As a new parent, I’ve been using the Infantino Flip 4-in-1 baby carrier for a few months now, and overall it’s been a solid choice. There are many things I really appreciate about it, but there’s one significant area where the design could be improved.
What I Love:
Versatility: The 4-in-1 design is genuinely useful. Being able to switch between facing-in narrow seat, facing-in wide seat, facing-out, and back carry positions means this carrier grows with your baby. It’s been great value having one carrier that adapts to different stages.
Comfort When Wearing: Once properly adjusted, the carrier is quite comfortable for both me and my baby. The padded shoulder straps and waist belt distribute weight well, and I can wear it for extended periods without significant discomfort. My baby seems content and secure in it.
Affordable: Compared to some premium carriers on the market, the Infantino Flip offers great value. It has most of the features you need without the premium price tag.
Ergonomic Design: The carrier supports proper hip positioning for the baby, which is important for healthy development. The seat adjusts to ensure baby’s legs are in the correct “M” position.
Machine Washable: This is a huge plus with a baby. Being able to throw it in the washing machine when it gets dirty is very convenient.
The Issue – Complicated to Put On and Take Off:
Here’s where this carrier loses a star for me. The process of putting it on and taking it off is significantly more complicated than it should be. There are multiple straps, buckles, and adjustment points that need to be managed, and the order matters.
When you’re dealing with a squirmy baby who doesn’t want to wait, fumbling with all these straps becomes frustrating. It’s especially challenging when you’re trying to do it solo. I often need to lay everything out and pre-adjust straps before even attempting to get my baby in, which defeats the purpose of having a quick babywearing solution.
The instructions help initially, but even after months of use, it still takes more time and effort than I’d like. Some competing carriers have simpler, more intuitive buckle systems that would make this process much easier.
I wish Infantino had designed a more streamlined fastening system – maybe with color-coded buckles, fewer adjustment points, or a quicker-release mechanism. This would make the carrier much more user-friendly, especially for parents who are using it alone.
Bottom Line:
Despite the complexity of getting it on and off, this is still a good carrier that does its job well once you’re wearing it. If you’re patient and willing to practice, you’ll eventually get faster at it. But if ease of use is your top priority, you might want to consider other options with simpler designs. I’d give it 4 stars – it would easily be 5 if they could simplify the strapping system.

I love this carrier. I loved how easy it is to put on (my 4 year old and 2 year old can help with the top buckle). I have tried the chest to chest and forward facing (baby likes that). I havent tried on my back yet but hinestly that was a main reason I purchased this carries, as I havent had a carrier that was able to do that. I have used this carrier often to carry my over 20 lbs, 7 month old. It keeps her close and secure and gives my arms a rest or allows me to multitasking without risking her safety. I debated this product for months but I am so happy with my purchase! Having her in the carrier makes grocery shopping and potty training easier as I dont have to carrier her bulky carseat into the store(making room for more food in my cart and her siblings easier to see) or quickly taking my 2 and 4 year old to the public bathroom and all four of us fitting in a single stall.

I purchased this on a budget as I am a new Mom again to a newborn baby girl (7wks+ as of today 8/26/24) & when I originally purchased this item, my daughter was just slightly under the recommended minimum weight requirement of 8lbs (She was exactly 7lbs at the time of receiving this item). So if you’re wondering if it’s too large for your infant, (though it does state 8lbs & you should ALWAYS FOLLOW the manufacturers recommended weight requirements, ESPECIALLY for a newborn), I personally think you’ll be fine given that in 1-2wks your newborn will be at the minimum weight limit & that’s the beauty of purchasing an item that may be too large, baby will grow into it. I do suggest only having your newborn facing you in the carrier until they either reach the minimum 8lbs, or are able to support their head/neck (every baby is different, so do what works for you baby).The reason I bought this is so that it’d be easier for me to take care of my at home tasks/chores, give baby a chance at a new way to soothe/help sleep, be able to still breast/bottle feed while multitasking, & make it easier to travel in public.This is my 2nd child (with my 1st child be 11½yrs of age, so it’s like being a 1st time Mommy again given the 11yr age gap) & I just don’t have the energy or effort to haul around a carseat, especially in this God awful Houston, TX Summer Heat/Humidity.By having this carrier, I’m able to grab my daughter out of her carseat, place her into the carrier with minimal to zero effor & just GO!By now having this carrier, there’s no need for me to remove my carseat & place it into her stroller, or carry around a carseat, while out & about. WORK SMART, Mommies & Daddies, NOT HARD!Grocery shopping, Dr. Appointments, Dining out, cleaning the house, & simply having the ability to soothe my newborn & do skin-2-skin or even breastfeed/bottle feed, have all become SOOOO MUCH EASIER & makes my life that much more efficient. I can however provide an update to this review, when she is large/old enough to go on my back. As far as placing her forward towards/away from me, both have been comfortable for baby & me. My Baby is now approaching 10lbs & I have placed her in the carrier forward facing because she’s able to support her head much easier & my little princess is so curious & enjoys looking around at the world. When she’s restless I have her facing me & within 5-10mins tops, she’s sound asleep.The only beef I have with this carrier (well 2) is that…1). The Label/Tag located inside the arm straps is itchy asf & drives me mental, & it can’t be removed unless I want to cut out the individual stitching, which seems tedious. So by wearing a shirt that’s not a V-Cut/Low cut, or Tank top it helps keep the skin-2-tag contact at a minimum.2). It’s best to preset the arm support straps, so that you can easily put in on, otherwise it seems as though this carrier’s straps have a tendency to always get tangled up & get twisted. The strap in the back, I never detach, to kind of help prevent the carrier from getting tangled/twisted. Otherwise, it’s quite frustrating trying to assemble, prior to placing baby into the carrier.Aside from those 2 cons, everything else is great. Baby loves being in the carrier, it fits both me & Baby well, it makes life/traveling/activities/chores/etc so much more convenient & it’s definitely worth the price, if you’re on a budget.You know how the saying goes, “You pay for what you get…”? Well given I only paid $35⁰⁰~ vs. $58⁰⁰~ AT WALMART FOR THE EXACT SAME CARRIER/WT REQUIREMENTS, exactly to a T, definitely just order this here on Babyz Corner & not Wal-Mart. Or if you’re at Walmart because you need it asap vs. waiting for shipping/delivery via Babyz Corner, I would consider asking a Wal-Mart Associate to honor the price match because it’s a waste of money otherwise.All in all I give this carrier a 9/10.

I’ve been using the Infantino Flip Advanced 4-in-1 Baby Carrier for a while now, and it’s been a lifesaver. It’s easy to put on by myself, which is huge when you’re dealing with a baby who doesn’t like to wait. The carrier feels sturdy and secure, and my baby seems comfortable in it.
I really like that it grows with your baby and offers multiple carrying positions. The lumbar support actually makes a difference, and the padded straps help distribute the weight so it doesn’t kill my back or shoulders during longer wear.

This is the perfect carrier , unlike others it was very simple to fit together other carriers have so many strings to adjust and extra locks and straps etc but this was basically ready to wear. When our little one would get restless in the evening we just popped her in the harness and she calmed down straight away! We found it surprisingly easy to put on and tighten and it supports baby perfectly and she can even rest her head on one side by the straps! We used to have the big material that wraps round us and then baby but found it too complicated to put on by yourself so this is a fab alternative as it’s very user friendly! Great for days out too as little one loves to see everything and it saves our arms from carrying her!

Picked this up for my newborn that is coming in a few months, but noticed it will also work for older kids so figured I’d give it a shot with my 3 year old. This has been extremely nice to have when I want to go on a walk and know my son just won’t want to walk himself, so I can just put him on my back and keep on walking. He loves riding around in it and it gives me a way to easily get my steps in.
The fabric is very soft and sturdy feeling. The fit is great and very adjustable. I think this is a great value for the money if you want something that will allow you to easily carry your kid around on your back/front depending on the situation.

Not comfy for both parents and baby. It hurts the top of both sides of our pelvic bones (top of our waist on both sides) when using this carrier for even a min. Our baby’s legs turn a bit blue and purple color after in this for less than 5 mins. And our baby is small to her age since both parents are small too, I’m only 90lbs, and my husband only 116lbs. We ended up buying a more expensive brand (‘Tula’ if you would like to know, I did a lot a lot of research read lots of articles and comparisons with all other carriers on the market, Tula is the winner) instead, and the difference is oh gosh, Way better! It is more expensive I know, but for your baby or all the babies you are planning to have in the future, it’s definitely worth it to spend more money on a nice carrier that is most importantly safe and comfortable for your baby, and comfortable for the parents too to make their busiest first year of parenthood much easier and less worrisome. I would not recommend this one. Oh forgot to mention, the buckles of this carrier is Super hard to undo. Needs 2 hands for 1 buckle for sure.

It is very comfortable for both the baby and adult taxi. My niece loves being carried around in it. Its to too heavy to wear, and it isnt hot. Shes not big enough yet to try flipping it, but I am excited that it can be used for maybe 2 more years before she is too big for it.

Tried using a wrap that I got passed down to me from a family member and after trying over and over to get it to work, I still wasn’t comfortable using it. I looked for different options and decided on this one. This is the best thing that I could have invested my money on! Worth every penny. Baby loves being held and is fussy but will fall asleep longer and easier! It almost feels like I found a loop hole in fussy baby/getting light chores done. Life saver! I’ll start by saying, I REALLY wanted to love this carrier. It’s rare to find a soft structured carrier at a reasonable price. I specifically purchased it to use with the 15 month old that I nanny for, as I felt it would give me more support and comfort than the Baby K’tan and Momcozy carriers that I typically use with him. He weighs about 22 pounds, which is well within the weight limit for this carrier.
I tried the carrier on at home and it seemed really nice. However, when it was time to pop him in, he seemed really uncomfortable, and I was also uncomfortable! I adjusted all of the buckles to try and be comfy with this carrier, but the straps dug uncomfortably in my shoulders and back. The baby shoulder straps also seemed to bother his shoulders! I adjusted him and made sure his legs were in a good position, and we went for a 30 minute walk. On the walk, I decided I would be returning this carrier, as it simply did not offer the support I needed.
When I got home and took him out, I found that the edges of the seat had dug into the back of his legs, causing red marks and irritation!! I was so upset, he could have been in pain during our walk! A carrier should NEVER do this. I also had made sure to sit him in an “M” position in the carrier, and the seat still caused these marks!
Overall, I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this carrier, and frankly, the maker should consider a redesign. This carrier was uncomfortable, caused marks on the baby’s legs, and did not support him in the hip area. I would not recommend this product at all!

When our little one would get restless in the evening we just popped her in the harness and she calmed down straight away! We found it surprisingly easy to put on and tighten and it supports baby perfectly and she can even rest her head on one side by the straps! We used to have the big material that wraps round us and then baby but found it too complicated to put on by yourself so this is a fab alternative as it’s very user friendly! Great for days out too as little one loves to see everything and it saves our arms from carrying her!

I have a velcro baby who hates if we put them down so it’s incredibly comfortable for both me and my little one, and keeps baby cozy while allowing me to move around freely. I love this baby carrier so much that I purchased another one. It holds my baby well the first time I put her in it. She was just under 7 pounds and I felt like I was able to secure her properly and still maintain her airway and see her little beautiful face at all times now that she’s a little bigger it does put a little strain on my shoulders but as long as I have the backstrap lower and not so high, it takes some of that pressure off. Definitely play around and see what fits best for you and your baby, but this carrier is very well and durable and thick and I don’t feel like she’s just going to slip out through the side. I love how easy it makes carrying my baby.

So unbelievably uncomfortable!! All the straps to finagle with THEN how it rubs and digs into underarm NOOOO WAY! The underarm strap where carrier material ends and it meets the webbed strap pokes out and feels sharp under your sensitive underarm. No way i could wear this thing in anything else besides hoodie or long sleeve. I got it while pregnant and immediately after i adjusted straps to proper fit I knew it had to be returned! Very irritating and i can’t imagine wearing it for its purpose of carrying for a long period of time! I had it in for 1min and felt tortured. I’m so glad i had very short sleeve on while trying it. I orginally thought it would be easy for 1st time mom instead of a wrap and have good support for my bad back. Nope…returned! Watched YT videos about different carriers and went w/ boba wrap. The jersey knit wrap is so comfy bc it’s strechy shirt material and supports babies head and neck unlike this! Plus nothing irritatingly rubs. I watched a few how to wrap carry and its so simple and quick plus you can put it on and keep it on all day even w/o baby in it. Even my hubby likes wrap and got it in 1st try. This was a very hard no for me. I’m actually shocked by all the high reviews and that’s mainly why i went w/ this plus price.

I purchased this on a budget as I am a new Mom again to a newborn baby girl (7wks+ as of today 8/26/24) & when I originally purchased this item, my daughter was just slightly under the recommended minimum weight requirement of 8lbs (She was exactly 7lbs at the time of receiving this item). So if you’re wondering if it’s too large for your infant, (though it does state 8lbs & you should ALWAYS FOLLOW the manufacturers recommended weight requirements, ESPECIALLY for a newborn), I personally think you’ll be fine given that in 1-2wks your newborn will be at the minimum weight limit & that’s the beauty of purchasing an item that may be too large, baby will grow into it. I do suggest only having your newborn facing you in the carrier until they either reach the minimum 8lbs, or are able to support their head/neck (every baby is different, so do what works for you baby).The reason I bought this is so that it’d be easier for me to take care of my at home tasks/chores, give baby a chance at a new way to soothe/help sleep, be able to still breast/bottle feed while multitasking, & make it easier to travel in public.This is my 2nd child (with my 1st child be 11½yrs of age, so it’s like being a 1st time Mommy again given the 11yr age gap) & I just don’t have the energy or effort to haul around a carseat, especially in this God awful Houston, TX Summer Heat/Humidity.By having this carrier, I’m able to grab my daughter out of her carseat, place her into the carrier with minimal to zero effor & just GO!By now having this carrier, there’s no need for me to remove my carseat & place it into her stroller, or carry around a carseat, while out & about. WORK SMART, Mommies & Daddies, NOT HARD!Grocery shopping, Dr. Appointments, Dining out, cleaning the house, & simply having the ability to soothe my newborn & do skin-2-skin or even breastfeed/bottle feed, have all become SOOOO MUCH EASIER & makes my life that much more efficient. The only thing I haven’t done yet is place the carrier on my back, simply because my daughter is a newborn & it’ll likely be a while before I put her on my back, so I can’t provide an honest review of using this carrier on my back just yet. I can however provide an update to this review, when she is large/old enough to go on my back. As far as placing her forward towards/away from me, both have been comfortable for baby & me. My Baby is now approaching 10lbs & I have placed her in the carrier forward facing because she’s able to support her head much easier & my little princess is so curious & enjoys looking around at the world. When she’s restless I have her facing me & within 5-10mins tops, she’s sound asleep.The only beef I have with this carrier (well 2) is that…1). The Label/Tag located inside the arm straps is itchy asf & drives me mental, & it can’t be removed unless I want to cut out the individual stitching, which seems tedious. So by wearing a shirt that’s not a V-Cut/Low cut, or Tank top it helps keep the skin-2-tag contact at a minimum.2). It’s best to preset the arm support straps, so that you can easily put in on, otherwise it seems as though this carrier’s straps have a tendency to always get tangled up & get twisted. The strap in the back, I never detach, to kind of help prevent the carrier from getting tangled/twisted. Otherwise, it’s quite frustrating trying to assemble, prior to placing baby into the carrier.Aside from those 2 cons, everything else is great. Baby loves being in the carrier, it fits both me & Baby well, it makes life/traveling/activities/chores/etc so much more convenient & it’s definitely worth the price, if you’re on a budget.You know how the saying goes, “You pay for what you get…”? Well given I only paid $35⁰⁰~ vs. $58⁰⁰~ AT WALMART FOR THE EXACT SAME CARRIER/WT REQUIREMENTS, exactly to a T, definitely just order this here on Babyz Corner & not Wal-Mart. Or if you’re at Walmart because you need it asap vs. waiting for shipping/delivery via Babyz Corner, I would consider asking a Wal-Mart Associate to honor the price match because it’s a waste of money otherwise.All in all I give this carrier a 9/10.

Majority of the time when I carry him in it he falls asleep after 5 minutes. I love this carrier. I loved how easy it is to put on (my 4 year old and 2 year old can help with the top buckle). I have tried the chest to chest and forward facing (baby likes that). I havent tried on my back yet but hinestly that was a main reason I purchased this carries, as I havent had a carrier that was able to do that. I have used this carrier often to carry my over 20 lbs, 7 month old. It keeps her close and secure and gives my arms a rest or allows me to multitasking without risking her safety. I debated this product for months but I am so happy with my purchase! Having her in the carrier makes grocery shopping and potty training easier as I dont have to carrier her bulky carseat into the store(making room for more food in my cart and her siblings easier to see) or quickly taking my 2 and 4 year old to the public bathroom and all four of us fitting in a single stall.

Absolutely love this carrier and so does my baby! Very comfortable for me, and him. He loves facing out and being able to look at everything. He definitely feels very secure to me in it. I feel confident doing pretty much anything with him in there, and it’s very fast and easy to get him in and out… I guess I can’t really compare to other carriers because this is only the second type of carrier that I’ve tried. We just both liked this one so much, so why would I spend money on another one?
I haven’t tried any of the other ways yet to put the baby in it, just him facing me and facing out. So IDK yet how well the other ways work or feel comfort-wise. But for the price I don’t think you could go wrong with buying this, even if you only use it for that.

I purchased this on a budget as I am a new Mom again to a newborn baby girl (7wks+ as of today 8/26/24) & when I originally purchased this item, my daughter was just slightly under the recommended minimum weight requirement of 8lbs (She was exactly 7lbs at the time of receiving this item). So if you’re wondering if it’s too large for your infant, (though it does state 8lbs & you should ALWAYS FOLLOW the manufacturers recommended weight requirements, ESPECIALLY for a newborn), I personally think you’ll be fine given that in 1-2wks your newborn will be at the minimum weight limit & that’s the beauty of purchasing an item that may be too large, baby will grow into it. I do suggest only having your newborn facing you in the carrier until they either reach the minimum 8lbs, or are able to support their head/neck (every baby is different, so do what works for you baby).The reason I bought this is so that it’d be easier for me to take care of my at home tasks/chores, give baby a chance at a new way to soothe/help sleep, be able to still breast/bottle feed while multitasking, & make it easier to travel in public.This is my 2nd child (with my 1st child be 11½yrs of age, so it’s like being a 1st time Mommy again given the 11yr age gap) & I just don’t have the energy or effort to haul around a carseat, especially in this God awful Houston, TX Summer Heat/Humidity.By having this carrier, I’m able to grab my daughter out of her carseat, place her into the carrier with minimal to zero effor & just GO!By now having this carrier, there’s no need for me to remove my carseat & place it into her stroller, or carry around a carseat, while out & about. Entire package and carrier had a strong musty odor that was sprayed with perfumes to cover the musty smell. No instructions. All clips were clipped to the wrong section and the carrier just shoved into a bag.
After looking up instructions, the carrier is an ok carrier and does its job. Does hurt your back after wearing it for a few minutes. Does not feel very secure for baby. Still have to have one hand on baby to ensure he is secure.

My goddaughter is three months older. She was born one month early and while she is in perfect health, she’s a petite little thing at nine pounds. Now compare this to my son’s birth weight of almost 11 pounds (16 years ago 🙃)
My partner and I had the privilege of caring for Baby Raine for several days and nights. We knew virtually nothing about her sleep and eating patterns, only that she loves her milk!
We discovered very quickly they Raine like most infants experiences quick bursts of leg, head, and arm activity. Another caveat is that she dislikes being swaddled. Unswaddled infants tend to sleep for shorter periods precisely due to being woken up by said jerky motions!
Which brings me to the carrier…
I never used a carrier with my son so I had zero reference point. I spent a lot of time reading product review after review. I knew I was looking for a carrier that felt light and would accommodate my 5’3 height and generously portion waist/hips as well as my partner’s medium/muscular 5’9 frame.
The carrier arrived a few hours before our goddaughter did which gave me ample time to fuss with the buckles. At first glance I was totally overwhelmed. Thankfully my partner was there to help me put it on and take it off the first few times.
Pros:
1. Super broad and comfy shoulder and waist strap.
2. Love love love the Smokey grey color.
3. Leg holes are roomy, enabling me to slide baby in by myself without having to fuss with making her feet fit through.
4. Super light weight and moves when I move.
5. Once everything’s buckled, I feel certain that baby isn’t going anywhere. My first few hours her in the carrier, I felt borderline paranoid that the straps would magically come undone and that baby would be mortally injured…
How’s that for dramatic 🤦🏽♀️😂
It’s day three and me, baby Raine, and carrier are fast friends. She loves being face in or face out, depending on what tasks I’m engaging in. I wore her during my first ever Zoom workshop. She made ne’er a peep and not a soul noticed lol.
If I want to feed her on the fly, I unbuckle one or both straps. There’s just enough space to accommodate a 4-6oz bottle.
The only con, literally, is that the plastic buckets are extra stiff in the beginning which I totally understand. Obviously the more you insert and release, the more well oiled it becomes. If you have very arthritic fingers, you might need some help in the beginning.
So if you’re on product review 253 and still debating whether you should press “buy”, I say go for it!! Price and quality are unparalleled. Finally, to address customer concerns about baby thighs getting bruised by the leg holes, I took one customer’s advice and placed a folded microfiber towel in the crotch area of the carrier to allow for some distance between baby’s thighs and the carrier. On days two and three it was totally unnecessary. I recommend regularly performing a “comfort check” while baby is in carrier. Check for things like:
1. Are their airways totally clear?
2. Are arms comfortably positioned?
3. Are their legs and bottoms pressed too firmly in fixed position? This can be remedied by taking two fingers and gently readjusting baby’s legs and bottom to promote even circulation.

I absolutely adore this carrier, my son is 4 months old and he is a little wiggle worm and this supports his neck through it all. Majority of the time when I carry him in it he falls asleep after 5 minutes. It has hooks near his butt and at his head along with an additional clasp and straps underneath him to help support baby’s weight. The hooks and straps are very strong and Ive never worried about his safety in it. Im able to cook, clean or shop easily with both hands free.

I love this carrier. I loved how easy it is to put on (my 4 year old and 2 year old can help with the top buckle). I have tried the chest to chest and forward facing (baby likes that). I havent tried on my back yet but hinestly that was a main reason I purchased this carries, as I havent had a carrier that was able to do that. I have used this carrier often to carry my over 20 lbs, 7 month old. It keeps her close and secure and gives my arms a rest or allows me to multitasking without risking her safety. I debated this product for months but I am so happy with my purchase! Having her in the carrier makes grocery shopping and potty training easier as I dont have to carrier her bulky carseat into the store(making room for more food in my cart and her siblings easier to see) or quickly taking my 2 and 4 year old to the public bathroom and all four of us fitting in a single stall.

Tried using a wrap that I got passed down to me from a family member and after trying over and over to get it to work, I still wasn’t comfortable using it. I looked for different options and decided on this one. This is the best thing that I could have invested my money on! Worth every penny. This carrier is comfortable for mom and baby. Very easy to set up. You can wear your baby facing forward or towards you and even on your back! It’s adjustable, great size for all babies. The padding is comfortable. Great weight distribution you’re able to even it out on both sides . I love how when facing forward you can button down the front for baby. There’s also a button option for the front I believe you can use during the newborn stage and there’s the these little tabs that you can put through these two holes on each side to create that M shape for your baby. It honestly took me a while to figure out at first bc I didn’t see it in the instructions. Overall I would recommend this carrier . It’s comfortable, convertible, AFFORDABLE and cute!

I purchased this on a budget as I am a new Mom again to a newborn baby girl (7wks+ as of today 8/26/24) & when I originally purchased this item, my daughter was just slightly under the recommended minimum weight requirement of 8lbs (She was exactly 7lbs at the time of receiving this item). So if you’re wondering if it’s too large for your infant, (though it does state 8lbs & you should ALWAYS FOLLOW the manufacturers recommended weight requirements, ESPECIALLY for a newborn), I personally think you’ll be fine given that in 1-2wks your newborn will be at the minimum weight limit & that’s the beauty of purchasing an item that may be too large, baby will grow into it. I do suggest only having your newborn facing you in the carrier until they either reach the minimum 8lbs, or are able to support their head/neck (every baby is different, so do what works for you baby).The reason I bought this is so that it’d be easier for me to take care of my at home tasks/chores, give baby a chance at a new way to soothe/help sleep, be able to still breast/bottle feed while multitasking, & make it easier to travel in public.This is my 2nd child (with my 1st child be 11½yrs of age, so it’s like being a 1st time Mommy again given the 11yr age gap) & I just don’t have the energy or effort to haul around a carseat, especially in this God awful Houston, TX Summer Heat/Humidity.By having this carrier, I’m able to grab my daughter out of her carseat, place her into the carrier with minimal to zero effor & just GO!By now having this carrier, there’s no need for me to remove my carseat & place it into her stroller, or carry around a carseat, while out & about. The Label/Tag located inside the arm straps is itchy asf & drives me mental, & it can’t be removed unless I want to cut out the individual stitching, which seems tedious. So by wearing a shirt that’s not a V-Cut/Low cut, or Tank top it helps keep the skin-2-tag contact at a minimum.2). It’s best to preset the arm support straps, so that you can easily put in on, otherwise it seems as though this carrier’s straps have a tendency to always get tangled up & get twisted. The strap in the back, I never detach, to kind of help prevent the carrier from getting tangled/twisted. Otherwise, it’s quite frustrating trying to assemble, prior to placing baby into the carrier.Aside from those 2 cons, everything else is great. Baby loves being in the carrier, it fits both me & Baby well, it makes life/traveling/activities/chores/etc so much more convenient & it’s definitely worth the price, if you’re on a budget.You know how the saying goes, “You pay for what you get…”? I love this guy. I have 4 carriers (this one, infantino carry all, Lille baby all seasons, and a boba wrap). Maybe I’m just dumb but I could never figure out how to narrow my Lille baby’s seat so baby #2 and 3 were just stuck facing me. But when my 3rd turned 11 months, I REALLY wanted to face her out AND my one carrier was always dirty and I had to go without for 24h till it dried. I needed another but I didn’t want to spend a ton of money. I’ve heard about this carrier and have considered it before. Man, I wish I got this sooner. It’s so EASY TO NARROW AND WIDEN THE SEAT. No need to watch a tutorial to operate this simple plow mule. It’s pretty intuitive but I’d still watch how to videos and read the manual if you’re totally new to carriers. It’s surprisingly comfy and isn’t bulky (I’d say it’s pretty streamlined and minimal). Not as supportive as my $150 LB obviously but I still enjoy wearing it regularly. If I already had this one, I wouldn’t shell out on an expensive one unless you can find a secondhand bargain. This carrier is really all you need
No fancy bells and whistles, just a basic carrier with standard materials but it still feels durable. We’ll see. Even if it only lasted a year with daily use, that’s not bad considering its price. I’m pretty sure it’ll hold out till baby #3 outgrows it.
HOWEVER, with LB there are only TWO 2 buckles, none that come in contact with baby, but with this one there are SIX 6 buckles, 4 of which can pinch baby or wearer when putting on. That’s the only downside to this carrier I’ve had. I pinch myself almost every time when I buckle in the baby panel and it’s a pain in the butt to buckle all those with a squirmy baby. It’s the same thing with my infantino carry all. If you can put up with that slight inconvenice (I would considering it’s a budget carrier) then you’ll find it totally worth it. However unlike the carry all, this one is great for PETITE SLIM ppl, maybe the average young teen could wear it. I have to tighten it pretty good but there seems to be about .5-1in left.. For reference, I’m 5’1 almost 100 pounds. This is a great carrier for the vertically impaired (short height) person I’d think. Overview: this carrier is a great value. I’ve only used it for a few weeks with my third baby who’s almost 12 months so I can’t speak on how it supports floppy newborns, the baby panel can be tightened all the way and it has a head support that can be folded down later on so I think with some blankets as positioners you can make it safely work, but it is great for 3m+ for sure. I got it for $26 and I feel it’s money well spent. If you’re unsure about baby wearing or what kind of carrier to get then START with this one. Keep the packaging, try it out with baby. If it’s not for you then return it and try another one. You don’t need to spend a lot of money to get a safe efficient baby carrier. This would also serve as a more than adequate cheap backup for a pricier carrier. You might become a convert.

Bought this as a baby shower gift from a registry. It came well packaged. The colors are as pictured, a nice dark gray and vibrant aqua/green. Very nicely gender neutral and sleek looking. I have had this same exact carrier with my child 8 years ago. I used this carrier daily for getting household chores such as dishes, loading dishwasher, laundry etc done while carrying my baby. Also used it for my extended outdoor walks. I used mostly as front carrier both forward and rear facing. It was a little tricky to put on and get baby in and out of on my back so I didn’t use it for that as much. I even breastfed while wearing baby in this carrier. It worked very well for so many uses and was a huge asset to a first time mom.

My goddaughter is three months older. She was born one month early and while she is in perfect health, she’s a petite little thing at nine pounds. Now compare this to my son’s birth weight of almost 11 pounds (16 years ago 🙃)
My partner and I had the privilege of caring for Baby Raine for several days and nights. We knew virtually nothing about her sleep and eating patterns, only that she loves her milk!
We discovered very quickly they Raine like most infants experiences quick bursts of leg, head, and arm activity. Another caveat is that she dislikes being swaddled. Unswaddled infants tend to sleep for shorter periods precisely due to being woken up by said jerky motions!
Which brings me to the carrier…
I never used a carrier with my son so I had zero reference point. I spent a lot of time reading product review after review. I knew I was looking for a carrier that felt light and would accommodate my 5’3 height and generously portion waist/hips as well as my partner’s medium/muscular 5’9 frame.
The carrier arrived a few hours before our goddaughter did which gave me ample time to fuss with the buckles. At first glance I was totally overwhelmed. Thankfully my partner was there to help me put it on and take it off the first few times.
Pros:
1. Super broad and comfy shoulder and waist strap.
2. Love love love the Smokey grey color.
3. Leg holes are roomy, enabling me to slide baby in by myself without having to fuss with making her feet fit through.
4. Super light weight and moves when I move.
5. Once everything’s buckled, I feel certain that baby isn’t going anywhere. My first few hours her in the carrier, I felt borderline paranoid that the straps would magically come undone and that baby would be mortally injured…
How’s that for dramatic 🤦🏽♀️😂
It’s day three and me, baby Raine, and carrier are fast friends. She loves being face in or face out, depending on what tasks I’m engaging in. I wore her during my first ever Zoom workshop. She made ne’er a peep and not a soul noticed lol.
If I want to feed her on the fly, I unbuckle one or both straps. There’s just enough space to accommodate a 4-6oz bottle.
The only con, literally, is that the plastic buckets are extra stiff in the beginning which I totally understand. Obviously the more you insert and release, the more well oiled it becomes. If you have very arthritic fingers, you might need some help in the beginning.
So if you’re on product review 253 and still debating whether you should press “buy”, I say go for it!! Price and quality are unparalleled. Finally, to address customer concerns about baby thighs getting bruised by the leg holes, I took one customer’s advice and placed a folded microfiber towel in the crotch area of the carrier to allow for some distance between baby’s thighs and the carrier. On days two and three it was totally unnecessary. I recommend regularly performing a “comfort check” while baby is in carrier. Check for things like:
1. Are their airways totally clear?
2. Are arms comfortably positioned?
3. Are their legs and bottoms pressed too firmly in fixed position? This can be remedied by taking two fingers and gently readjusting baby’s legs and bottom to promote even circulation.

I love this carrier. I loved how easy it is to put on (my 4 year old and 2 year old can help with the top buckle). I have tried the chest to chest and forward facing (baby likes that). I havent tried on my back yet but hinestly that was a main reason I purchased this carries, as I havent had a carrier that was able to do that. I have used this carrier often to carry my over 20 lbs, 7 month old. It keeps her close and secure and gives my arms a rest or allows me to multitasking without risking her safety. I debated this product for months but I am so happy with my purchase! Having her in the carrier makes grocery shopping and potty training easier as I dont have to carrier her bulky carseat into the store(making room for more food in my cart and her siblings easier to see) or quickly taking my 2 and 4 year old to the public bathroom and all four of us fitting in a single stall.

I love this and so does my baby! Before I ordered this, I attempted one of those fancy, expensive wraps and got so frustrated ended up donating it to a thrift store. This carrier however is user friendly, you don’t need a thick manual for dummies to figure it out, it fits a newborn perfectly and is the only reason I get anything done around the house. I can do laundry, dishes, run errands, mop, you name it and she happily hangs out sleeping in the carrier.
I cannot recommend this highly enough, especially if you’re a first time or single mom. It gives you your hands back!

I absolutely adore this carrier, my son is 4 months old and he is a little wiggle worm and this supports his neck through it all. Majority of the time when I carry him in it he falls asleep after 5 minutes. It has hooks near his butt and at his head along with an additional clasp and straps underneath him to help support baby’s weight. The hooks and straps are very strong and Ive never worried about his safety in it. Im able to cook, clean or shop easily with both hands free.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
Out of all the carriers I have purchased this one is the best. I bought it “open box” at a reduced price and I couldn’t be happier. It’s quick, easy, reliable, and a safe carrier. I’m able to put it on quickly by keeping the bottom buckles buckled and just slipping my arms through the holes and fastening the belt around my waist. I also like how it’s not too hot. It’s great for both winter and summer. I have never had issues with my baby overheating or being too cold in this. You can always slip a headless breastfeeding cover over to provide more covering and warmth if needed.
The only con is that I have tall babies. I used this carrier both of my two children and their head always tends to fall out as the panel is too soft support their head. I wish it was stiffer material to help hold their head up when they’re sleeping.

I purchased this on a budget as I am a new Mom again to a newborn baby girl (7wks+ as of today 8/26/24) & when I originally purchased this item, my daughter was just slightly under the recommended minimum weight requirement of 8lbs (She was exactly 7lbs at the time of receiving this item). So if you’re wondering if it’s too large for your infant, (though it does state 8lbs & you should ALWAYS FOLLOW the manufacturers recommended weight requirements, ESPECIALLY for a newborn), I personally think you’ll be fine given that in 1-2wks your newborn will be at the minimum weight limit & that’s the beauty of purchasing an item that may be too large, baby will grow into it. I do suggest only having your newborn facing you in the carrier until they either reach the minimum 8lbs, or are able to support their head/neck (every baby is different, so do what works for you baby).The reason I bought this is so that it’d be easier for me to take care of my at home tasks/chores, give baby a chance at a new way to soothe/help sleep, be able to still breast/bottle feed while multitasking, & make it easier to travel in public.This is my 2nd child (with my 1st child be 11½yrs of age, so it’s like being a 1st time Mommy again given the 11yr age gap) & I just don’t have the energy or effort to haul around a carseat, especially in this God awful Houston, TX Summer Heat/Humidity.By having this carrier, I’m able to grab my daughter out of her carseat, place her into the carrier with minimal to zero effor & just GO!By now having this carrier, there’s no need for me to remove my carseat & place it into her stroller, or carry around a carseat, while out & about. WORK SMART, Mommies & Daddies, NOT HARD!Grocery shopping, Dr. Appointments, Dining out, cleaning the house, & simply having the ability to soothe my newborn & do skin-2-skin or even breastfeed/bottle feed, have all become SOOOO MUCH EASIER & makes my life that much more efficient. The only thing I haven’t done yet is place the carrier on my back, simply because my daughter is a newborn & it’ll likely be a while before I put her on my back, so I can’t provide an honest review of using this carrier on my back just yet. I can however provide an update to this review, when she is large/old enough to go on my back. As far as placing her forward towards/away from me, both have been comfortable for baby & me. My Baby is now approaching 10lbs & I have placed her in the carrier forward facing because she’s able to support her head much easier & my little princess is so curious & enjoys looking around at the world. When she’s restless I have her facing me & within 5-10mins tops, she’s sound asleep.The only beef I have with this carrier (well 2) is that…1). The Label/Tag located inside the arm straps is itchy asf & drives me mental, & it can’t be removed unless I want to cut out the individual stitching, which seems tedious. So by wearing a shirt that’s not a V-Cut/Low cut, or Tank top it helps keep the skin-2-tag contact at a minimum.2). It’s best to preset the arm support straps, so that you can easily put in on, otherwise it seems as though this carrier’s straps have a tendency to always get tangled up & get twisted. The strap in the back, I never detach, to kind of help prevent the carrier from getting tangled/twisted. Otherwise, it’s quite frustrating trying to assemble, prior to placing baby into the carrier.Aside from those 2 cons, everything else is great. Baby loves being in the carrier, it fits both me & Baby well, it makes life/traveling/activities/chores/etc so much more convenient & it’s definitely worth the price, if you’re on a budget.You know how the saying goes, “You pay for what you get…”? Well given I only paid $35⁰⁰~ vs. $58⁰⁰~ AT WALMART FOR THE EXACT SAME CARRIER/WT REQUIREMENTS, exactly to a T, definitely just order this here on Babyz Corner & not Wal-Mart. Or if you’re at Walmart because you need it asap vs. waiting for shipping/delivery via Babyz Corner, I would consider asking a Wal-Mart Associate to honor the price match because it’s a waste of money otherwise.All in all I give this carrier a 9/10.

My husband (who wears a 2XL) is able to comfortably baby-wear our 5 month old with this carrier. Baby’s legs/hips easily sit in the “m-shape” for safe positioning to prevent hip dysplasia. The carrier itself is lightweight & thin, but durable enough to comfortably support our little one. Our baby fell right to sleep the first time we put him in it. Very pleased with this purchase.

Wow. This product is a game changer. It makes carrying a baby so much easier. We brought this with us on a family trip and it made helping our other children so much less of a burden. This baby carrier feels very sturdy and the material seems like it is thick and good quality. The design is good, except the leg holes can be difficult to get your child into unless you have someone else guiding their feet. It can be somewhat difficult to put on or adjust without another person helping you. It seems like the size may max out around 12 to 18 months but to be honest I can’t imagine using this with children that old anyways. PS- the price is reasonable too

I love this guy. I have 4 carriers (this one, infantino carry all, Lille baby all seasons, and a boba wrap). Maybe I’m just dumb but I could never figure out how to narrow my Lille baby’s seat so baby #2 and 3 were just stuck facing me. But when my 3rd turned 11 months, I REALLY wanted to face her out AND my one carrier was always dirty and I had to go without for 24h till it dried. I needed another but I didn’t want to spend a ton of money. I’ve heard about this carrier and have considered it before. Man, I wish I got this sooner. It’s so EASY TO NARROW AND WIDEN THE SEAT. No need to watch a tutorial to operate this simple plow mule. It’s pretty intuitive but I’d still watch how to videos and read the manual if you’re totally new to carriers. It’s surprisingly comfy and isn’t bulky (I’d say it’s pretty streamlined and minimal). Not as supportive as my $150 LB obviously but I still enjoy wearing it regularly. If I already had this one, I wouldn’t shell out on an expensive one unless you can find a secondhand bargain. This carrier is really all you need
No fancy bells and whistles, just a basic carrier with standard materials but it still feels durable. We’ll see. Even if it only lasted a year with daily use, that’s not bad considering its price. I’m pretty sure it’ll hold out till baby #3 outgrows it.
HOWEVER, with LB there are only TWO 2 buckles, none that come in contact with baby, but with this one there are SIX 6 buckles, 4 of which can pinch baby or wearer when putting on. That’s the only downside to this carrier I’ve had. I pinch myself almost every time when I buckle in the baby panel and it’s a pain in the butt to buckle all those with a squirmy baby. It’s the same thing with my infantino carry all. If you can put up with that slight inconvenice (I would considering it’s a budget carrier) then you’ll find it totally worth it. However unlike the carry all, this one is great for PETITE SLIM ppl, maybe the average young teen could wear it. I have to tighten it pretty good but there seems to be about .5-1in left.. For reference, I’m 5’1 almost 100 pounds. This is a great carrier for the vertically impaired (short height) person I’d think. Overview: this carrier is a great value. I’ve only used it for a few weeks with my third baby who’s almost 12 months so I can’t speak on how it supports floppy newborns, the baby panel can be tightened all the way and it has a head support that can be folded down later on so I think with some blankets as positioners you can make it safely work, but it is great for 3m+ for sure. I got it for $26 and I feel it’s money well spent. If you’re unsure about baby wearing or what kind of carrier to get then START with this one. Keep the packaging, try it out with baby. If it’s not for you then return it and try another one. You don’t need to spend a lot of money to get a safe efficient baby carrier. This would also serve as a more than adequate cheap backup for a pricier carrier. You might become a convert.

I love this and so does my baby! Before I ordered this, I attempted one of those fancy, expensive wraps and got so frustrated ended up donating it to a thrift store. This carrier however is user friendly, you don’t need a thick manual for dummies to figure it out, it fits a newborn perfectly and is the only reason I get anything done around the house. I can do laundry, dishes, run errands, mop, you name it and she happily hangs out sleeping in the carrier.
I cannot recommend this highly enough, especially if you’re a first time or single mom. It gives you your hands back!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
Out of all the carriers I have purchased this one is the best. I bought it “open box” at a reduced price and I couldn’t be happier. It’s quick, easy, reliable, and a safe carrier. I’m able to put it on quickly by keeping the bottom buckles buckled and just slipping my arms through the holes and fastening the belt around my waist. I also like how it’s not too hot. It’s great for both winter and summer. I have never had issues with my baby overheating or being too cold in this. You can always slip a headless breastfeeding cover over to provide more covering and warmth if needed.
The only con is that I have tall babies. I used this carrier both of my two children and their head always tends to fall out as the panel is too soft support their head. I wish it was stiffer material to help hold their head up when they’re sleeping.

I love this carrier. I loved how easy it is to put on (my 4 year old and 2 year old can help with the top buckle). I have tried the chest to chest and forward facing (baby likes that). I havent tried on my back yet but hinestly that was a main reason I purchased this carries, as I havent had a carrier that was able to do that. I have used this carrier often to carry my over 20 lbs, 7 month old. It keeps her close and secure and gives my arms a rest or allows me to multitasking without risking her safety. I debated this product for months but I am so happy with my purchase! Having her in the carrier makes grocery shopping and potty training easier as I dont have to carrier her bulky carseat into the store(making room for more food in my cart and her siblings easier to see) or quickly taking my 2 and 4 year old to the public bathroom and all four of us fitting in a single stall.

I absolutely love this carrier! The Infantino Flip 4-in-1 is comfortable, supportive, and easy to adjust. I have a 3-month-old, and every time I wear him in it, he falls asleep on his own — it’s that cozy and secure. Wow. This product is a game changer. It makes carrying a baby so much easier. We brought this with us on a family trip and it made helping our other children so much less of a burden. This baby carrier feels very sturdy and the material seems like it is thick and good quality. The design is good, except the leg holes can be difficult to get your child into unless you have someone else guiding their feet. It can be somewhat difficult to put on or adjust without another person helping you. It seems like the size may max out around 12 to 18 months but to be honest I can’t imagine using this with children that old anyways. PS- the price is reasonable too

Lightweight. My baby is 4 months old and she prefers this carrier to the baby bjorn carrier we got as a hand me down. The extra pack is SO convenient!!! It took a minute to figure out how it works, but it’s so fun and easy to use. It holds a pack of wipes, and about 5 diapers comfortably with room for a bottle of milk for hikes.
If you have a compact changing pad, that could also squeeze in there also.
I love the extra outside pocket. I use it for my phone.

I purchased this on a budget as I am a new Mom again to a newborn baby girl (7wks+ as of today 8/26/24) & when I originally purchased this item, my daughter was just slightly under the recommended minimum weight requirement of 8lbs (She was exactly 7lbs at the time of receiving this item). So if you’re wondering if it’s too large for your infant, (though it does state 8lbs & you should ALWAYS FOLLOW the manufacturers recommended weight requirements, ESPECIALLY for a newborn), I personally think you’ll be fine given that in 1-2wks your newborn will be at the minimum weight limit & that’s the beauty of purchasing an item that may be too large, baby will grow into it. I do suggest only having your newborn facing you in the carrier until they either reach the minimum 8lbs, or are able to support their head/neck (every baby is different, so do what works for you baby).The reason I bought this is so that it’d be easier for me to take care of my at home tasks/chores, give baby a chance at a new way to soothe/help sleep, be able to still breast/bottle feed while multitasking, & make it easier to travel in public.This is my 2nd child (with my 1st child be 11½yrs of age, so it’s like being a 1st time Mommy again given the 11yr age gap) & I just don’t have the energy or effort to haul around a carseat, especially in this God awful Houston, TX Summer Heat/Humidity.By having this carrier, I’m able to grab my daughter out of her carseat, place her into the carrier with minimal to zero effor & just GO!By now having this carrier, there’s no need for me to remove my carseat & place it into her stroller, or carry around a carseat, while out & about. It’s best to preset the arm support straps, so that you can easily put in on, otherwise it seems as though this carrier’s straps have a tendency to always get tangled up & get twisted. The strap in the back, I never detach, to kind of help prevent the carrier from getting tangled/twisted. Otherwise, it’s quite frustrating trying to assemble, prior to placing baby into the carrier.Aside from those 2 cons, everything else is great. Baby loves being in the carrier, it fits both me & Baby well, it makes life/traveling/activities/chores/etc so much more convenient & it’s definitely worth the price, if you’re on a budget.You know how the saying goes, “You pay for what you get…”? Well given I only paid $35⁰⁰~ vs. $58⁰⁰~ AT WALMART FOR THE EXACT SAME CARRIER/WT REQUIREMENTS, exactly to a T, definitely just order this here on Babyz Corner & not Wal-Mart. Or if you’re at Walmart because you need it asap vs. waiting for shipping/delivery via Babyz Corner, I would consider asking a Wal-Mart Associate to honor the price match because it’s a waste of money otherwise.All in all I give this carrier a 9/10.

I love this and so does my baby! Before I ordered this, I attempted one of those fancy, expensive wraps and got so frustrated ended up donating it to a thrift store. This carrier however is user friendly, you don’t need a thick manual for dummies to figure it out, it fits a newborn perfectly and is the only reason I get anything done around the house. I can do laundry, dishes, run errands, mop, you name it and she happily hangs out sleeping in the carrier.
I cannot recommend this highly enough, especially if you’re a first time or single mom. It gives you your hands back!

My husband (who wears a 2XL) is able to comfortably baby-wear our 5 month old with this carrier. Baby’s legs/hips easily sit in the “m-shape” for safe positioning to prevent hip dysplasia. The carrier itself is lightweight & thin, but durable enough to comfortably support our little one. Our baby fell right to sleep the first time we put him in it. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love this guy. I have 4 carriers (this one, infantino carry all, Lille baby all seasons, and a boba wrap). Maybe I’m just dumb but I could never figure out how to narrow my Lille baby’s seat so baby #2 and 3 were just stuck facing me. But when my 3rd turned 11 months, I REALLY wanted to face her out AND my one carrier was always dirty and I had to go without for 24h till it dried. I needed another but I didn’t want to spend a ton of money. I’ve heard about this carrier and have considered it before. Man, I wish I got this sooner. It’s so EASY TO NARROW AND WIDEN THE SEAT. No need to watch a tutorial to operate this simple plow mule. It’s pretty intuitive but I’d still watch how to videos and read the manual if you’re totally new to carriers. It’s surprisingly comfy and isn’t bulky (I’d say it’s pretty streamlined and minimal). Not as supportive as my $150 LB obviously but I still enjoy wearing it regularly. If I already had this one, I wouldn’t shell out on an expensive one unless you can find a secondhand bargain. This carrier is really all you need
No fancy bells and whistles, just a basic carrier with standard materials but it still feels durable. We’ll see. Even if it only lasted a year with daily use, that’s not bad considering its price. I’m pretty sure it’ll hold out till baby #3 outgrows it.
HOWEVER, with LB there are only TWO 2 buckles, none that come in contact with baby, but with this one there are SIX 6 buckles, 4 of which can pinch baby or wearer when putting on. That’s the only downside to this carrier I’ve had. I pinch myself almost every time when I buckle in the baby panel and it’s a pain in the butt to buckle all those with a squirmy baby. It’s the same thing with my infantino carry all. If you can put up with that slight inconvenice (I would considering it’s a budget carrier) then you’ll find it totally worth it. However unlike the carry all, this one is great for PETITE SLIM ppl, maybe the average young teen could wear it. I have to tighten it pretty good but there seems to be about .5-1in left.. For reference, I’m 5’1 almost 100 pounds. This is a great carrier for the vertically impaired (short height) person I’d think. Overview: this carrier is a great value. I’ve only used it for a few weeks with my third baby who’s almost 12 months so I can’t speak on how it supports floppy newborns, the baby panel can be tightened all the way and it has a head support that can be folded down later on so I think with some blankets as positioners you can make it safely work, but it is great for 3m+ for sure. I got it for $26 and I feel it’s money well spent. If you’re unsure about baby wearing or what kind of carrier to get then START with this one. Keep the packaging, try it out with baby. If it’s not for you then return it and try another one. You don’t need to spend a lot of money to get a safe efficient baby carrier. This would also serve as a more than adequate cheap backup for a pricier carrier. You might become a convert.

I absolutely love the Infantino Baby Carrier! From day one, it’s been a total game-changer for us. It’s incredibly easy to put on and adjust, even when I’m solo. Peut être le seul bémol est la sangle au niveau de la nuque, parfois, tout le poids se met dessus et sur de longues balades, on sent le poids. Il aurait fallut une sangle plus douce.

The Infantino Flip 4-in-1 is comfortable for the wearer, and my baby seemed content initially. However, after less than 10 minutes of use, my baby’s legs were red with purple dots—something I’ve never seen with my three other carriers. I followed all instructions, and my baby was positioned correctly. This is a serious safety issue.
I was looking for a carrier that’s comfortable and supportive for both me and my baby, as my other carriers aren’t as comfortable for me. While this one feels great for the parent, it seems designed more for mom’s comfort than baby’s safety. You shouldn’t need to modify a carrier to make it safe for your baby’s legs. I’d never compromise on my baby’s safety, and I strongly urge others to avoid this product until these issues are fixed. Check other carriers for a safer option. Don’t forget to read the low reviews as well!!

It’s great for both winter and summer. I have never had issues with my baby overheating or being too cold in this. You can always slip a headless breastfeeding cover over to provide more covering and warmth if needed.
The only con is that I have tall babies. I used this carrier both of my two children and their head always tends to fall out as the panel is too soft support their head. I wish it was stiffer material to help hold their head up when they’re sleeping.

I purchased this on a budget as I am a new Mom again to a newborn baby girl (7wks+ as of today 8/26/24) & when I originally purchased this item, my daughter was just slightly under the recommended minimum weight requirement of 8lbs (She was exactly 7lbs at the time of receiving this item). So if you’re wondering if it’s too large for your infant, (though it does state 8lbs & you should ALWAYS FOLLOW the manufacturers recommended weight requirements, ESPECIALLY for a newborn), I personally think you’ll be fine given that in 1-2wks your newborn will be at the minimum weight limit & that’s the beauty of purchasing an item that may be too large, baby will grow into it. I do suggest only having your newborn facing you in the carrier until they either reach the minimum 8lbs, or are able to support their head/neck (every baby is different, so do what works for you baby).The reason I bought this is so that it’d be easier for me to take care of my at home tasks/chores, give baby a chance at a new way to soothe/help sleep, be able to still breast/bottle feed while multitasking, & make it easier to travel in public.This is my 2nd child (with my 1st child be 11½yrs of age, so it’s like being a 1st time Mommy again given the 11yr age gap) & I just don’t have the energy or effort to haul around a carseat, especially in this God awful Houston, TX Summer Heat/Humidity.By having this carrier, I’m able to grab my daughter out of her carseat, place her into the carrier with minimal to zero effor & just GO!By now having this carrier, there’s no need for me to remove my carseat & place it into her stroller, or carry around a carseat, while out & about. WORK SMART, Mommies & Daddies, NOT HARD!Grocery shopping, Dr. Appointments, Dining out, cleaning the house, & simply having the ability to soothe my newborn & do skin-2-skin or even breastfeed/bottle feed, have all become SOOOO MUCH EASIER & makes my life that much more efficient. The only thing I haven’t done yet is place the carrier on my back, simply because my daughter is a newborn & it’ll likely be a while before I put her on my back, so I can’t provide an honest review of using this carrier on my back just yet. I can however provide an update to this review, when she is large/old enough to go on my back. As far as placing her forward towards/away from me, both have been comfortable for baby & me. My Baby is now approaching 10lbs & I have placed her in the carrier forward facing because she’s able to support her head much easier & my little princess is so curious & enjoys looking around at the world. When she’s restless I have her facing me & within 5-10mins tops, she’s sound asleep.The only beef I have with this carrier (well 2) is that…1). The Label/Tag located inside the arm straps is itchy asf & drives me mental, & it can’t be removed unless I want to cut out the individual stitching, which seems tedious. So by wearing a shirt that’s not a V-Cut/Low cut, or Tank top it helps keep the skin-2-tag contact at a minimum.2). It’s best to preset the arm support straps, so that you can easily put in on, otherwise it seems as though this carrier’s straps have a tendency to always get tangled up & get twisted. The strap in the back, I never detach, to kind of help prevent the carrier from getting tangled/twisted. This came in super handy when my son was needing to be held constantly. I had a moby wrap, but this provided support that the moby wrap did not. It was very helpful when running through the airport to catch a flight and not having to worry about a stroller or carseat, or even just carrying him. Has so many ways to adjust to be able to carry your baby, and even hubby can use it. It’s a great size and very comfortable. The material was good and thick and has lasted a long time.

I love this carrier, especially for the price. It’s so difficult to choose when there are literally hundreds of carriers out there. I simply can’t afford the nice $300 ones you see all over social media but it turns out…you don’t need one. This is comfortable for me and for baby, very secure, adjustable so her dad and I can both wear. I don’t get too warm in it and neither does she because the material is breathable. It has good padding and head support. My only wish is that it had some storage; a pocket or fanny pack would make this a 5/5. Still, would buy again and recommend to others.

I love this guy. I have 4 carriers (this one, infantino carry all, Lille baby all seasons, and a boba wrap). Maybe I’m just dumb but I could never figure out how to narrow my Lille baby’s seat so baby #2 and 3 were just stuck facing me. But when my 3rd turned 11 months, I REALLY wanted to face her out AND my one carrier was always dirty and I had to go without for 24h till it dried. I needed another but I didn’t want to spend a ton of money. I’ve heard about this carrier and have considered it before. Man, I wish I got this sooner. It’s so EASY TO NARROW AND WIDEN THE SEAT. No need to watch a tutorial to operate this simple plow mule. It’s pretty intuitive but I’d still watch how to videos and read the manual if you’re totally new to carriers. It’s surprisingly comfy and isn’t bulky (I’d say it’s pretty streamlined and minimal). Not as supportive as my $150 LB obviously but I still enjoy wearing it regularly. If I already had this one, I wouldn’t shell out on an expensive one unless you can find a secondhand bargain. This carrier is really all you need
No fancy bells and whistles, just a basic carrier with standard materials but it still feels durable. We’ll see. Even if it only lasted a year with daily use, that’s not bad considering its price. I’m pretty sure it’ll hold out till baby #3 outgrows it.
HOWEVER, with LB there are only TWO 2 buckles, none that come in contact with baby, but with this one there are SIX 6 buckles, 4 of which can pinch baby or wearer when putting on. That’s the only downside to this carrier I’ve had. I pinch myself almost every time when I buckle in the baby panel and it’s a pain in the butt to buckle all those with a squirmy baby. It’s the same thing with my infantino carry all. If you can put up with that slight inconvenice (I would considering it’s a budget carrier) then you’ll find it totally worth it. However unlike the carry all, this one is great for PETITE SLIM ppl, maybe the average young teen could wear it. I have to tighten it pretty good but there seems to be about .5-1in left.. For reference, I’m 5’1 almost 100 pounds. This is a great carrier for the vertically impaired (short height) person I’d think. Overview: this carrier is a great value. I’ve only used it for a few weeks with my third baby who’s almost 12 months so I can’t speak on how it supports floppy newborns, the baby panel can be tightened all the way and it has a head support that can be folded down later on so I think with some blankets as positioners you can make it safely work, but it is great for 3m+ for sure. I got it for $26 and I feel it’s money well spent. If you’re unsure about baby wearing or what kind of carrier to get then START with this one. Keep the packaging, try it out with baby. If it’s not for you then return it and try another one. You don’t need to spend a lot of money to get a safe efficient baby carrier. This would also serve as a more than adequate cheap backup for a pricier carrier. You might become a convert.

Just got it today, so I’ll add to my review after I’ve really had a chance to use it.
My initial thoughts are well-made, generous padding in the straps, lots of straps to allow you to fit it just right to you and your baby, and the fabric is underwhelming–stuff and plasticky. For the price, I am very impressed.

My goddaughter is three months older. She was born one month early and while she is in perfect health, she’s a petite little thing at nine pounds. Now compare this to my son’s birth weight of almost 11 pounds (16 years ago 🙃)
My partner and I had the privilege of caring for Baby Raine for several days and nights. We knew virtually nothing about her sleep and eating patterns, only that she loves her milk!
We discovered very quickly they Raine like most infants experiences quick bursts of leg, head, and arm activity. Another caveat is that she dislikes being swaddled. Unswaddled infants tend to sleep for shorter periods precisely due to being woken up by said jerky motions!
Which brings me to the carrier…
I never used a carrier with my son so I had zero reference point. I spent a lot of time reading product review after review. I knew I was looking for a carrier that felt light and would accommodate my 5’3 height and generously portion waist/hips as well as my partner’s medium/muscular 5’9 frame.
The carrier arrived a few hours before our goddaughter did which gave me ample time to fuss with the buckles. At first glance I was totally overwhelmed. Thankfully my partner was there to help me put it on and take it off the first few times.
Pros:
1. Super broad and comfy shoulder and waist strap.
2. Love love love the Smokey grey color.
3. Leg holes are roomy, enabling me to slide baby in by myself without having to fuss with making her feet fit through.
4. Super light weight and moves when I move.
5. Once everything’s buckled, I feel certain that baby isn’t going anywhere. My first few hours her in the carrier, I felt borderline paranoid that the straps would magically come undone and that baby would be mortally injured…
How’s that for dramatic 🤦🏽♀️😂
It’s day three and me, baby Raine, and carrier are fast friends. She loves being face in or face out, depending on what tasks I’m engaging in. I wore her during my first ever Zoom workshop. She made ne’er a peep and not a soul noticed lol.
If I want to feed her on the fly, I unbuckle one or both straps. There’s just enough space to accommodate a 4-6oz bottle.
The only con, literally, is that the plastic buckets are extra stiff in the beginning which I totally understand. Obviously the more you insert and release, the more well oiled it becomes. If you have very arthritic fingers, you might need some help in the beginning.
So if you’re on product review 253 and still debating whether you should press “buy”, I say go for it!! Price and quality are unparalleled. Finally, to address customer concerns about baby thighs getting bruised by the leg holes, I took one customer’s advice and placed a folded microfiber towel in the crotch area of the carrier to allow for some distance between baby’s thighs and the carrier. On days two and three it was totally unnecessary. I recommend regularly performing a “comfort check” while baby is in carrier. Check for things like:
1. Are their airways totally clear?
2. Are arms comfortably positioned?
3. Are their legs and bottoms pressed too firmly in fixed position? This can be remedied by taking two fingers and gently readjusting baby’s legs and bottom to promote even circulation.

I have the 2020 version of this same carrier and LOVE it! So I bought another.. this review is for the newer version. the quality of the carrier is great however a few product changes make it differ from the older version I love. the fabric isn’t as soft in this new one along with different leg holes that dont seem as comfortable, not allowing an effortless “M” shape in the hanging legs like the doctors suggest. The leg holes also don’t have a Velcro reinforcement with the buckles just in case you forget to buckle the lower leg holes. Overall, it’s a beautiful, affordable and super easy carrier. Would definitely suggest it to anyone who needs something to use from newborn time. Gives the expensive carriers a run for their money

Una mochila muy practica para las labores del dia a dia, el color crudo fue la mejor eleccion, puedo cargar a mi bebe mientras hago el super, lo compre cuando mi bebe tenia 3 meses pero no fue lo recomendable porque quedaba muy recta su espalda y a esa edad aun no tienen la fuerza sufiente. Asi que lo empezamos a usar por ratos cuando cumplio los 5 meses, para que empezara a acostumbrarse.
Si estas buscando algo para recien nacido este portabebe no es la mejor opcion.
