I use this pillow for hypermobility, not pregnancy. It supports my back and stabilizes my hips/SI joint, so I wake up in less pain. At first it was heaven. Once I removed the cover to wash it, it felt like it became much flatter and stopped being as supportive, particularly for my neck. Still better than nothing, but I’m on the lookout for one that won’t go so flat with constant use. The original cover I got is quite hot.

I bought this Momcozy pregnancy pillow for my wife, and I’m pretty sure it is now the most important relationship in our household. She absolutely loves it. At 57 inches, the size is substantial enough to support her belly, back, hips, and legs all at once without feeling like we accidentally invited a second mattress into the bed. It wraps around her nicely and saves her from the nightly ritual of arranging four different pillows like she’s constructing a defensive fortress. The firmness is also just right.
Another pleasant surprise is the cooling factor. Pregnancy already seems to come with a built-in personal furnace, so the last thing she needed was a pillow turning bedtime into a sauna. The cover feels comfortable and doesn’t seem to trap excessive heat. Despite its large size, the weight is manageable enough to reposition when needed, although I wouldn’t exactly describe it as something you casually toss across the room. Appearance-wise, it actually looks nice and cozy on the bed.
Considering it essentially replaces several regular pillows and provides full-body support, it feels like money well spent. Better sleep during pregnancy is priceless, but thankfully this pillow does not actually cost priceless-money. Five stars from us. My wife gets better support, and I get approximately 14% of my side of the bed. Everybody wins.

Use this my whole pregnancy. It was very soft and comfortable. I like that it was machine washable and good quality. It held up the entire pregnancy and still is thriving. You do have to fluff it up. If you are to wash the cover and have to put it back on the pillow it can be a little tricky but once you get it back on it’s practically brand new. It didn’t come with a smell. It supported my neck hips and legs while pregnant in early and late stages of pregnancy. You can adjust the leg part to tuck fully behind you or just a little bit you can even flip the pillow and face it the other way sometimes I flipped it back and forth. I contained a lot of body heat when I was pregnant so it having some coolness to it helped a lot

I absolutely love this. I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and suffering from SPD and this is genuinely the only reason I get any sleep. Such good quality and so comfortable I could sleep on it all day. The cover comes off to wash and has a zip all the way around to get it on and off easily. Seems expensive but I had a pregnancy pillow in my first pregnancy that was cheaper and no where near as good. Great support lovely size although it takes up most of the bed I get a great night sleep

I had back surgery about 1.5 months ago. I finally got cleared to not sleep on my back, but my provider suggested using a body pillow or something to help keep me from twisting weird in my sleep. I bought this pillow to provide support to my back and to help keep my hips/back aligned properly. I have only had this for one night so far but it has significantly helped with my sleep, and I dont worry that I will do something to create issues with my spine after surgery.
From my experience with it, I do think that a pregnant mama-to-be would find this to be very comfortable. I had a similar pillow when I was pregnant 15 years ago, and my husband has said that he prefers this pillow as it doesnt impede on his side of our (queen) bed.
The pillow is compact enough to not encroach on my husband’s ability to sleep comfortably, and provides me with the necessary comfort and support for the purpose that I bought it for. Very pleased! Also, my cat LOVED it.

I’ve been using this pregnancy pillow for about a month and I’m really impressed with it. The length is ideal because it provides plenty of support without feeling awkwardly short or like I have to constantly reposition it.
The material is incredibly soft and feels much higher quality than I expected. One of my favorite things about it is that it actually stays in place while I’m sleeping, instead of shifting around throughout the night.
Most importantly, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my sleep since using it. Being pregnant and trying to get comfortable at night can be difficult, but this gives me the support I need and makes sleeping much more comfortable.

Personally, a little disappointing for how highly regarded pregnancy pillows are. It seems the lady in the photo has got to be super short because im 5’3 and I have to be in a kneeling position to get my ankles on the pillow to get my feet elevated. It also retains a lot of body heat so I’ve woken up from overheating, I would have bought the cooling one if I had seen any reviews on this issue. The curves to hold the belly are kinda okay. Another downside is the arm issue, if you have to stick it underneath the pillow it just is not comfortable since it just raises the already very thick pillow even higher. It’s firm though, so it is okay to lay up against but that’s about all I’ll probably end up using this for.

I would recommend this as my wife loves it great design for sleep or breast feeding large in size no problems with changing of the shape great shape retention very soft quality feeling materials great for pain relief and comfortable sleep.
My wife says it helps with the pain of sleep and sitting so trust me this is worth every penny.

Used for about 6months of my pregnancy. I had insomnia during my pregnancy, but this pillow gave my growing belly so much support during those sleepless nights. Couldn’t wait to get rid of it but cannot imagine my pregnancy nights without this pillow. It is huge and took me at least 2-3 nights to get used to this pillow. Get through those initial nights and you will have the most supportive pillow that one might need during pregnancy.
For a person who likes firm pillows, this pillow is firm.
Only part would’ve better was that after few days, the tail part of the curvy side became a little floppy and didn’t support as much.

This pillow is a LIFE SAVER! I have bad hip problems and it got worse since I’ve been pregnant. When the pillow got here the first thing I did was lay down. Ugh the relief was instant!! I also just had surgery while being pregnant and it has been a life saver in that department to since I can’t lay down I have a another normal pillow under it and use this pillow to keep me propped up and it supports my back, neck, and head perfectly! My whole family loves it and sometimes steals it from me even the dog lol. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the long side of the pillow has a crease where you just can’t get cotton into so it’s really flat there. And also it’s a bit hard to move when you need to adjust it but I think that may be just because of the size. I did not get the cooling one but it’s not like it makes me hot or anything. I wish it had a snap button to connect the 2 sides under you because when I do actually lay down and sleep in it I still find myself waking up on my back and I feel if it had the button like some others do, I wouldn’t have this issue. Other than that I’m very happy with this purchase and this pillow is definitely loved in this household❤️

makes you feel cuddled and hugged. I head portion is too bulky causing severe neck pain, whether it usually when you’re back or on your side, a large person would probably not notice it but a 6.4 woman will. Too bad because the body pillows on the sides are pretty neat.

until one day i was scrolling through reddit and saw women talking about them. “i got one with my last pregnancy and still use it!” “i’ve never had a kid and i couldn’t live without mine!” “i’m in menopause and i use one!” etc.

people. this has changed my damn life. i’ve gone from waking up every hour on the hour (usually unable to fall back asleep for up to THREE) to sleeping uninterrupted for 4-5 hours and then nodding right back off for another three.
aesthetically, i don’t love it. i don’t know how you make a bed with this. i also sleep with mine horizontal across the head of my bed, because for some reason that makes sense to me.
i was hoping it would help me with side sleeping, because i end up with severe hip pain when i sleep on my side – it has helped with that marginally, but where it really helps is with the back sleeping. i tuck it all around me so that it’s like being cradled, and use that little C loop under my knees, and i knock right the heck out.
my cats also love it, which is the only downside – i wake up in the morning to find one tucked between it and me on one side, another between it and me on the other, and another lying on the pillow part next to my head. it’s a nightly battle to ensure there’s enough space for me in it, which is incidentally the only thing that actually wakes me up now.
btw, i’m entering “the change,” so the night sweats are real. i can’t say this helps with that, but what i can say is that i now sleep so comfortably that they don’t disturb me nearly as much.
if you’re wondering, “hmm, should i try this?” YES. YES YOU SHOULD. pregnant or not – hell, female or not – you should try it. there’s nothing to lose and everything to gain. i’ve been recommending it to all my friends, and have discovered most of them have been holding out on me all this time. “oh yeah, i use mine every night!”
i don’t know what to tell you if you have a partner who likes to cuddle – i can see fights breaking out when you inevitably choose the pillow over him – but as a widow, i can tell you that i haven’t slept this well since my husband passed. i’ll be honest and tell you i’m probably sleeping even better, because the pillow doesn’t move around or throw its arm across my neck, and i can manipulate it throughout the night to relieve pressure spots. 🙂

This pillow is a LIFE SAVER! I have bad hip problems and it got worse since I’ve been pregnant. When the pillow got here the first thing I did was lay down. Ugh the relief was instant!! I also just had surgery while being pregnant and it has been a life saver in that department to since I can’t lay down I have a another normal pillow under it and use this pillow to keep me propped up and it supports my back, neck, and head perfectly! My whole family loves it and sometimes steals it from me even the dog lol. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the long side of the pillow has a crease where you just can’t get cotton into so it’s really flat there. And also it’s a bit hard to move when you need to adjust it but I think that may be just because of the size. I did not get the cooling one but it’s not like it makes me hot or anything. I wish it had a snap button to connect the 2 sides under you because when I do actually lay down and sleep in it I still find myself waking up on my back and I feel if it had the button like some others do, I wouldn’t have this issue. Other than that I’m very happy with this purchase and this pillow is definitely loved in this household❤️

I am in my second trimester, and sleep has not been the best lately. I got this pillow, and it was the best thing I could have purchased. It is very comfortable—not too soft and not too firm. It did not come with any odor, which was a big relief since I am very sensitive to smells now that I am pregnant, and that has not been an issue at all. It is on the heavier side, at least for me, so I usually leave it on my bed. It is easy to adjust myself because I simply move my body, and the pillow works with whichever position I am in. I purchased the pillow with the cooling cover because summer is coming and it gets really hot in my area. I had a momcozy pregnancy pillow before and it was great. This one not so much. The material makes the pillow slippery and it won’t stay if I try to roll it up to help support me while I sit or if I tuck the back when I’m lying down. It also seems shorter than my last pillow and much firmer. I’m a bit disappointed with the pillow but pretty much stuck with it considering I’ve been using it and trying to make it work. I also don’t seem to notice much of a difference in cooling factor. It’s not the worst but it’s sadly not at all close to what I had before.

It hasn’t helped with hip pain. I usually end up getting rid of the pillow around 1-3 AM once my hip pain becomes unbearable.

I am not one to typically write reviews but this pillow is incredible! I am currently 15 weeks pregnant so I hesitated to purchase a pregnancy pillow yet, but I’m so thankful I did. I had been experiencing bad back and hip pain and having fitful sleep where I cannot get comfortable (former stomach sleeper) but sleeping with this I don’t wake up once throughout the night and wake up with relief from my pain. Comfortable, helps support bump and my back. I don’t use a regular pillow with it, I just sleep on the pregnancy pillow. It is quite large, which my husband doesn’t love. But I can roll back into the pillow behind me or stay on my side or even roll into the pillow in front of me a little. I wouldn’t want to travel with it due to its size. It is a cooling outer covering and I don’t find that I get too hot sleeping with it. It’s good quality and has held up well for me. I would recommend buying it early and getting used to it. It made a world of difference in how my hips and back felt in the morning compared to using pillows between my legs. I am a size 20-22 and this fits me well, which I was concerned about.

I recommend this body pillow. I bought this pillow for comfort. I am not expecting I just love pillows. I have been sleeping like I’m in my own nest! When I’m not using it on my bed I place it behind us and it works to comfort me while I sleep. This is by far my best investment to date! I wouldn’t buy this again but it did help me stay asleep on my side. I don’t really find that this has full body support. The pillow kind of spreads out of its shape so there isn’t any back support.
I did not get the cooling cover but if you’re going to buy this and you’re pregnant, go for that option. This pillow makes me extremely hot and I wake up in sweat.
It hasn’t helped with hip pain. I usually end up getting rid of the pillow around 1-3 AM once my hip pain becomes unbearable.
It is fairly comfy for head and neck support, and keeping me positioned on my left side which is why I’ve given it 3 stars.
I’m 5 weeks away from my due date but if I could go back and buy something again, I’d get a cooking pillow with better hip and back support.

This is actually my second purchase of the momcozy pregnancy pillows. I purchased my first one about 3 years ago before my daughter was born, but I got so attached to the pillow, I never went back to my regular ones. Yes, it’s big and bulky but it’s supports my back, no matter which way I face. I’m a side sleeper. The only issue I had with my first pillow was that it was a velvety pillowcase and not very breathable, so I would sometimes wake up in a sweat. This second one I ordered, is a cooling one and for the most part I like it. I had an issue with it though because it doesn’t stay put like my other one. The cooling pillowcase somehow makes it slide all over the place. I have remedied this issue though by purchasing a different pillowcase. It now stays in place and supports my back like I need. I also haven’t been having issues waking up in a sweat anymore, so I trust that it’s doing it’s job. I’m no longer pregnant but I have bought this second pillow and I have no regrets. It’s very comfortable.

From the look of it, I thought it wouldn’t be too hard to switch sides with, but because the back leg is so short, unfortunately it can only be used comfortably on one side.The head part is perfect, doesn’t irritate my neck, which while pregnant, even my regular pillows had started to do. Like between my knees there’s almost no support.And I’ve only washed the cover once (cold water, low heat dry), but it’s already started to pull, so not sure how it’s going to stand up to the next six months of washing…Also this thing is really short. However, Momcozy needs to know that if they choose to provide a vacuum storage bag for when it needs to be put away postpartum that they should provide the correct size bag. Almost $50 is a good amount of money to pay for a pillow you use short term. I’d like to be able to store it safely and without taking up too much space. I was excited when I saw the vacuum storage bag that came with it, but so disappointed when I had to wrestle to get even just half of the pillow in the bag. And I was being creative to get that far. Momcozy doesn’t even provide a video of instructions for how to use the bag they provide. This is a slightly emotionally driven post, but as a freshly postpartum mom trying to reclaim her house this experience is extremely frustrating.

I absolutely love this. I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and suffering from SPD and this is genuinely the only reason I get any sleep. Such good quality and so comfortable I could sleep on it all day. The cover comes off to wash and has a zip all the way around to get it on and off easily. Seems expensive but I had a pregnancy pillow in my first pregnancy that was cheaper and no where near as good. Great support lovely size although it takes up most of the bed I get a great night sleep

I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and I bought this Momcozy pregnancy pillow back in October. I can honestly say I have used it every single night since then and I can’t imagine sleeping without it now!!!
What surprised me most is how comfortable it is even for a hot sleeper. I usually overheat at night, especially during pregnancy, but this pillow stays breathable and doesn’t trap heat like I expected. I sleep so much better with the full body support and wake up with less back and hip discomfort.

This time around I did a lot of research online and this one was recommended for not causing neck pain. From the look of it, I thought it wouldn’t be too hard to switch sides with, but because the back leg is so short, unfortunately it can only be used comfortably on one side.
The head part is perfect, doesn’t irritate my neck, which while pregnant, even my regular pillows had started to do. But the stuffing is a bit lacking overall. Like between my knees there’s almost no support.
And I’ve only washed the cover once (cold water, low heat dry), but it’s already started to pull, so not sure how it’s going to stand up to the next six months of washing…
Also this thing is really short. I’m only 5’2 and I find it a bit cramped, so keep that in mind if you’re of average height.
Overall I’m not that happy with the purchase. I wish I had gotten a u shaped pillow and worked something out for the neck area.

Even before pregnancy, I struggled to get comfortable while sleeping and relied on the recommended positions: on my back with a pillow under my legs to keep my spine aligned, or on my side with a pillow between my legs to keep my knees and hips even. During pregnancy, my lower back pain intensified, so I decided to get this sooner rather than later and give it a try. This is actually my second purchase of the momcozy pregnancy pillows. I purchased my first one about 3 years ago before my daughter was born, but I got so attached to the pillow, I never went back to my regular ones. Yes, it’s big and bulky but it’s supports my back, no matter which way I face. I’m a side sleeper. The only issue I had with my first pillow was that it was a velvety pillowcase and not very breathable, so I would sometimes wake up in a sweat. This second one I ordered, is a cooling one and for the most part I like it. I had an issue with it though because it doesn’t stay put like my other one. The cooling pillowcase somehow makes it slide all over the place. I have remedied this issue though by purchasing a different pillowcase. It now stays in place and supports my back like I need. Comfortable, helps support bump and my back. I don’t use a regular pillow with it, I just sleep on the pregnancy pillow. It is quite large, which my husband doesn’t love. But I can roll back into the pillow behind me or stay on my side or even roll into the pillow in front of me a little. I wouldn’t want to travel with it due to its size. It is a cooling outer covering and I don’t find that I get too hot sleeping with it. It’s good quality and has held up well for me. I would recommend buying it early and getting used to it. I’m 5 months pregnant with my first baby, and I haven’t been able to sleep comfortably since I got pregnant. With this pillow, I’ve been sleeping completely uninterrupted for the whole night!!! I feel so well rested!!! It’s the perfect firmness, it holds up very well to kitty biscuits, and has completely replaced my need for a regular pillow. It’s not flat at all. I convinced my best friend to get one and she isn’t even pregnant LOL I just think it’s a necessity for a comfortable nights sleep if you’re a side sleeper. I had this pillow from the very beginning of my pregnancy and I am still using it at almost 2 months postpartum!!! The comfort during a very uncomfortable stage of life is unmatched!! The shape of the pillow offers all the comfort no matter how you are laying in it!! Although it is huge, it also is not hard to travel with because of the light weight and the shape! And even after traveling with it, and laying on it for almost a year, it still hold the same shape and amount of fluff and comfort! It comes easy to put together, with just the pillow and the pillow case! The pillow case is also very easy to take off and put back on after putting through the wash!! And you can even dry it without it shrinking! I love this pillow so much, and I will continue to use it even though I’m not pregnant anymore!!

This was a game changer. I’m 22 weeks pregnant with a big belly already and a herniated disc in my lower back. Even before pregnancy, I struggled to get comfortable while sleeping and relied on the recommended positions: on my back with a pillow under my legs to keep my spine aligned, or on my side with a pillow between my legs to keep my knees and hips even. During pregnancy, my lower back pain intensified, so I decided to get this sooner rather than later and give it a try. I tried using three pillows (head, back, and between legs), but as soon as I fell asleep, all the pillows moved around, and then I was waking up constantly trying to fix them (and waking up my husband).
After trying this one, I honestly don’t want to go back to sleeping without it, even after the birth. It has allowed me to stay on my left side, as my OBGYN recommended, but most importantly it really helps with my back pain and sleep quality. I’ve noticed that I move less and wake up less during the night.
It’s also quite versatile: I can still lie on my back, but by placing the pillow slightly behind me, it keeps me tilted enough that I don’t have to worry about pregnancy-safe positions. It’s truly comfortable. Also my cat loves to sleep inside it during the day haha.

So for my last two pregnancies I had the queen rose pillow, which I loved because I toss and turn a lot at night and it’s easy to switch sides with. However it was too full and gave me neck pain.This time around I did a lot of research online and this one was recommended for not causing neck pain. From the look of it, I thought it wouldn’t be too hard to switch sides with, but because the back leg is so short, unfortunately it can only be used comfortably on one side.The head part is perfect, doesn’t irritate my neck, which while pregnant, even my regular pillows had started to do. But the stuffing is a bit lacking overall. Like between my knees there’s almost no support.And I’ve only washed the cover once (cold water, low heat dry), but it’s already started to pull, so not sure how it’s going to stand up to the next six months of washing…Also this thing is really short. I’m only 5’2 and I find it a bit cramped, so keep that in mind if you’re of average height.Overall I’m not that happy with the purchase. I wish I had gotten a u shaped pillow and worked something out for the neck area.

I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and I bought this Momcozy pregnancy pillow back in October. I can honestly say I have used it every single night since then and I can’t imagine sleeping without it now!!!
What surprised me most is how comfortable it is even for a hot sleeper. I usually overheat at night, especially during pregnancy, but this pillow stays breathable and doesn’t trap heat like I expected. I sleep so much better with the full body support and wake up with less back and hip discomfort.

This is the second pillow ive tried after the first one I bought in the beginning of my pregnancy was no longer working out for me in my last month of pregnancy. I needed more support on my back and more fluff for leg support compared to the first pillow that was skinny and smaller.
This pillow is exactly what i wanted!! Is fluffy, is so comfortable, it hugs you and supports you all around. My back/hips hurt less now.
I was worried having to get rid of my memory foam pillow as you use this body pillow instead of your regular head pillow, but i havent had any neck pain or any issues with transitioning to use this as a head pillow instead.
Cons: i have noticed i feel a lil warmer at night since it hugs you all around, now i only really use my blanket to keep my feet warm and the body pillow keeps me warm enough at the top. I havent sweated or anything, i also live in florida, so i thought i would mention it for those girls that sweat/tend to run hotter.
Having the support is a relief in exchange for being a bit warmer in general in my opinion.
The fabric is soft and not itchy, the color i got is a beautiful soft blue that matches my nursery!

I had this pillow from the very beginning of my pregnancy and I am still using it at almost 2 months postpartum!!! The comfort during a very uncomfortable stage of life is unmatched!! The shape of the pillow offers all the comfort no matter how you are laying in it!! Although it is huge, it also is not hard to travel with because of the light weight and the shape! And even after traveling with it, and laying on it for almost a year, it still hold the same shape and amount of fluff and comfort! It comes easy to put together, with just the pillow and the pillow case! The pillow case is also very easy to take off and put back on after putting through the wash!! I love it, got it fairly early (at 14 weeks maybe?) and it made an instant difference in my sleeping position. Now I’m starting the morning third trimester and still love it. It’s comfortable between my knees and what I really like is that it prevents me from rolling. I do roll but the back piece holds me at a perfect angle to protect baby and minimize my back pain!
It’s easy to wash and even though it takes a lot of room in the bed, my husband finds it comfortable too to sleep against it.
My other friends who are pregnant or recently were didn’t invest in a pregnancy pillow and keep telling me how poorly they sleep, but I don’t have that issue and I think it’s mostly thanks to my pillow – well worth the spend.

This time around I did a lot of research online and this one was recommended for not causing neck pain. From the look of it, I thought it wouldn’t be too hard to switch sides with, but because the back leg is so short, unfortunately it can only be used comfortably on one side.
The head part is perfect, doesn’t irritate my neck, which while pregnant, even my regular pillows had started to do. But the stuffing is a bit lacking overall. Like between my knees there’s almost no support.
And I’ve only washed the cover once (cold water, low heat dry), but it’s already started to pull, so not sure how it’s going to stand up to the next six months of washing…
Also this thing is really short. I’m only 5’2 and I find it a bit cramped, so keep that in mind if you’re of average height.
Overall I’m not that happy with the purchase. I wish I had gotten a u shaped pillow and worked something out for the neck area.

I figured for the other 3 it was something I “didn’t need”. Omg was I wrong. Even with this pregnancy I didn’t start using it until 28 weeks. The shape of the pillow offers all the comfort no matter how you are laying in it!! Although it is huge, it also is not hard to travel with because of the light weight and the shape! And even after traveling with it, and laying on it for almost a year, it still hold the same shape and amount of fluff and comfort! It comes easy to put together, with just the pillow and the pillow case! The pillow case is also very easy to take off and put back on after putting through the wash!! I have never gotten a better nights sleep than I have with the Momcozy pillow! I’m a side sleeper with sleep apnea, and having the cushioning in front and behind prevents me from rolling over, and the leg portion of the pillow has completely alleviated the pain. The pillow also provides support for my CPAP mask, and it’s far more comfortable than the Tempurpedic I was using. It’s also the perfect size for my height, and the build quality is superb.
Just a note – definitely follow the instructions for fluffing the pillow and letting it expand for a couple days (I waited 72 hours after fluffing).

I bought this pillow because I am a stomach sleeper which naturally has caused me to have pretty bad neck and lower back issues.
When I tell you I fall asleep INSTANTLY when I hug this thing at night, I love the size and length, I’m 5’3 so I think this pillow is the perfect size for someone who is petite but also would be perfect for a tall person.
I also am in fact not pregnant and don’t plan on it for a long time. I am a freshman in college that works 2 jobs and really values my sleep. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who wants a better quality of sleep. It gives you amazing support and makes it very comfort so to cuddle at night, especially if you aren’t a side sleeper. I also love sitting in it during the day, I often times will kinda round it out to make a little pod and then just sit in it as it gives good back support and amazing comfort.

It’s large and somewhat heavy, so I couldn’t lift it because of surgery, but it did help with sitting up, eventually sleeping on my side and it kept me in one position all night. This pillow is okay. I’ve had it now for over a month and can fairly review it now.
I can see how it works for others, and I really wanted for this to work out for me. The quality seems great, and it does seem cooling. However, it does nothing to provide support for my back or belly, and after using it overnight, I had a terrible headache. I tried flipping it around and using it upside down, and while that was better because I could use a pillow better for my neck, the pillow just won’t stay in place to provide support.
I’ll try making it thinner/leas fluffy and if that changes my review, I’ll update this…but, it’s looking like just using my own makeshift pillow wedges is better to support the belly and to keep me from rolling onto my back.

Yes, it takes up a lot of space in the bed, but honestly, when I was pregnant, so did I—and the only thing that mattered was getting some much-needed rest! The pillow hugged my body perfectly and eased pressure on my hips and back, making sleep so much better.
Funny enough, my dogs decided they loved it just as much as I did. They kept stealing the pillow to nap on, so I ended up buying three more—one for each dog bed. Now everyone in the house is happy and comfortable!

First off, I’m not a pregnant women – I’m a fat guy (5’8″ 350 lbs). I’ve been experiencing leg pain around my knees while sleeping, and no position ever felt comfortable. After discussing it with my doctor, he said that I was likely experiencing similar issues to what a pregnant woman goes through (from the extra weight), and recommended putting a pillow between my legs. That got me thinking – maybe I should try a pregnancy pillow! lol
I have never gotten a better nights sleep than I have with the Momcozy pillow! I’m a side sleeper with sleep apnea, and having the cushioning in front and behind prevents me from rolling over, and the leg portion of the pillow has completely alleviated the pain. The pillow also provides support for my CPAP mask, and it’s far more comfortable than the Tempurpedic I was using. It’s also the perfect size for my height, and the build quality is superb.
Just a note – definitely follow the instructions for fluffing the pillow and letting it expand for a couple days (I waited 72 hours after fluffing).

I bought this pillow when I was dealing with severe back pain and sciatica. When I ultimately ended up having spinal surgery this pillow was an absolute life saver. It allows me to get into comfortable positions that a normal pillow would never help with. I’m a year post op now and I still use it every night. My only complaint is that it’s not easy to travel with because it’s so big and I miss it when I don’t have it. So worth it. It’s great quality and machine washable cover.

And I’ve only washed the cover once (cold water, low heat dry), but it’s already started to pull, so not sure how it’s going to stand up to the next six months of washing…
Also this thing is really short. I’m only 5’2 and I find it a bit cramped, so keep that in mind if you’re of average height.
Overall I’m not that happy with the purchase. I wish I had gotten a u shaped pillow and worked something out for the neck area.

Absolutely loveeeee this pregnancy pillow! Purchased this when I was 3 months pregnant to be ahead of the game and when I tell you I have the best sleep ever! Very comfortable, the quality is amazing and soft. The shape is perfect for belly support later down the road when your belly is getting bigger. The shape is still intact given that I sleep in it everyday. My husband even lays on one end lol. It’s worth the money.

This pillow is okay. I’ve had it now for over a month and can fairly review it now.
I can see how it works for others, and I really wanted for this to work out for me. The quality seems great, and it does seem cooling. However, it does nothing to provide support for my back or belly, and after using it overnight, I had a terrible headache. I tried flipping it around and using it upside down, and while that was better because I could use a pillow better for my neck, the pillow just won’t stay in place to provide support.
I’ll try making it thinner/leas fluffy and if that changes my review, I’ll update this…but, it’s looking like just using my own makeshift pillow wedges is better to support the belly and to keep me from rolling onto my back.

I had this pillow from the very beginning of my pregnancy and I am still using it at almost 2 months postpartum!!! The comfort during a very uncomfortable stage of life is unmatched!! The shape of the pillow offers all the comfort no matter how you are laying in it!! Although it is huge, it also is not hard to travel with because of the light weight and the shape! And even after traveling with it, and laying on it for almost a year, it still hold the same shape and amount of fluff and comfort! It comes easy to put together, with just the pillow and the pillow case! The pillow case is also very easy to take off and put back on after putting through the wash!! And you can even dry it without it shrinking! I love this pillow so much, and I will continue to use it even though I’m not pregnant anymore!!

The first night I had this on my bed I told my husband I felt like I was being hugged by a cloud. This pillow is very comfortable. The cover is soft. I usually sleep hot and don’t feel like it makes me hotter. It’s HUGE though, I don’t think it would’ve been a good fit for our queen bed but it’s perfectly fine in a king. But overall an amazing purchase and so nice for helping me sleep on my side and feel supported.
A few minor cons: 1. There was SO MUCH plastic packaging. I think at least 3 or 4 layers of it. 2. You can’t roll over with this easily. So you kind of have to pick a side and commit. 3. The neck portion (well the entire pillow) is kind of full for a side sleeper. I feel like my head is elevated more than is comfortable throughout the night. I think it’s adjustable but I haven’t tried so I don’t know how easy that is.

Wowww!!!! In a cloud, I lay!! Absolute value for money again, wish I’d bought it years ago when I could sleep in a bed with ease.
Lying in it was sooo comfortable. The sturdiness helped support my body when lying in it and the soft fabric made me feel like I was being hugged. Functionality is amazing and can be supported in many different positions. Support back/hips/neck etc.
! WARNING! your cat might also try and lie across your bad hip which in my case dislocates or better yet wants to lie on the long part next to you and meows for you to remove your arm to lie with their butt in your face. If you thought aww how cute they want to watch you sleep, not my Simba. I just get whipped with his tail.
However, sadly with my disabilities, I found problems which are not the products fault whatsoever.
I can only get into right side of my bed. Where ive positioned the long part. However it is too heavy for me to lift due to upper body weakness. And made getting in and out of pillow like a mini work out. However, hopefully you’re not as limited as me and can climb into the cloud and remain there without much effort <3

If I could give this 100 stars I would! I’m 14 weeks pregnant and have been struggling to sleep, I am a stomach sleeper and that is all. I’ve been trying to sleep on my side and cannot do it. My arms fall asleep, my shoulder hurts, my neck hurts, my hip hurts and I toss and turn. Last night was the first night with my pregnancy pillow… I slept on my side all night. I didn’t toss and turn. I did not wake up with any pain… other than having to pee because I slept so well that I didn’t get up to urinate throughout the night. If you’re thinking about it- do it.

Out the box I didn’t think it would fit my 5’9″ frame. The shrink packaging was so thorough that it took two nights for it to fully expand. On the second night, it was the only thing that help me find the comfort I needed with the bloat and gas from abdominal surgery. The cooling cover improved my sleep quality. Can’t imagine recovery without this.

This pillow is okay. I’ve had it now for over a month and can fairly review it now.
I can see how it works for others, and I really wanted for this to work out for me. The quality seems great, and it does seem cooling. However, it does nothing to provide support for my back or belly, and after using it overnight, I had a terrible headache. I tried flipping it around and using it upside down, and while that was better because I could use a pillow better for my neck, the pillow just won’t stay in place to provide support.
I’ll try making it thinner/leas fluffy and if that changes my review, I’ll update this…but, it’s looking like just using my own makeshift pillow wedges is better to support the belly and to keep me from rolling onto my back.

If I could give this 100 stars I would! I’m 14 weeks pregnant and have been struggling to sleep, I am a stomach sleeper and that is all. I’ve been trying to sleep on my side and cannot do it. My arms fall asleep, my shoulder hurts, my neck hurts, my hip hurts and I toss and turn. Last night was the first night with my pregnancy pillow… I slept on my side all night. I didn’t toss and turn. I did not wake up with any pain… other than having to pee because I slept so well that I didn’t get up to urinate throughout the night. If you’re thinking about it- do it.

Let me tell YOU. Best.Investment.Ever. As the title says, I’m not pregnant, but I am fluffy. This helped my back pain, neck pain, hip pain and even shoulder pain! Very comfortable and very much worth the money. My ONLY complaint is it’s a hassle to flip it back and forth when switching sides but the miracle work this thing does, I happily deal with it. My back pain usually has me tossing and turning every 1-2 hours. My first night with this pillow I slept from 9pm-3am. I have not slept 6 solid hours in over 10 years. I will never ever go without. Never!! I’m also one who has to drape my leg over my husband but that prevents him from his preferred sleeping position. He allows me to because he knows I need to sleep, but I know it’s not comfortable for him. This pillows allows me to prop my leg up any which way! Hubby is happily snoring next to me, and I am so comfortable I have to talk to text this review. I’m on night 3 and will never return to old pillows!! Thank you MomCozy!!

I was worried having to get rid of my memory foam pillow as you use this body pillow instead of your regular head pillow, but i havent had any neck pain or any issues with transitioning to use this as a head pillow instead.
Cons: i have noticed i feel a lil warmer at night since it hugs you all around, now i only really use my blanket to keep my feet warm and the body pillow keeps me warm enough at the top. I havent sweated or anything, i also live in florida, so i thought i would mention it for those girls that sweat/tend to run hotter.
Having the support is a relief in exchange for being a bit warmer in general in my opinion.
The fabric is soft and not itchy, the color i got is a beautiful soft blue that matches my nursery!

It is a heavier weight but that makes it so cozy, and sturdy. I’m only 4 months pregnant but already this has been helping me with lower back pain and overall support. I’ve been able to adjust it to fit my sleeping patterns perfectly.
I don’t love a thick pillow, and I was able to easily sleep as this felt like the flatness / fluffiness adjusted to my need.
Easy to unzip the cover and wash. I let it fluff for about 36 hours (not the 48-72 like they recommended) but didn’t feel any issues.
It IS bulky but its worth the bed space.

This is the first time I ever owned a pregnancy pillow, although this is the longest time I’ve gone without being pregnant. I do still have a postpartum belly, so after many births, I guess this justifies why I still wanted a pregnancy pillow.
This pillow comes tightly wrapped in an airtight bag, and deflated into a big full body pillow. It’s a but too soft for my liking; I prefer it it was a but firmer for more support, but other than that, I love that it’s a full body pillow so I can feel snuggly. It comes in a zipper pillow case so you can take off and wash the pillow case, which is also very soft. When not hugging it to sleep, I like to put my legs in it for circulation support since it stacks up pretty high. Overall, I really like this body pillow, and recommend it for everyone, not just for pregnancy.

It’s very comfortable and supportive, though a little warm through the night. I will need more time to fully assess the benefits, but I’m happy with it so far. Knocking off one star because if I have issues with ut, it’ll likely be because it gets very warm through the night. I would prefer a cooler cover.

Out the box I didn’t think it would fit my 5’9″ frame. The shrink packaging was so thorough that it took two nights for it to fully expand. On the second night, it was the only thing that help me find the comfort I needed with the bloat and gas from abdominal surgery. The cooling cover improved my sleep quality. Can’t imagine recovery without this.

Such a great pregnancy pillow!!! Better for my neck than the tempurpedic I bought and just comfy all around. I’ve slept so good since buying. I almost went with the more modern pregnancy pillows that are less bulky but I’m glad I didn’t. I sleep so good every night because I’m so much more comfortable and that’s all that matters. Yeah it puts a barrier between my partner and I but we can’t sleep intertwined anyway. When I want to hug him I just lift one side up until it’s time to go to bed.

J’avais hésité beaucoup avant de commander celui-ci. Par rapport au prix. Il faut dire qu’il y a beaucoup de choix. Je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. C’est vraiment bien rembourré. Wowww!!!! In a cloud, I lay!! Absolute value for money again, wish I’d bought it years ago when I could sleep in a bed with ease.
Lying in it was sooo comfortable. The sturdiness helped support my body when lying in it and the soft fabric made me feel like I was being hugged. Functionality is amazing and can be supported in many different positions. Support back/hips/neck etc.
! WARNING! your cat might also try and lie across your bad hip which in my case dislocates or better yet wants to lie on the long part next to you and meows for you to remove your arm to lie with their butt in your face. If you thought aww how cute they want to watch you sleep, not my Simba. I just get whipped with his tail.
However, sadly with my disabilities, I found problems which are not the products fault whatsoever.
I can only get into right side of my bed. Where ive positioned the long part. However it is too heavy for me to lift due to upper body weakness. And made getting in and out of pillow like a mini work out. However, hopefully you’re not as limited as me and can climb into the cloud and remain there without much effort <3

I love it, got it fairly early (at 14 weeks maybe?) and it made an instant difference in my sleeping position. Now I’m starting the morning third trimester and still love it. It’s comfortable between my knees and what I really like is that it prevents me from rolling. I do roll but the back piece holds me at a perfect angle to protect baby and minimize my back pain!
It’s easy to wash and even though it takes a lot of room in the bed, my husband finds it comfortable too to sleep against it.
My other friends who are pregnant or recently were didn’t invest in a pregnancy pillow and keep telling me how poorly they sleep, but I don’t have that issue and I think it’s mostly thanks to my pillow – well worth the spend.

Loved this pillow! Bought this starting at 3 months pregnant and it was a game changer. I was a belly sleeper and had to switch to sleeping on my side when I found out I was pregnant. This pillow makes it so comfortable to be able to do that as it relieves you from having back pain. I would consider the size as it does take up a lot of space; we have a queen sized bed. The quality of the pillow was great, it did not create any indents from continuous use. The head part was a little too high for my liking as sometimes I would wake up with a little bit of neck pain, nothing too serious. I liked how versatile the pillow could be; you can lift the arm up if you wanted to create more space in the bed for an “opening”. The pillow is not too heavy, but I wouldn’t consider it lightweight either because of the size/shape.

I got this pillow about a month ago and honestly not too bad. I’m not an expert either but I will share some of my issues. Quality is great very soft but it does get hot at times. The thickness has lasted as well and so has the shape. I think my only problem is that there will some days where my neck hurts and i know it’s because of the pillow. Loved this pillow! Bought this starting at 3 months pregnant and it was a game changer. I was a belly sleeper and had to switch to sleeping on my side when I found out I was pregnant. This pillow makes it so comfortable to be able to do that as it relieves you from having back pain. I would consider the size as it does take up a lot of space; we have a queen sized bed. The quality of the pillow was great, it did not create any indents from continuous use. The head part was a little too high for my liking as sometimes I would wake up with a little bit of neck pain, nothing too serious. I liked how versatile the pillow could be; you can lift the arm up if you wanted to create more space in the bed for an “opening”. The pillow is not too heavy, but I wouldn’t consider it lightweight either because of the size/shape.

I ordered this around 32 weeks. I had been using a different, more expensive pillow and I was having back pain. I absolutely love this pillow and wish I had gotten it sooner. It is so comfortable and has relieved my back pain. So far the quality has been good and it has held its shape. My only complaint is that it is so hot (I guess because of the fuzziness). I constantly wake up sweating, but the comfort outweighs the sweat for me.

I usually sleep hot and don’t feel like it makes me hotter. It’s HUGE though, I don’t think it would’ve been a good fit for our queen bed but it’s perfectly fine in a king. But overall an amazing purchase and so nice for helping me sleep on my side and feel supported.
A few minor cons: 1. There was SO MUCH plastic packaging. I think at least 3 or 4 layers of it. 2. You can’t roll over with this easily. So you kind of have to pick a side and commit. 3. The neck portion (well the entire pillow) is kind of full for a side sleeper. I feel like my head is elevated more than is comfortable throughout the night. I think it’s adjustable but I haven’t tried so I don’t know how easy that is.

It provides solid back and belly support, and the cooling cover does make a difference — no overheating at night. It’s firm enough to hold shape but soft enough to cuddle into. The U-shape allows full-body support whether lying on the side or back. Also, it helps reduce hip pain when sleeping for long stretches. Surprisingly, the cover came off easily for washing and didn’t shrink or warp. This thing is big, so make sure you’ve got space on the bed.

It took a bit of time, but I’m happy to update my review and say that I can wholeheartedly recommend this. Customer service was very simple and easy to deal with when my pillow came without the correct amount of stuffing and sent some filling to correct it (which I asked for instead of a whole replacement pillow!)
With the right amount of stuffing this pillow will be a dream. I’ve been using it while waiting (and precisely the areas where it was missing are right where I’m gonna stuff and need the extra support; my elbows and shoulders are singing in excitement). This filling is relatively firm and bounces back; it doesn’t deflate or go flat overnight (excellent for my knees and hips). I primarily use it to help with arthritis and related issues when I’m sleeping or sitting up working in the bed. The cover it comes with is nice if you like a velvety texture, and washes up very nicely, too… But I’m probably going to opt for a jersey cover, myself.

I’m so incredibly disappointed. I got this specifically because I need a pillow that has support for multiple joints; I’ve let the pillow expand after opening as per instructions for a day now and there are still multiple parts of the pillow that have 0 plush or filling (even after encouraging and redistributing the filling as much as I can without opening it); it is almost like there are three pillows, one in each arm and one in the head… And where I need the support the most is the spaces between! Hard to show, hopefully pictures illustrate what I mean. The quality of stitching and zippers for both the pillow and the cover, and the fabric for the cover is quite lovely… But this pillow is going to be *unusable* to support my joints without adding extra filling. There was a horrendous smell (like smoke and plastic? Maybe tobacco but I highly doubt it. It was faint until it started airing out/expanding) on the cover despite the intense shrinkpacking so it went straight in the wash. At this point it’s egregious enough I’m assuming it’s a factory defect which is why I’m giving two stars (high quality fabric and stitching, assuming I received a factory defect re: filling amount.)
I’m going to be contacting customer service about either receiving a replacement pillow or more filling to correct the issue. If they confirm this was a factory defect I’ll adjust the stars of the review (likely higher). If they confirm this was as intended 😬 I will reduce to one star as I can’t return it since I’ve washed the cover and this was an egregious mismatch between their advertising and the product I received.

Loved this pillow! Bought this starting at 3 months pregnant and it was a game changer. I was a belly sleeper and had to switch to sleeping on my side when I found out I was pregnant. This pillow makes it so comfortable to be able to do that as it relieves you from having back pain. I would consider the size as it does take up a lot of space; we have a queen sized bed. The quality of the pillow was great, it did not create any indents from continuous use. The head part was a little too high for my liking as sometimes I would wake up with a little bit of neck pain, nothing too serious. I liked how versatile the pillow could be; you can lift the arm up if you wanted to create more space in the bed for an “opening”. The pillow is not too heavy, but I wouldn’t consider it lightweight either because of the size/shape.

The first night I had this on my bed I told my husband I felt like I was being hugged by a cloud. This pillow is very comfortable. The cover is soft. I usually sleep hot and don’t feel like it makes me hotter. It’s HUGE though, I don’t think it would’ve been a good fit for our queen bed but it’s perfectly fine in a king. But overall an amazing purchase and so nice for helping me sleep on my side and feel supported.
A few minor cons: 1. There was SO MUCH plastic packaging. I think at least 3 or 4 layers of it. 2. You can’t roll over with this easily. So you kind of have to pick a side and commit. 3. The neck portion (well the entire pillow) is kind of full for a side sleeper. I feel like my head is elevated more than is comfortable throughout the night. I think it’s adjustable but I haven’t tried so I don’t know how easy that is.
Value for money:
I got it on a prime day deal so that was a huge plus too!

This is definitely the best pillow I could have picked for my pregnancy! The material is very soft and comfortable, and it offers a great amount of support around all sides. The only thing is that I wish they would offer it in different sizes because I am fairly tall (5’9”) and it only barely fits my torso in the main part as intended. I would not recommend it if you are taller than 6’ or have an unusually long torso (shoulder to hip distance).

So I ordered this but thought it would be awhile until I would need to use it.
Then the second trimester hit and soon I had trouble sleeping and on top of that my seasonal arthritis-type knee pain kicked in. So I decided it was time to try the pillow out.
Oh. My. Goodness. It fluffed up quickly and feels soft yet supportive.
My sleep quality returned by this bear hug of a pillow. My knees did not touch so I was also not feeling my knee pain. I almost refuse to get out of bed because it is so comfortable! I smile in the morning.

I’m sorry hubby it put a small barrier between us, buuut, so comfortable! Has a good amount of stuffing/stability to have good support in back and belly. Depending on which side of the bed you sleep, put the shorter end towards the side you leave your bed.. did get “stuck” trying to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Ha. But very comfy, I don’t even use my pillow anymore it’s perfect support on the head too

Firstly – I was worried that the filling wasn’t going to be full/plump enough for me, but after running it through the dryer (without heat) a few times with some dryer balls and letting it sit at least 48 hours without use, it has continued to remain supportive and plump. It’s not too firm, not too soft. I’ve used it every night for over a month now and it’s still so plump!
Second – The cooling fabric material is wonderful for hot sleepers such as myself. It has not cause me to sweat even once!
Finally – This has been such a lifesaver for me. I’ve been able to get the pelvic support I needed for a good night’s rest (with either side wedged between my thighs). Plus, it’s so nice to be able to hug one of the sides as well. It’s so comforting and cocoon-like.
UPDATE: The pillowcase material washes very well (I did not run it through the dryer – just hung dry). The pillow is still so plump and comfortable as well. It was absolutely worth the money!
UPDATE #2: 8/17/24 – The pillow and case were washed separately today, per instruction on the tags (if you follow the instructions, you should be fine) and oh my goodness. Everything turned out just great. Pillow is still as plump as ever and washed like a dream, same with the case. SO glad I purchased this as I’ve used it well into postpartum!

As a husky 42 year old man who works on his feet 50 hours a week, this has helped me sleep so much more soundly and comfortable than anything I’ve added to my sleep arsenal. The pillow itself is very soft and just the right amount of filling to not be too soft or firm. It doesn’t get hot either and very well made. I am a side sleeper and this has helped tremendously with keeping my hips aligned while sleeping and has actually helped alleviate some numbness in my outter thigh area due to a pinched sciatic nerve. It also feels like you’re sleeping in a little cocoon that you can cuddle on one side and is up against you on the other. As someone who is neurodivergent it ticks a lot stimulus boxes for me and my fellow ND friends will understand the comfort. No notes. 10/10⭐️

Bought this pillow during my 2nd trimester. I was having issues sleeping and a pillow between my legs wasn’t working anymore. It is definitely pricey but i would say it was half worth it?? The only reason why i say that is because now that im in my 3rd trimester 33 weeks.. this pillow just wasn’t working anymore. Most people have hip pain when pregnant but i have all back pain. I literally flip from one side to the other and nothing i would do worked for me. I would prop the pillow under my belly, my back. And still nothing worked. My husband finally suggested i try a night without it. (I know he low key wanted the pillow off the bed bc he HATED it. Said it took up so much room LOL)
Anyways.. i decided to try a night without it and instead slept with my old pillow and a pillow between my legs and since that night i haven’t used this pillow again while sleeping. Now i do use this pillow for when im just sitting up in bed. It works extremely well and props me up exactly how i want to. This pillow is super thick.
This pillow is 50/50 for me. Would i spend another almost $50 for something like this again in the future .. no. lol definitely will be keeping this pillow though for my future pregnancy.
