Cute summer ruffled romper for infant granddaughter. It allows adjustment for growth and washes well. Light enough fabric for Arizona weather. The headband is pictured in a way that insinuates it’s all put together (like the popular elastic ones that just fit on their lil heads), but it is actually a long strip of fabric that you’ll need to wrap and tie around their heads. This is ONLY reason that I’m not rating this outfit 5 stars. My own paranoia of a potential choking hazard if someone leaves it on her while she sleeps.

I love the material that it is made out of. Only thing they should change is the headband for 0-3, I’m kind of scared to use it.. their head are delicate at that stage.
