeding to not fully empty.

the personalfit flex shields make a real difference in comfort, and pumping feels smooth and controlled without needing much effort. it’s quiet, efficient and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you’re tired and just want things done quickly.
and if time isn’t really an issue, this works wonders compared to the very expensive wear and tear you get on automatic pumps. it does the job just as well without all the stress on motors and parts – and we have 3 electric pumps but none of them can beat how much milk this one can get.

The Medela Harmony Manual Breast Pump is super easy to use, lightweight, and great for travel or backup. It’s comfortable, quiet, and easy to clean — perfect when I don’t want to pull out my electric pump. My hand gets a little tired after long sessions, but overall it’s a lifesaver for quick, convenient pumping!

My favorite manual breast pump EVER! I actually only use this manual pump now instead of my electric ones. It empties me more and quicker than my electric pumps. Takes some time and practice to use it quickly and efficiently if it’s your first pumping/breastfeeding journey, but once you get the hang of it…. Amazing! I need 5 more! Lol.

I really like this with one exception: the flange is pretty big and my ladies aren’t. And the hard plastic is a bit uncomfortable. I popped in an adaptor from my wearable pump and it works pretty well though: I can get the same amount in 1/3 the time when I use the pump “like baby uses the boob” – don’t rush yourself ladies, I am always in such a hurry and rushing the expression part just shortens the amount pulled out. Really like this for how quiet it is. If I want to power pump at 3 am I’m not worried about waking baby!
I did see a video where the little silicone membrane can be replaced by a tabbed duckbill valve and i plan to do that when it comes time to replace that. Seems silly to use a teeny little flap instead, makes cleaning harder too.
Also – the connector and handle fit a Dr. Brown’s narrow bottle if you ever forget to wash the bottle it comes with or you just want to pump directly into the bottle you’re going to use! Enjoy!

This product is PUMPIN’ – literally!
I just ordered my fourth one of these! Not because it isn’t reliable – but because it is! I love having these for when I am on the go and need to pump.
As a full-time working mom, these are so helpful to take to work with me when I have a little amount of time. Nobody wants to be tied down – and this has been an absolute lifesaver! It empties me so fast.
The only downside is sometimes the o-ring falls out, but it is easy to order a replacement to get it working perfectly again.

Love this way more than my electric pump. I use this a majority of the time when I pump between feeds. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star is that I think it needs an o ring or gasket where the top portion twists onto the bottle. I’ve spilt a few times from there.

This is the only breast pump one could ever need. This is my second baby using only this pump while working full time and feeding my baby only breastmilk, even though I have the much more expensive electric options available. I get more milk, more quickly than any of the other pumps I have ever used. I am able to pump 4-8 ounces each session in five minutes at max! Truly efficient, but also super simple to transport and clean each day. I cannot recommend this pump enough for the working mamas who need easy and efficient options! As with any pump, the key to getting the most milk is to ensure you have the proper fitting flange for your body, and maintain all valves and membranes for optimum suction. I am 6 months pp and have been using this pump exclusively to supply my baby while working a full time office job. My first baby was breastfed the same way for 15 months. If in doubt, this is the one to gamble on.

Absolutely love this. When I got pregnant everyone said I needed to get a Haaka, and I did. I wish I had gotten this instead from the beginning. It’s easy to assemble and wash. It is also so convenient to use during a letdown and I am able to pump off a good amount of milk quickly. Also need to have on the go if you aren’t at home. Would definitely recommend purchasing this if you are planning to breastfeed. I wish I had gotten this sooner.

(Wife review) I have been singing this thing’s praises to my breastfeeding friends, so figured I should leave a review (which I never do!) but that’s how much I love this little baby. I was tired of needing to pump only when the baby was napping because I couldn’t hold her or do much at all with the traditional pump/tubes all hooked up. A lactation consultation recommended I check out a hand pump, and I seriously have used this thing ten times more than my hospital grade pump since purchasing. It definitely makes pumping with a little one easier, because there’s nothing to hook up or turn on/off. If you’re pumping and need to stop to tend to them, you can do so very quickly and then go back to it just as quickly. The other thing I wasn’t expecting was how QUICKLY and effectively this thing extracts milk. You can hear the milk expressing (so satisfying!!) and I’ve timed it against my Spectra (done one boob using this and the other on Spectra), and the manual pump expressed 3x the volume in the same amount of time. It’s also so packable and easy to transport. I’ve brought this on day trips, long car rides, etc. and pumped so quickly in the car or bathroom. I never say this, but if you’re on the fence, truly do yourself a huge favor and go for it. I was shocked at how much I needed this item and didn’t realize it until I incorporated it into my pumping routine!

Overall I can get about half the milk I get when using the Spectra pump, so it’s good for buying yourself another hour or so
Be careful to take it slow—the suction is INTENSE. I tried to rush through it once and ended up really hurting my nipples for a few days
There’s a teeny tiny piece of plastic that goes on the filter and I’m always paranoid about dropping it down the drain when I’m washing it, but so far so good

It’s wonderful for those times when baby is too sleepy to eat and you need to empty or when you’re engorged. It’s simple to clean with less parts and empties me very well and quickly. Absolutely love this and it’s affordable and simple. I don’t use as my primary pump but it’s great to have in your breastfeeding arsenal.

I absolutely loved this milk collector. It’s practical, easy to use, and very comfortable. I was impressed by how efficient it is at collecting milk naturally, without any effort, and it’s also super easy to clean. Definitely a product every breastfeeding mom should have, as it makes the process so much easier and prevents any milk from going to waste. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using this for 2months now..I had heard a lot of pumps stop working after a couple of months now. So I went eith this one coz the reviews looked good. I just pump 4 or 5 times a week… for this frequency it’s the best pump. It looks very reliable , easy to wash and sterlise . It does its job. My hands hurt a bit bit since its not often , its fine. The bottle tht comes with it is very good qlty too..baby likes drinking milk frm it.

If you are on the fence on purchasing this pump, just go ahead and get it. As a first-time mom I had this pump on my registry, and it was something I ended up purchasing for myself after my baby arrived. I love that this pump has few parts and can be used on the go. It is simple and just nice to have. It also works great – I am able to get around the same oz of milk as I do with my electric and wearable pump.

I tried a lansinoh hand pump and this one is way superior! It helps that I am a medela pump user so I have a bunch of the same types of bottles to screw onto this, but also my milk responds so much better to this pump! Easy enough to disassemble and get washed up. I keep it in the car now for when I need to pump but don’t have a wall plug. Great for air travel also!

WOW! I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on Babyz Corner, but this pump is worth it. As a brand new mom, my baby went in for his 1 week check up, and our pediatrician told us she wanted us to start using formula in addition to breast feeding to boost his weight gain. She said I could pump, but that was a lot of work.Of course I wanted my baby to have my breast milk vs. formula, so I began using my far more expensive, electric pump. It was disheartening to see how little I was producing, and after 30 minutes of the electric pump, I wasn’t completely empty, but was also only producing little droplets. My fiancé said he saw somewhere that manual pumps have been getting great reviews lately, so I decided to order this one on a whim. I was so beyond impressed the first time I used it, I was laughing with joy. You can literally see your milk jet-streaming (idk how else to describe it) out of your boobs, and this pump completely emptied me in under 10-15 minutes. I got 2 ounces the first try, compared to the 0.5 ounce I usually get with the electric pump.Another pro is that you can take this pump anywhere. It’s small, easy to assemble, has only a few parts to put together vs. a machine/battery pack, and is so much quicker. I couldn’t imagine being out and having to be attached to a machine for 30+ minutes. The convenience alone makes this product such a win.If you’re an under-producer, or you’re thinking about giving up on your breast feeding/pumping journey because your baby isn’t getting enough – try this pump first!

My lactation consultant suggested this pump and I’m very impressed with it so far. It has a shorter side to press to help with getting the letdown and the longer side fully empties me in 5-8 minutes. It has great suction that pulls but doesn’t pinch. Of course you will need to measure yourself and make sure to get the proper insert for your size.
I also appreciate that there aren’t a million little parts to clean and keep track of and everything fits together easily. Plus it’s small enough to put in a little lunch box and bring on the go if you need to.
Overall, this is a great manual pump! I own two other brands and this one is by far my favorite.

Love this pump! Convenient to use and I have found it to be one of the best pumping methods for me. Great for late night pumping or on the go pumping that is not electric! I have two of these! Easy to put together and take apart for cleaning! I recommend buying pull tab duckbill valves to replace the small pump membrane piece!

This hand pump is a must-have for new moms. I use mine in the early mornings to help with engorgement or when my baby only feeds on one side. This pump is easy and comfortable to use, and has minimal parts for cleaning. I love that I can use HSA for this too. It’s made with good quality materials and I think it will last for a long time. Definitely recommend for nursing and pumping moms

I’ve used a double electric pump (medela pump in style) and way prefer this little guy for occasional pumping! I find it extracts milk very efficiently and empties me more effectively than the electric pump, if anything I have to be careful not to create oversupply as it’s so good. Very convenient and discreet on the go and great not having to be plugged in, quick and easy to wash as there are only a few parts. Highly recommend getting this if you are mostly breastfeeding with occasional pumping!👌

I started to have clogged ducts that eventually and surely will become mastitis. I was also so pissed off at my momcozy S12 as it was leaking at bottom on milk collector cover while I was pumping only 1-2ml out!!! Seriously when you are trying to save every drop of that liquid gold, and the pump fails you, you’ll understand the feeling of “crying over spilled milk.” I went on reddit to read comments and someone suggested to try medela hand pump. Totally hands down for this awesome product. It fixes my clogged ducts and pulls quadruple amount of milk I thought I was able to pump, aka from 25ml to 100ml both boobs (I had c section, on 4th day of pumping journey). Pump and massage your boobs to max out guys! Highly recommended! Even more convenient when there are only 5 hard durable plastic parts to assemble instead of 10 soft flimsy parts that wear out in 3 uses. I’ll buy the medela plug-in pump later when I produce more as I have all parts from my hospital to take home. Just gotta plug into the pump.

Pump quality is very good, easy to carry, easy to clean, at this price they could have included more refill bottles, and spares in case to replace worn part in case of emergency and time constraints. Product is expensive but quality is very good. Would recommend for purchase.

The hand pump is very convenient when I go to the gym or when my baby only nursed on one side. I can quickly express milk to equally and efficiently empty my breast. Because I have a fast flow, I can easily express 2-3 oz from both sides with 10 mins combined. And I can control how long/strong the suction to be by long holding the handle. I would love to give a five-star review until this happened. As I was transporting from gym to home, I put the pump on my lap and it tilted with a little angle. I thought it’d be fine until I suddenly felt wet on my pants and then realized the milk leaked through the pump part. I didn’t bring the cap with me cuz I thought I wouldn’t need to and I thought the seal would be tight anyway. Got frustrated over spilled milk so I took one star off. Maybe make sure the pump also seal tight as the cap, it would be better.

I exclusively pumped and this was really great to have out and about. It is a good hand workout 🙂 but easy to use and does work well. The bottles had lids and the base is a must have to prevent spills. Great to keep for storage. To get started I would need to pump more quickly but once it let down a steady pace worked well. *I did have battery and electric pumps as well, this was not my only pump but more to have on hand and use additionally. Was more helpful for me toward the end when I was pumping less. I could see if my daughter breast fed having it to pump occasionally or on one side it would work wonderfully

First time mom of 2 months old here. I FEEL STUPID AND SCAMMED FOR buying Elvie electric pump + extra parts over a time to have more time between washing. I spent over $600 hoping this would make my pumping process easier. All the arrangements I was supposed to be able to do.. just caused me so much stress because I had to be careful so it doesn’t fall off my bra and at least once a day when I’ve been pumping for maximum time (40 minutes) I had less than an oz in both because I didn’t attach it properly or it slipped away somehow from my nipple. So my breast was still full and painful and I had to charge this devil device to pump again not to mention how annoying it was to have it on me. Yesterday I got super pissed because it happened again at a night time feeding (my son is too sleepy at night to breast feed him so I use bottle and pump in the meantime) and when I thought I was done my pump was empty and my breast sore and I just wanted to go back to sleep so I was like okay I’m done and ordered this cheap pump. I feel stupid I didn’t do it before… it’s a game changer. Yes you have to pump manually but idgaf. I can empty my breast in 10 minutes, no more soreness even tho it hurt my nipple at first but I got used to it already (in a less than 24h). It spilled on me once because I didn’t expect the bottle to fill up so quickly. It’s a quick action and quick washing, not the whole process of charging devices, washing many parts and turning on the application, which doesn’t show the correct amount of milk anyway. I was a step away from giving up on pumping but I gave this device a chance and with a clear conscience I can say that operating this trivial invention is pure pleasure. At night it safes me so much time and is more effectively. I recommend it 100%.

For me it’s too much suction but it’s a great pump in a pinch. I used this as my primary pump until my spectra came in. And I keep this in my diaper bag now in case I’m out and about and need to pump. Sterilizing with the microwave bags has been a huge help for me too.

This manual breast pump works really well. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and comfortable to hold. The suction is strong enough to get a good amount of milk, but still gentle on the breast. It’s also quiet, which is great for pumping when the baby is sleeping .

NecoleMamaBoss –
It’s easy to use & fairly easy to clean. Lightweight & doesn’t take up a lot of space. I like it more than the pump I have to charge & use it daily now.
The biggest complaint is that the bottle leaks.

I had the pump for a while and a few times it happened that it lost suction. Am currently trying to find the reason why it has happened again and nothing I do works. Online I’ve read many comments on this same issue as it seems to happen often.

Babyz Corner Customer –
Such a great pump. I love the Medela hand pump! It’s way better than the Lansinoh in my opinion. The shape, the comfortability and the style is all around better. It’s easy to use and has two modes which is very nice. It comes with a nice stand to keep your pump upright so you don’t have to worry about it tipping over when you set it down. I would recommend this to other moms for sure! It’s been very convenient for making purées for my baby since I don’t need to use an actual pump like my Spectra.
Amelia –
For me it’s too much suction but it’s a great pump in a pinch. I used this as my primary pump until my spectra came in. And I keep this in my diaper bag now in case I’m out and about and need to pump. Sterilizing with the microwave bags has been a huge help for me too.
HARISH NAIR –

Very helpful for new moms

hands down one of the most practical baby items we’ve owned. it’s compact, lightweight and so easy to use — perfect for quick pumping without needing to deal with wires, charging or bulky equipment.
the personalfit flex shields make a real difference in comfort, and pumping feels smooth and controlled without needing much effort. it’s quiet, efficient and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you’re tired and just want things done quickly.
and if time isn’t really an issue, this works wonders compared to the very expensive wear and tear you get on automatic pumps. it does the job just as well without all the stress on motors and parts – and we have 3 electric pumps but none of them can beat how much milk this one can get.
my wife use this both at home and when out, and it’s been reliable every single time. simple, well-designed and genuinely useful.

Buenísimo, un super soporte si quieres hacer banco si eres LME, súper práctico, intuitivo y fácil de usar, no cansa la mano y tiene dos modalidades. Totalmente recomendado.
Lilyana –

I really expected more from this product given all the reviews it has. It really hasn’t worked very well for me, I feel that the suction is not as strong as I thought and I get too much air when I put it on. However, it is a good option for some hurry

Cheyenne –
they gave me this pump while I was in the hospital and I ran home and bought another one. I loved using this for late nights when I didn’t want to wake the baby up with the pump and I loved using this while traveling. I am a rave mom and this helped me a lot after those late night shows. Just make sure you have the right size flange for it. Otherwise it can be a little hard on the breasts.

I don’t typically write reviews on Babyz Corner but felt compelled to share my positive experience. This little hand pump works so well and has made my life so much easier.

Title: Not the right fit for me
Review:
I really wanted this to work but I just couldn’t use it comfortably. The suction didn’t feel strong and I found myself getting tired quickly. The build quality seems fine, and it might work well for someone whose needs are different, but it just wasn’t practical in my case.

I bought the Medela Harmony as a backup to my electric pump and it has been such a lifesaver. It’s compact, lightweight, and perfect for tossing in my diaper bag when I’m out of the house. Because it’s manual, it’s completely silent, which makes it great for late-night pumping or when I need to be discreet.
Loreta –
It’s the best Brest pump I liked it so much easy in use
Babyz Corner Customer –
Gaelle Mair –
✅ Pros: easy to assemble and use, two “settings”
❌ Cons: hand pump can sometimes stick and not have suction
🧠 Overall thoughts: I like having a hand pump in addition to my electric pump. It’s nice in the beginning to have when your milk is coming in if you’re learning to breastfeed and don’t want to fully empty with an electric pump. I also like having this when weaning from breastfeeding to not fully empty.
Aryana DelPriore –
I really loved this the first few weeks of using it. The output was amazing and completely drained me better than any of the wearable pumps I have, but after the first few weeks the suction stopped working. For it being a cheaper option I may just have to buy a new one every month.
Amanda S –
I got this to keep on standby just in case. It has come in handy a few times and is very effective. I don’t use it much though just because it is a process to manually pump and there are quite a few pieces for cleaning. This is laziness on my part. It is a good product and works just like you would expect.
Sam Mazz –
I love my manual hand pump. It’s great for on the go and really quick and easy to use. Sometimes I feel like it actually pulls out more than my wall pump or my portable pumps. I like having full control over the suction and frequency since I’m the one handling it.
I did replace the duckbills with the ones from my Spectra and I swear I get even better output now. Honestly that upgrade made me like this pump even more.

Emma Lythgoe –
As a pumping mama of 3, I promise you this is the best pump. Better than my Spectra, better than ANY electric pump. It’s suction is great and empties me very quickly. It comes apart in pieces for travel and I dont go anywhere with out it! I usually nurse babe on one side while pumping the other. Just make sure you get sized and buy proper fitting flanges. There is a brand on Babyz Corner that sells them in any size and they fit the pump great. At the price point it’s absolutely worth at every dollar.
Babyz Corner Customer –
I didn’t know which one to get comparing the Lancinoh and Phillips brands. I’ve heard good things about all of them, so I don’t think you can go very wrong, but i’ve been liking this one! I love that it has the swivel handle as my wrist gets quite tired if it’s in one position for too long. I find it comfortable and efficient. It also has a narrow neck which fits with the bottles that I have which I like.
NecoleMamaBoss –
hands down one of the most practical baby items we’ve owned. it’s compact, lightweight and so easy to use — perfect for quick pumping without needing to deal with wires, charging or bulky equipment.
the personalfit flex shields make a real difference in comfort, and pumping feels smooth and controlled without needing much effort. it’s quiet, efficient and easy to clean, which matters a lot when you’re tired and just want things done quickly.
and if time isn’t really an issue, this works wonders compared to the very expensive wear and tear you get on automatic pumps. it does the job just as well without all the stress on motors and parts – and we have 3 electric pumps but none of them can beat how much milk this one can get.
my wife use this both at home and when out, and it’s been reliable every single time. simple, well-designed and genuinely useful.
Amanda S –
Love this pump! Convenient to use and I have found it to be one of the best pumping methods for me. Great for late night pumping or on the go pumping that is not electric! I have two of these! Easy to put together and take apart for cleaning! I recommend buying pull tab duckbill valves to replace the small pump membrane piece!
Stephanie –
I don’t typically write reviews on Babyz Corner but felt compelled to share my positive experience. This little hand pump works so well and has made my life so much easier.
Maria Marta –
I had the pump for a while and a few times it happened that it lost suction. Am currently trying to find the reason why it has happened again and nothing I do works. Online I’ve read many comments on this same issue as it seems to happen often.

I have never collected so much so quickly! I was using a wearable pump at first and was starting to get discouraged because I was starting to produce so little, but then I heard people talking about this manual pump and it’s amazing! I’m getting 3oz in just minutes and I’m so amazed. It is kind of tricky to put the pieces together and use at first, but once you get the hang of it it’s so worth it.

Lauren –
My favorite manual breast pump EVER! I actually only use this manual pump now instead of my electric ones. It empties me more and quicker than my electric pumps. Takes some time and practice to use it quickly and efficiently if it’s your first pumping/breastfeeding journey, but once you get the hang of it…. Amazing! I need 5 more! Lol.
Miranda –

I was skeptical at first since my usual flange size is 19mm, but this Medela Manual Pump worked perfectly. It’s painless, fast, and easy to use.

Pump quality is very good, easy to carry, easy to clean, at this price they could have included more refill bottles, and spares in case to replace worn part in case of emergency and time constraints. Product is expensive but quality is very good. Would recommend for purchase.

Enjoy!

This is such a handy little pump. It is easy to use and clean. I prefer it over an electric pump because you have full control over the suction at any time and it is so quick to set up. I only pump here and there so I didn’t want anything fancy and this is perfect. I can get the results I want in less than 5 minutes.

I don’t typically write reviews on Babyz Corner but felt compelled to share my positive experience. This little hand pump works so well and has made my life so much easier.

Emily –
✅ Pros: easy to assemble and use, two “settings”
❌ Cons: hand pump can sometimes stick and not have suction
🧠 Overall thoughts: I like having a hand pump in addition to my electric pump. It’s nice in the beginning to have when your milk is coming in if you’re learning to breastfeed and don’t want to fully empty with an electric pump. I also like having this when weaning from breastfeeding to not fully empty.

Definitely buy this if you are considering breastfeeding or pumping!! The suction is great, easy to put it all together, and it comes with a stand to help prevent knocking it over and wasting milk!
Lyndsey –

I use this baby more than my wearables mainly because of less parts to clean and I can actually control the flow of squeeze which was a refresher! I was worried I’d need a nipple insert but it fit just fine! The breast milk storage bags were a bonus!
Jay –
Buenísimo, un super soporte si quieres hacer banco si eres LME, súper práctico, intuitivo y fácil de usar, no cansa la mano y tiene dos modalidades. Totalmente recomendado.
Alexie –
Overall I can get about half the milk I get when using the Spectra pump, so it’s good for buying yourself another hour or so
Be careful to take it slow—the suction is INTENSE. I tried to rush through it once and ended up really hurting my nipples for a few days
There’s a teeny tiny piece of plastic that goes on the filter and I’m always paranoid about dropping it down the drain when I’m washing it, but so far so good

I had great success with his hand pump. Especially when my electric pump would constantly act up as an exclusively pumping mom. This tool was handy and reliable. Extremely easy set up and clean up.

Very handy to have. Works well for me and great for traveling or for a quick pump. Mine did start to lose suction at one point but I just replaced the yellow valve for silicone valve and it works perfectly. I prefer to use this over my electric pump

I had the pump for a while and a few times it happened that it lost suction. Am currently trying to find the reason why it has happened again and nothing I do works. Online I’ve read many comments on this same issue as it seems to happen often.

Just guessing! –

The best pump I have tried. I use this now as my go to over the electric pump at home. Bonus that it is super easy to take on the go. I did have to get different flanges after a consult with a lactation consultant (highly recommend … does make a difference)
