It is in such good shape that it will be going back to school to the pre-K 4’s room this fall. It is definitely a backpack for a toddler or a preschooler, not an elementary age kid. But, if all your preschooler is using the backpack for is to take their folder and a zip lock bag with a change of clothes to and from school this is perfect. It has side netting to hold a small water bottle or whatever cool thing your 4 year old finds in their travels. It also has a zippered back pocket that can hold a Pull-Up or two and some wipes, a few pairs of spare underwear, or a small lovey to comfort a nervous new preschooler. The price has gone up a bit since I bought it last year, but it is built to last and definitely worth the buy for your little preschool Hulk smasher. Great backpack!

    Purchased for my preschooler- we have a 5 star brand plastic folder for take home papers and while we can get it in there and zipped it has to have the edges bent.
    He loves the hulk, but was bummed at the size and that his folder doesn’t fit right. The cheap Walmart preschool bags are bigger.
    Cute for general preschool sized child- it doesn’t swallow him- Would be a cute overnight bag for visits to grandma, spare clothes or toys to daycare, take to the park or pool but school wise no unless you want a frustrated kid.

    These photos are what this backpack looks like AFTER an entire school year of being taken back and forth to preschool with a 3/4 year old a few days a week. It is in such good shape that it will be going back to school to the pre-K 4’s room this fall. It is definitely a backpack for a toddler or a preschooler, not an elementary age kid. But, if all your preschooler is using the backpack for is to take their folder and a zip lock bag with a change of clothes to and from school this is perfect. It has side netting to hold a small water bottle or whatever cool thing your 4 year old finds in their travels. It also has a zippered back pocket that can hold a Pull-Up or two and some wipes, a few pairs of spare underwear, or a small lovey to comfort a nervous new preschooler. The price has gone up a bit since I bought it last year, but it is built to last and definitely worth the buy for your little preschool Hulk smasher. Great backpack!

    Good size for a kindergartners but not for a 1st grader. Too small for my first grader. Backpack does hold regular size folder. Loved that it was just hulk front and center, hulk name and zipper detail was of good quality. Loved the backpack wished it was bigger.

    I can’t speak to the durability, yet, but it looks like it will hold up the year. It’s not huge. You might could get away with it for kindergarten but I don’t think I would recommend it for older grades.

    Well it’s hold up so far! It’s now Nov 5th and he has been in school for almost 3 months! It’s a bit thinner and smaller than I thought it was going to be but worked out since he is a little guy. I was just surprised it was smaller. Still a full size bag. Holds his things he need side he is only in PreK.
