As you can see, if she uses just markers they do bleed through but they do not leave marks on the page behind.For the price, they are nice pads for beginners.

I frequently re-purchase these exact sketch pads for my 2, almost 3, year old. She is not gentle and uses jumbo crayons but she LOVES these, they’re easy for her to handle on her own, and they have withstood toddler abuse. Plus there’s a lot of pages, which can be hard to come by in sketch pads for children.

As always I buy Melissa and doug’s products with pride.. these were no exception! Very good quality and thick enough for painting! Love them. I am sad they are running low on stock tho…want to buy more definitely.
