Needed a replacement collector cup for my Momcozy M5.
Sadly, mine took a hard drop (while the motor was attached) and I broke the small plastic nub required to provide the proper suction. I would not consider it a fault of the product, but more of an unfortunate accident – just landed on the very spot it shouldn’t have.
The replacement cup received was identical to the original.

I wanted to wait a least a month to write a review. So far I love this wearable breast pump. I like how there is not a lot of parts to assemble, and how easy is to clean it. The battery last for 4-5 pumps so it’s not bad. The suction is not hurtful and it’s effective. I wouldn’t say it increased my supply but yet again I think I need to put a little bit of my part. It did however kept my supply the same, so I’m thankful it didn’t decreased. Overall I recommend this pump for those moms who are always on the run.

First time mom here (literally gave birth last Friday)I wasn’t collecting nor producing colostrum until I gave birth (nurses and lactation consultant helped get out a few drops so my baby can have her “first feed”). I was adamant on being able to breast feed/pump because honestly: it’s cheaper! I don’t have to go out and buy formula. But during my weekend with my baby, it HURT LIKE HELL to have her suckle on me. I would need frequent breaks and I ended up having to ask for formula in between breast feeding because I could not take it.I have the Motif Luna breast pump (someone gave it out for free) and it hurt just the same as my baby suckling. I did Babyz Corner a few different flanges and I felt like it didn’t make a difference.I was on the Babylist App and it said I could qualify for a free breast pump through my insurance. I selected this model just based off the reviews on the Babylist App. The M9 didn’t have as great as a review as the M5 so I went with this (newer doesn’t always mean better!) I didn’t qualify for the free insurance covered one, so I bought the M5 overnight shipping via Babyz Corner here.I like how it only breaks down to 6 parts and that it comes with a nipple measure and different size flanges already included. Instructions says not to use dishwasher for it, but I have the Momcozy Kleanpal Bottle Washer and I don’t think it damaged it at all.It did leak my first time using it, but that was user error on my end (the 21mm flange wasn’t inserted all the way). I liked that it has massage, expression or combo settings. I personally use the lowest setting for now because I’m new, but hoping to work my way up. It is Day 4 with my newborn and I went from only a couple drops of colostrum to 5ml colostrum (using the Motif Luna pump). It is my first day using the M5 and I was able to collect 2oz of breast milk (using both machines for 15 mins) with very little to no pain. I am literally having tears of joy that I was able to find the right machine just last night!
Babyz Corner Customer –
Pretty nice pump. Starting with the bad- there’s a bit of a learning curve to putting it all together right, if it’s the least bit off it just won’t suction and because you can’t see it, you run the risk of getting 20 minutes in and realizing you’ve pumped nothing, but it only took a few tries with my sleep deprived brain to figure it out so not bad; the tiny valve is really easy to lose, thankfully they send an extra in the case; the pouring spout doesn’t work well, you have to open the top around the hole a bit to allow the milk to pour out, and then things can get messy and we all know how sad it is to spill breast milk, but just being careful, on a flat surface and not a moving car, etc, makes this manageable; the set comes with charging cords but no block to plug it into the wall with, which is frustrating; the last thing is just what the pump is, it takes 30 minutes when sometimes at work I only have 15 minutes to pump; it’s hard to carry baby around when these things are on.
The good- mobility, cook breakfast and pump! Very adequate strength, yes it takes 30 minutes but I get plenty of volume for that, I don’t know about emptying, but definitely a full feed and a bit for my 7 month old; it holds its charge and I’ve never had them die on me; initially I wasn’t planning to use these when at home, but I’ve come around to them, and my new wall pump is still in its box unused.

I loved this product for the hands free aspect and the 30 minute cut off time. It made pumping easy. However, after 5 months of use, one of the pair stopped working. My suggestion is to keep it far away from water and never plug in while wet. I ending up buying another pair and less than 1 month later one of them stopped being able to create the pumping action. Never got near water as I learned from the first. So now I use the one that works from both sets.

Mom cozy m5 wearable breast pump is my favorite one! I’ve had 2 other wearable pumps, which were more expensive but this set gets the job done better and less painful. I enjoy wearing it and it’s so easy to use, minimal parts to wash and fast charging. Highly recommend!!

Updating my review-
On the overall the pumps didn’t work well for me. There were no mechanical issues but I couldn’t get the same output out of them as I can with another brand of hands free pumps. Every time I used them they left me still feeling dull. I also think the design is flawed with not being able to set them down when getting ready to transfer the milk into a bottle. But, I increased one star on my review due to MomCozy reaching out to me and making things right, despite the fine print warning below. I really appreciated their contact and their willingness to stand behind their product.
Original review-
Still trying the pumps themselves, but be aware of the 30 day return listed on the website… The website states “ We stand behind our products. If you don’t love it, exchanges and returns are available in 30 days.” but if you click on the details it states that is only for “unused and unopened products with intact packaging.” I don’t like the deceit of this from MomCozy as I’m not sure how you can tell if you like the product if it’s opened and unused? Am I supposed to know just by looking at the box? Read the finer details regarding the “30 Days Guarantee” if you are worried about spending $200 and not liking the product from a company who states they stand behind their products…

So far these are okay. They are convenient but need some improvement. It would be more helpful if they could be washed in the dishwasher. And if the pieces could go together a little easier, they are hard to make sure they are sealed all the way. But overall for the price, not horrible.
Ms. White –
After uing this for 2 months occasionally, i can ssay that it isn’t a bad pump at all. I will say do not expect the sae output as a Medela Symphony or Spectra. This should be a, “Oh, I forgot my pump at home,” or ” I am on the road,” pump because when I pump with it I get maybe an ounce or two less than my normal output. I have done research, and I have read that you have to have your nipple adjusted just right. I wear a 40 H, so the positive is this works for my breast, however, getting positioning right can be a little tricky. Overall, comfort is A+, no pinchy parts, a lot to clean, but from my experience, just about all the handsfree ones are (plus I just hate cleaning pump parts anyway) these days.
Johanna Carrera –
Works amazing! I can get a few more things done while pumping. Some markings did start wearing off after a few washes. But the battery lasts a long time.

The momcozy m5 is the best wearable pump out there! It fits in nursing bras with ease, not too bulky, and is quiet! This set comes with different flange sizes which was a plus, because women are usually smaller sizes than what pumps originally come with.
The battery life is amazing on these. I am a full time pumping mom and can pump every 3 hours, and these last 2-3 days. They also charge back up quickly, and can get a full charge in between pumps.
I appreciate the different suction settings, and it auto times out at 30 minutes.
These are easy to clean on the go, and the carrying case is amazing because it carries the charging cords + can fit pump wipes to use in between uses if you are on the go.

I bought the Momcozy as a baby shower gift for a friend, and she told me she absolutely loves it. She said it makes pumping so much easier, especially since she’s having to pump every couple of hours. Being able to move around the house and get things done while still pumping has been a game changer for her.
It sounds like having a hands-free and out-of-the-way option really helped her out during those early weeks at home. From what she’s told me, it was a great purchase and something she genuinely uses and appreciates. Based on her feedback, I would definitely buy it again for another friend.

Best pump ever! I’ve been using this pump everyday every 3 to 4 hours over my spectra plug in pump. I have found the M5 to be much more easier to use due to the its three modes and being able to walk around the house and be hands free and available to still tend to my baby. Definitely recommend this pump !!

This flange fits perfectly. I love that they offer a size chart so you can decide exactly which flange will fit for you. I wish I had read the description a little better though, because this is only one flange. I have two of the pumps and needed two flanges. Other than that I love this flange and how well it fits.

I was previously using a bulky pump because it was considered more ‘powerful,’ but after switching to this one, I’m so glad I did. It’s much more convenient, with fewer parts, making it easy to clean. The suction is strong enough to effectively express milk, and overall, it’s a huge improvement. Just a heads-up: the pump does not automatically shut off when the container is full. It runs for 30 minutes regardless, so you’ll need to check regularly to avoid leaks.
Also, it comes with multiple flanges. If you’re looking for a size 24mm, the default breast shield that comes pre-installed is already a size 24. I was initially searching for the correct size before realizing that.
Kristen Webb –
I really love this pump. It’s easy to assemble and to clean, has great output, and I love that it comes with a case, different flange inserts, and covers to use for the “fridge hack” as well. My only complaints are that it is kinda loud, bulky, you have to manually adjust the settings on each pump individually and it is a little uncomfortable at first. I did get used to it though. It’s not a pump I feel comfortable using at work around other people but definitely good as a back up at home or to travel with. I prefer the Elvie for work, it’s a little more sleek, very quiet and able to be adjusted by my phone.
Overall for the price, this is a great pump and I believe this would be a great primary pump, regardless of what some people say. Using it 3 times per day didn’t not affect my output!

I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed because I wanted to use it a bit first. I’ve been using it for a month now and I’d have to say I’m extremely disappointed. Due to the ads and the price on this i expected better quality. All started well with not the best suction but enough to get the job done and because of the convenience of moving around with it I was ok with the suction being just ok. Now a month in and the suction won’t express any of my milk even at the highest setting. I can sit for 20 minutes and only a drop would come out but immediately after put a different pump on and milk comes out no problem so I know it’s not my supply. Overall for the price I think the pump can do better.

Hands down the perfect pump. My 1st pregnancy I didn’t respond to my pump AT ALL. I decided to not even try the 2nd baby, and this 3rd baby, I got this pump and it’s SO EASY to clean, so easy to use, because small carry case, can easily put it in the diaper bag and travel with AND most importantly I respond to this pump! Easily get 5-10 ozs of milk with this pump. I have an amazing milk stash from this pump. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this ! I bought this on a whim when my daily pumps were not available and the overnight delivery was a life saver ! I have tried motif aura glow wearable and a spectra s1 pump . After a few uses i can tell a difference in comfort and output i have been getting more output with this than from my other 2 pumps. The pump includes different flange sides and a flange size guide and I found that super helpful !! It also comes with replacement valves and the case is big enough to fit milk bags chargers wipes etc. Plus its nice for travel with the compact size. I also like how to dust covers work even with the silicone part on the pump so i can just cover it if i cant put it right away and avoid spilling the milk while my motif dust cover only fit with silicone off the pump so i never used it . I also appreciate how amazing the seal is on this. I was able to lay down flat , clean and play with baby and never spilled one time plus the battery life lasts me two days( but this depends on your personal pump schedule) and charges fairly quickly I would recommend this pump to anyone who is in need of a sturdy durable wearable pump.

I absolutely love this pump! I habe the spectra pump that you plug into the wall and it works well but is a hassle to take care of a baby who doesnt want to be put down lol. With this pump its so easy a quick to assemble, use, and clean. There r multiple modes which i wont like i struggle with but it still works great. It gives me so much room to do other things. The only downside is side is that there’s a hole at the top to pour the milk out so if i lean over it all spills out. Still love it and is totally worth it. Its a bit loud but im still a fan

I am exclusively breast-feeding and have a six-year-old son. I started off with a cheaper one. It was working really well however it was big and loud. I needed a portable pump so I could get my older son ready for school and drop him off and just be able to be hands-free for my infant. This was probably my fault for not measuring correctly, but the cheaper breast pump left me with blisters. it did not come with multiple size flanges. They are sold separately. I returned that pump scared to use it again after the blisters. I bought the mom cozy (even though I didn’t want to spend the money because I have an electric pump through insurance) it has made so much of a difference. I use it throughout the day and it will stay in place without me having to hold onto it because it’s small enough to fit right into your bra. The cheaper one was big and I often needed to hold onto it if I wanted to carry the baby or just move in general. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money on this pump. The picture posted was done in a 20 minute session of getting my older son ready for school. I also wore them to TJ Maxx and no one had a clue. : )

My wife asked me to write the following review:
This product hurts my nipples badly! The “funnel” in the insert is just too short. I’ve been nursing and pumping for almost 4 months and my nipples never cracked or bled. But, with this insert, they did. Just terrible. The worst part is that I can’t even return it due to the return policy. And it’s so expensive! Please, buy yourself those generic cheap inserts, they work much better!

I would 10000% recommend anyone breastfeeding to buy this. I bought the M9 pumps first… I loved them then I started to get tired of all the washing of the pump parts and started wishing I could get more milk storage per pump. For people who don’t know this, your morning pump gives you the most milk!. I had to break up my sessions into 2, pump for 20 mins and empty the pumps, start again.
Pros of the M9 mom cozy pumps: it is app connected, battery life last up to 2 days, it holds 5-6oz per pumps and comes with extra storage containers, it has many pump levels. it has what the m5 has plus more.
Cons of M9: can spill milk when emptying, can spill milk if you don’t realize the pump is full, lost of little parts to wash per pump session, bulky overall.
Pros of the M5 mom cozy pumps: holds up to 7 oz per pump, secretion is more efficient and pumps more in less time than M9 pumps, less washable pump parts to wash, reduced spillage when emptying.
Cons of M5: not app connected, needs to be charged 2ce a day (I pump 4x a day)
Personally for me, switching to the M5 was the best decision for me. I love them and their efficiency. Prefer more milk per pump session!! I am not needing to pump as long as before…. Didn’t really end up caring for the app feature with the M9, so I don’t miss it. I manually track my sessions, and I know how much I pump each time. Choose what works for you! would recommend a milk pitcher as well to store your milk through the day!

Women have two nipples so not sure why this product would come with only one insert. Useless
