After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided to try this one. Been using for about 4 months. It’s supper supportive and comfortable side sleeping. I prefer to have the long part of the pillow under my back (keeps me from sleeping on my back). The small pillow connection isn’t as supportive for my belly as I’d like it to be so just use a regular pillow.
Love that the cover has a zipper and I can easily wash – I just toss the smaller pillow in the wash with it. The velvet feels soft but does make me a bit warm – only major drawback for me.

So I had previously purchased the full mom cozy pregnancy pillow and it kept hurting my neck and was cumbersome and huge and made getting in and out of bed annoying which already IS annoying while pregnant and feeling huge in my third trimester. I miss using my own pillow for my head too.
I saw the J version and thought it would be the answer to my problems and it absolutely is so far!! I find it so much more comfortable than the other one. The bump part actually fits under my bump and feels so comfortable and supported unlike before. I feel like it’s not as massive and annoying to have and will make life easier if you wanna get closer to your partner in bed. I can get up faster and easier, too. I got it on a Black Friday sale but honestly would’ve paid full price now knowing how worth it this is.
The J pillow is the way to go!!!!

This is my 6th pregnancy, and I keep trying these pregnancy pillows, hoping they’ll be the magic fix, but I always go back to a regular pillow. The shape is clever in theory, but in reality, it’s just too much pillow. Turning over in the middle of the night requires a full-body shuffle and pillow reset, which totally wakes me up. It’s not firm enough for the support I need, especially in my hips and back, and I didn’t notice much pain relief.
That said, the pillow is well made. The quality feels good, the cover is soft, and it doesn’t run hot at night (which is a plus). If you stay in one position while you sleep, this might work well for you. For me, though, the fit and bulk just made it more frustrating than helpful.
Value for money? Meh—it’s not cheap, and for how little I used it, I probably could’ve skipped it.
Fit/Shape? Too bulky and awkward to move with.
Pillow Quality? Feels nice, just not supportive enough.
Pain Relief? Not much for me.
Heat Level? Doesn’t get too warm, which I appreciated.

My issues with sleep go well back to my childhood. They haven’t improved with illness and injuries. I have advanced Fibromyalgia and a closed spinal column injury. Getting comfortable even on the best mattress is difficult. When a friend suggested I try a pregnancy pillow I was sceptical. However, I will say without doubt it has improved the quality of my sleep. I am able to find and keep a comfortable position throughout the night. It prevents tossing and turning so I have a more restful sleep.
As far as value goes, I researched several pillows before settling on this one. It was the best price and design. The shape lets you chose several different sleep positions. The price was nearly half that of similar pillows with far less desirable ratings and features. It has a good strong filling and although it is rather heavy I’ve been able to wash it in my front loading washer. The only very small negative I would give is that the velor cover gets a bit warm in the warmer weather. I intend to make a cotton cover for it. Aside from that this is a 10/10. I highly recommend it.

Would 100% recommend to any pregnant friend. I held off for so long getting a pregnancy pillow, thought I could just use normal pillows to support me. I honestly wish I had “caved” and bought this sooner because I slept so much better with it. I especially loved the adjustable, smaller attached pillow because I could move it to support my belly no matter where my baby was. If you’re thinking you may want this pillow, this stranger on the internet says you should get it lol.

The cooling effect is unreal. The comfort is superb. It does not get flat. The size is ideal for women seeking a pregnancy pillow. This pregnancy pillow was easy to open and easy to set up. When I first got this pillow. I used it as one, but over time, I use it as pieces instead of one giant pillow.

This pregnancy pillow is absolutely perfect! I initially ordered a different one, but I’m so glad I found this one because it allows me to use my own pillow, which adds extra comfort and support. One of my favorite features is that it helps me avoid rolling onto my back while I sleep, something my doctor advised me to stop doing. It provides the right level of support for my body, making it so much easier to sleep comfortably throughout the night. It is incredibly soft and really helps relieve pressure, especially on my belly and hips. While it does take a little time to adjust to at first, once you get used to it, you’ll be so thankful to have it. I can’t imagine sleeping without it now—it’s been such a game-changer during my pregnancy!

My wife normally sleeps with a body pillow, but now that she is pregnant she needs a little more support. This pillow has enabled her to find the most comfortable position and improved her sleep quality. It is easy to move around the bed and is the perfect combination of sturdy and soft. For anyone on the fence, it is definitely worth it!

I️ bought this pillow to help me sleep after bruising my tailbone. It really helped with back and hip fatigue while I️ slept. It also helped with the nerve pain around my tailbone and on my sciatic nerve. The pillow is on the firmer side which is great because it doesn’t loose shape while your using it. The J shape does provide great support for your back or torso while you sleep on it. Due to the shape you can also sleep with your own pillows which is great. It is the summer so it does make the bed hotter but because one side is open I can always turn over to get a little bit cooler. It’s a great pillow if you prefer to sleep on one side more than the other. Now, I’m not pregnant but I️ am a size 18 (xl-xxl) woman and the smaller pillow that you attach wasn’t really big enough to comfortably fit my body between the pillows or support it. My stomach is longer and bigger than the pillow without a little human in there so I️ could not image it really doing much if you are my size and expecting. While I was sleeping the pillow just felt like a knee in my back and a small lump under my stomach so I took it off. I️ was hoping to use it as back support or posture support with it under my stomach but I️ just felt squished and annoyed. I️ think if you are around my size, like size 16+ or Large+, you would do better with a G or U shaped pillow especially if you like to toss and turn or you need more support on your back or belly while you sleep.

This is my third maternity pillow and it’s honestly the best of them all. I’ve tried the C-shape and the U-shape and both were too big and in the way. Neither provided me good sleep or comfort. This pillow is very fluffy, not too big and the fabric is not slippery like others so it stays in the place. The best feature is the belly wedge which makes a huge difference if you have heavy pregnant belly! I am very pleased and would highly recommend.

I’m not pregnant and neither we have kids but my husband loves to sleep with a ton of pillows so I got him this and he absolutely loves it. I thought about stealing it from him because it’s so soft and it improved my sleep. It’s super firm but at the same time soft. The size is great and it doesn’t make him feel hot or anything. It’s really easy to use and it doesn’t slip away from the bed so I’d say that it’s super stable. Highly recommended because it works great

I like my Momcozy Pregnancy Pillow, it is shipped in a vacuum sealed bag and looks really small when it arrives but it fluffs up to the perfect size. It does not wrap around my head so I can still use my favorite soft pillow. The attached D shaped pillow is adjustable and keeps you pulled up against the full body support J part. It is about 10-11″ wide so it is not too invasive in the bed and still leaves room for your husband. The cover zips off if you need to wash it. It is a really soft material. It also doesnt hold the heat too bad.

This is my first pregnancy so I had no idea what pillow to get. This one is comfortable when laying on your side towards the long part of the pillow. The small pillow connection that goes on your back does not offer enough support. I’m still using it but I’ll probably need to add other pillows to my back as my pregnancy progresses. It has been easy to wash and the zipper works fine. The small pillow doesn’t have a removable cover. I don’t usually run warm so it’s good for me and the pillow cover is soft.

This pillow is the perfect pregnancy pillow. I tried eight different kinds before settling on this one and it was the best decision I’ve made. The pillow insert is supportive yet soft. The cover is removable so I can always keep it clean. The fabric grips onto wherever you place it, making it very supportive in the back and hips. I found there were so many pillows with too silky a fabric making it slip around and loose support. That is not the case here. I’m a back sleeper, which is a no-no when pregnant. I have not once woken up accidentally on my back because I’ve been able to tuck it behind my behind, back, shoulders, and gently lay back to get the “laying on my back” feeling but not actually fully laying back. It’s been a great way for me to truly fe comfortable sleeping. The fact that you can strap the belly support pillow to the back support pillow is essential to why this works so well. Everything stays where you put it. The smaller pillow is the perfect size and keep my stomach supported just right. I cannot sleep without this pillow now and I look forward to sleeping every night, and that’s saying a lot for a pregnant woman because let me tell you sleeping before I found this was horrible. Other than my son having a dance party in the belly every night, I’m comfortable and go to sleep right away. THIS IS A PREGGO MUST HAVE!!

I love this pillow- you can sleep in either direction or flip it and use the top as a pillow even! It’s very comfortable and thick enough to provide support to the legs at night.

I had a U-shaped pillow before this one and hated that I couldn’t use my own pillow for my head. This pillow is so supportive AND I can use my own pillow! I’m sleeping so much better. I’m early in my third trimester, but my hip pain at night is gone since using this. (I’m sure it will return later, but I’m thankful it has eased for now!)

The shape of the pillow works great when it’s behind your back. When hugging the pillow, the ‘bump out’ that would normally rest in the small of your back makes it a little harder to snuggle the pillow as my belly gets bigger, but pulling it away a bit seems to work fine and maybe evening taking out some of the stuffing there would probably help as well. The main thing I’m disappointed in, and why I gave it 3 stars, is the zipper. After I washed the cover, the zipper (or zipper thread maybe?) became extremely sharp/rough. When I hug the pillow the sharpness definitely gets my attention and is uncomfortable when it rubs against my skin. Another flap of fabric to cover the zipper would have been good. Otherwise this is a great pillow. The fabric is very soft and there is ample filling to make it very supportive. I’ve had many good night sleeps with it and enjoy that I can still use my regular pillow with it as well.
